"Terrible All Around"
Theres just nothing good to say about this place. Im a Massachusetts resident and purchased a used vehicle from this dealership earlier this year. They do not know any of the correct procedures pertaining to selling a vehicle to an MA resident. They incorrectly told me that I was okay to take the car home that day and that my insurance was in effect; on the next business day I contacted my insurance company and was informed that I was in fact not covered yet, the registration process hadnt been completed yet (which is the dealerships responsibility, they charge a $600 "documentation fee" for this, by the way.) Additionally, they then registered the vehicle I purchased to the wrong person, further slowing down the process. The sales management uses high-pressure strategies and language, such as "this deal is good today only," and asking what they can do to get your business that day. The reason they do this is to try to give you no time to consider what is a major purchase, and to encourage impulse decisions. Dont fall for these kind of sales strategies. Even for a vehicle that had an original asking price of less than $10k, there are still thousands in tacked-on hidden fees to inflate the price, which you wont be informed of until youre signing the papers. Dont waste your time or money at this dealership, especially if youre an MA resident. Go somewhere else that will both treat you with respect and actually knows what theyre doing.

I would not recommend this dealers to anyone. Terrible customer service. A few days ago i went back to cancel my extended warranty for a vehicle i no longer had. The finance manager was not only rude, but also laughed in disbelieve when i advised them that i wanted to cancel my extended warranty. He was not just only dismissive but also unprofessional when dealing with this situation.

Poor service, the sales people be little me while I was looking/buying a car from here I regret buying a car from MIDDLETOWN NISSAN! Ive also notice a lot of flirting while waiting here between the workers as it made me VERY uncomfortable and un pleased that I was sitting in a "professional business" I wouldnt recommend this dealer ship to a friend or family member! Yes good cars but I was very displeased with the service and the un professionalness in the workplace! Sorry for the bad report wish I had a good

I would like to thank Michael Hamadi of Middletown Nissan, for his help when it was time for me to lease a new car. Although I ended up not leasing my car from Middletown, Michael went above and beyond in his helping me to get my dealer to give me the best possible deal and offered to beat it if they did not give me fair value on my trade in. I originally contacted Middletown Nissan because when the other dealer ran my Carfax, there was a mileage discrepancy in it, and for that reason, they were balking on giving me full trade-in value on my car. I bought the old car at Middletown, and when I called Middletown and explained this, Michael promised that he could clear this up and get me full value on my trade in. I was already committed to leasing the new car at this other dealer, and gone as far as putting down a deposit, so was very reluctant to break the deal. Michael, offered to beat their deal by more than the deposit I put down. Because of this, the other dealer relented on the original low offer on my trade in, and gave me the true trade-in value on my old car. I am very thankful to Michael for all of his help. He was very attentive, and quickly wrote back to me several times when I contacted him. He is truly, a professional in the automobile industry and he puts the customer first. When it comes to buying or leasing my next car, I will avoid the hassles and make Middletown Nissan my first choice.

He was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond during the whole process, from holding the vehicle for a few days without me having to sign any paperwork or put down any money until I could come back in with my husband, to staying late when we came back to make sure we were able to drive off the lot with the car that night. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. When we found a vehicle that we liked on their lot, we called ahead to ensure that it had a specific feature. When we got there, it was determined that it did not. However, without skipping a beat, the sales team agreed that if we wanted to purchase the car, they would have that feature put in at no cost to us. The sales team of Bob Hahn and Tony were fabulous, and we felt really great about purchasing the car from Middletown, especially since we had a very bad experience at another local dealer. We did end up purchasing the car and the finance office (Theo and Steve) were nothing short of spectacular, right down to staying late to redo our paperwork for a better deal. Even our introduction to the service and parts department was smooth. We had an appointment immediately the next day for the installation of the feature we wanted, and in addition, they ordered some touch up paint for us. As minor as it is, I also want to say how awesome Darlene was at the front desk. She was friendly, helpful, and kept me company while I was waiting. Truly a rockstar! We could not have asked for a better experience, and having bought 5 cars in the last 9 years, this is absolutely the best experience we had.
