I recently purchased a 2014 ram 1500 from executive in Wallingford. The sales man Jesse (and the whole staff) was very laid back and actually cared about getting me in a car I liked. When I first went in I was looking at a Jeep Wrangler and Jesse talked me out of it saying that it wasnt a good fit for me. He suggested the ram and took me on a long test drive to make sure I was happy with it. Jesse was Also not pushy at all! Which is something I normally dont expect when buying a car. Met both very knowledgable & professional commercial reps, Richard & Frank upon entering. The entire process only took two days including 2 trade-ins (right at fair market value). Used cars.com to search entire area before going here. None of the usual monkey business when the final fin. sheet was filled out. Drove an extra 40miles to this dealer on recommendation of long-time friend. At 67 Ive bought many new vehicles. This has been my best experience so far. (except for the first one back in the 60s). Love the truck. Highly recommend Executive.

tremendous dealership! no haggle pricing! we were at the end of our car buying shopping and we decided to stop by executive dodge jeep in wallingford and so glad we did! Ryan was the best! he was very considerate of our emotions and fatigue of the whole shopping for a new vehicle process. he told us they do things differently there and they most certainly do. he cut to the chase worked some figures got a quote on our trade in got a kelly blue book quote as well for comparison and ultimately matched the kelly blue book pricing which was a few hundred dollars higher. we discussed a few different options for down payments and what not and the first price he gave was in our price range...what!?!? does that ever happen?? so then we worked another figure this time with the trade in (which they offered cash for trade in) as the down payment and he laughed before giving me the price and when he did my jaw dropped! i was literally speechless for about 30 seconds and then i said lets look at the next model up for pricing. that came in below budget too! we ended up leasing the higher end model grand cherokee unlimited. Ryan was great throughout the whole process. he made us feel comfortable, important, and part of the family there. he was great with our 2 year old daughter (who clearly wants her first car to be a topless doorless jeep wrangler! bottom line this was easily the best car buying experience we have ever had!! friendly, honest, compassionate people throughout the entire process! easy easy easy!!!! the whole staff was so friendly and were great with our daughter. i would 100% and then some recommend this dealership and this salesperson (Ryan) to anyone and everyone. in fact i already have. anyways, do yourself a favor and go to executive dodge jeep and if hes there ask for Ryan! enjoy the easy, relaxed, friendly atmosphere and process they have there! car buying should be fun and exciting and this dealership and entire staff get that!! When my jeep decided to stop being awesome and have engine issues, I took it in to Executive Dodge Jeep and ended up trading it in for a used vehicle. Nick was the sales rep who communicated with me initially after a brief visit to the lot. It was not a fun decision to make trading in my jeep but it was fiscally what made sense. Nick was never pushy and was understanding about the situation and decision I had in front of me. He gave us the best options for trade and the financing department was incredibly helpful. Nick and his team expedited the process quickly and seamlessly in what I had wrongly predicted would "take forever". I would return to this dealership again because as a salesman, Nick make us feel like he was just pushing a trade or a sale, rather, felt like a friend that was just giving advice and guidance that was best for me in an unfavorable situation. There was no negotiation on price but the trade was already significantly lower than other competitors so that wasnt an issue. If I have any criticism its that this form doesnt allow me to separate my paragraphs so it appears as though I have no idea how to structure a proper review. This isnt Nicks fault though, its cars.com. Four stars for Nick and his Executive Jeep Dodge team in Wallingford.

My husband and I have always been impressed with the sales department at Executive, but their service department was another story. That changed when they brought John in as their service manager. We had an ongoing transmission issue that was covered under warranty and although the repairs took weeks at a time, once John became involved everything went smoothly and I was updated regularly. Prior to Johns arrival as the service manager, I would have to call multiple times a week to follow up about when my vehicle would be ready with no call backs for days at a time. John understood my frustration and personally followed up with me or had one of the service reps follow up if he was unavailable. We received our vehicle back and John called after a week or so to check in and see how everything was going, I truly appreciated him taking the time to follow up after the fact. When we purchased another vehicle from them in the fall of 2016, Jim in the service department walked me through the items that we would need to setup with service so that we would not forget. He was always polite and attentive, he is the staff member I prefer working with because of his willingness to spend extra time with me to explain anything I might have questions on. Most recently I had to bring my vehicle in for a 90.000 mile service which was extensive but should only have taken one day. During this service they uncovered another issue that was unexpected and Jim called me right away to go over everything. He explained that the item that needed the repair was covered under my warranty, however, they didnt have the parts in stock and would it be okay for them to keep the vehicle until the part came in. We were expecting a storm so Jim warned me that this might delay them getting the part but that he would check in with me regardless, and he did just that. He called to let me know that the part hadnt come in so it would be delayed another day and followed up with me the next day to let me know the part came in and the repair had been made. Jim is an asset to the service team and while getting work done on a vehicle is never a fun task, he makes the process much less stressful. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and very polite every time I speak with him. We appreciate him following up with us when needed rather than us having to call and chase down answers.
