Evan did e good job taking care of me and my needs on that day. When I called for the appt. I was told it would take 2 hours. When I arrived Evan explained why it would take much longer. I wash schedule to get to work by 11 a.m. Evan arranged for a loaner and help transferring my tools so that I could get to work early.

I must start with that car selection and buying the right car is one of the most tiring and time consuming process. But thanks to Bhavesh Patel, as Sales Consultant at Middletown Toyota who made our car selection process very simple and helpful. We received very warm welcome from him that made us feel very friendly. Bhavesh has excellent knowledge about the cars that helped us picking up the right car according to our needs and suitable to our wallet. He took time in showing us different Camry Models and spent ample time in explaining its features and difference between in each models. He had patiently answered all our questions and also offered to take us on test drive on different models of Camry. We admit that we took long time in selecting the car and finalizing the deal but Bhavesh has maintained his professional attitude and understanding our needs throughout the process. I must accept that we landed into good hands that helped us in making right decision and price is very important factor when purchasing the car and Bhavesh did good efforts in saving money for us. It was a great personal touch meeting him. We also had nice experience during delivery pickup. The girl Sara went through the audio specs with us and helped us in connecting our phone with Bluetooth. The only phase we were little disappointed is with Finance Manager when finishing all our paperwork. I wish the finance manager should be more professional and courteous like their Sales and Support team. Overall, good experience.

Frank the service person and of course whoever was the mechanic tried their very best after 2 trips and 5 hour wait time to fix my car. However the A/C is still non functional. Frank stated they will need to expidite a compressor from China or where ever they are manufactured.
