THE BEST new car buying experience, hands down! My husbands car died and he needed a new one. He was planning on getting a new Honda Civic SI - 2014. We live in Manchester, home to one of the biggest Honda dealerships. Do you think we bought it there? NO! We drove 1.5 hours to Curtiss Ryan Honda. Why? Because after many, many hours, phone calls, and visits to other Honda dealerships - we finally found the BIG 3 anyone looks for: HONESTY, FAIR PRICE, & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had a day off and after calling around to so many other dealerships and getting the B.S. run around, I called Curtiss Ryan and got Melissa. She was amazing, right from the start. It was so clean and easy, seemed too good to be true. Finance manager was great, too. My husband loves his new SI, and has been to Curtiss Ryans service dept. twice. They are wonderful, too. Ever since we bought our first Honda back in 1998, in which we had the best car buying experience as far as what should a person expect from an efficient and professional salesperson that is definitely into "wowing" the customer. Terri Gunger has been our go to person when we it comes to this and when we are shopping for a Honda vehicle and or whom to send potential clients to. She is definitely a reasonable and also not the "pushy type", also she always seems to come up with a better way to approach any situation that may rise during the buying process. Over the years I have referred several potential customers to her which 90% of them end up purchasing a vehicle through her. Apart from not having any mechanical issues worth mentioning here other than required maintenance and services., the Service Dept. seems is definitely well prepared and always expressing professionalism and courtesy to all customers regardless if the problem is big or small from the service desk to the auto technician. I never felt pressured to buy, I was not approached by a sales person until I asked to speak with someone (which is the way I prefer). They worked hard to match my needs with the cars available. When I left the dealership with my new car, I was very pleased with everything. A week later I get a phone call and a letter in the mail telling me that my "vehicle part was in" and I needed to call to make an appointment. I was unaware that the dealership noticed a tiny issue with the drivers window and ordered a replacement part on their own. Thats customer service! I walked away from this dealership confident I made the correct decision on buying my car from them.

Like most people I dont like shopping for cars, I like to ask a lot of questions and have different options and then sit down and think about it, but Curtis Ryan is not like most dealers. They were friendly, courteous and not pushy at all.
