"Helpful, But Not Helpful"

So my wife and I went to look at a dodge journey they had and had help from Patrick. He treated us very well, but we ended up not getting it. He understood our situations and did everything he could. Instead he had us look at leasing options and we declined multiple times because the payments were way over what we could afford. The sales manager, Dominic, became involved and now because of him we will not do any business with them. He completely ignored the fact we had a budget to stick to and kept pushing us to do the lease. We became very irritated because he began wasting our time and we felt he began to insult us because we wouldnt go with the deal he presented us. This manager let his ego lose customers instead of trying to help us work within our budget. He claims hes the "best" sales man in CT...I highly doubt that if this is how he treats customers.

I had totaled my Altima a month ago and was completely devastated. I was referred to see Stephanie at the dealership. She met with me on multiple occasions to try to find me the right car. I wanted an Altima with leather in it because I had been driving one prior and knew that it was comfortable and fit me. It took us a few visits to finally settle on a vehicle because I was picky but Stephanie was very patient with me. -

"Too Busy To Help"

We went with the intention of buying, but due to some promotion they were running and poor planning on their part, the wait time to even speak with a salesperson was 1-2 hours. It was not worth our time to wait that long and there are plenty of other dealers who value their customers more. They were disorganized and unable to handle the influx of people. We were not even there for the promotion, so the people who came just for the target card, with no intention of buying, were wasting the sales teams time, while a customer prepared to buy went to the competition and were treated with more respect.

I have been driving a rogue since 2008. I have bought them at a few different dealerships, but I came to Stephanie at Executive for my last two. The are reliable vehicles and great on gas. Stephanie was very helpful in getting me on that fit my budget, but at the same time found me one that was different than I was currently driving. She helped pair my bluetooth (something I have trouble with always!!!!) and the finance guy was quick and easy to deal with as well. Thanks guys!

I have been driving nissans for years and I love leasing. I leased my last 2 vehicles through Stephanie at Executive Nissan. I had an Altima but I wanted to be higher up off the ground and have better traction in the snow. I picked out a rogue and she even found one for me with a sunroof that was the entire roof of the car!!! It was beautiful and so nice and open I loved it!!! This is about a used car purchase. After they dropped the price of a car I was looking at by $500, I decided it might be worth the close to 2 hour trip to take a look. A used Avalon that was in terrific condition for its age. Brian Jacobs an associate took me out for a spin in the car. There was a little shimmy in the wheel and he said it would be taken care of. The TPMS light was on and he said it would also be fixed. I took his word on it and hoped for the best. Left a deposit. Two days later came back for the car took it for a ride and no shimmy. They did a wheel alignment. Wow! The TPMS light was still on. A manager came out and apologized for it saying they had no time to take it to Toyota for repair. Brian said they would pay for me to take it to my local Toyota dealer for repair and THEY PUT IT IN WRITING. Bought the car, drove it for a while, took it to Toyota. A sensor was replaced. I mailed copy of the bill to them and a week later I had a check. Honest people, hard to believe these days. So if you are looking for a car I highly recommend this business. Brian was a pleasure to work with. Ask for him.

Im not good at these kind of things but felt the NEED to share my beyond amazing experience. I came in looking for a bigger vehicle that was safe, reliable, and most importantly could tow my horse. After a horse back riding accident a few years ago, I needed something that was comfortable and safe on the road, and being a girl, obviously stylish. Luckily I met Lauren, a young, savvy sales associate, and together we narrowed my search down to basically the best car in the show room (not surprising at all). With a budget in mind, Lauren and Steve the financing guru, helped me get my payments down to my comfort level and gave me exactly what I was looking for for my trade in (Lexus IS sport). I walked out that night with my keys and new car and went straight to the barn. I never thought Id get rid of my Lexus since it was my dream car, but I handed those keys over so fast and walked away easily. When people say hassle free, no gimmicks, I never believe them, and even to me I still cant believe it, BUT its true at this dealership....they truly made buying this car as quick, easy, and fun as possible (even playing my favorite songs during the process). If you are looking for a jeep or nissan, you would be foolish not to come here first....trust me HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!

I write this review after not to slander this dealership but to shed light on how they do business. I leased a 2014 Nissan Altima after it was determined that my 2004 Nissan Maxima was in need of very expensive repairs. The sales person that I worked with was very helpful and was able to get me in to a car with the payment that I was comfortable with. My issues with this dealership came after I returned to inquire about buying out my lease. I wanted to purchase the car outright since I had to move unexpectedly and i was sure to go over the mileage allowance. Instead of assisting me in financing the car, the new sales person and Manager (Phil and Frank) tried to get me into a new car. I repeatedly explained to them that I am not interested in leasing a new car and just wanted to purchase my current lease. Since I turned down their offer for a new car, they have completely ignored me. I have called many times and left messages for both gentlemen. I have also visited the dealership twice to speak with either and they refuse to speak with me. Instead of coming out of their offices to talk to me, they send other sales people to tell me that they are on lunch and on vacation. I have referred several friends to this dealership based on the initial service that i received and this is why I am completely disgusted in the way I am being treated because I do not want to buy a brand new car.
