"Big Bad Bob"
Went to look at a used car (2015 grand cherokee) the car had a fog light out, the heated steering wheel did not work and the adjustable air ride suspension did not work until the car was started a second time. The sales associate was a nice kid his name was John however the "manger" Bob was Extremely Rude. He came over and didnt even introduce himself and asked why I didnt want to buy the vehicle. I asked what his name was and he simply said "Bob" old Bobby then proceeded to be extremely pushy as to why I didnt want to buy this vehical that I found 3 significant defects with and gave me an attitude that I have never recieved from any respectable sales person across any industry. He insulted me and said that I wasnt serious about buying a vehicle so he didnt know why I was there. (Mind you I drove an hour to look at this vehicle). I left upset and extremely frustrated that I had wasted my time. I do not recommend cargill and I hope Bob gets Fired.

This is my third vehicle from cargill chevy and all three times they have made the buying process quick and painless. On my second purchase 2010 avalanche there were some things wrong I didnt pick-up on the test drive, they fixed every issue at no charge and gave me a loaner no questions asked.
"Worst Service Experience In My Life"
I purchased a brand new 2016 Chevy truck with the black widow upgrade from Cargill in October 2016. Promised the world from the dealership. WORST experience of my life or as far back as I can remember...I brought my truck back to Cargill for its first ever service, oil change and a few things wrong. no big deal right. well when I purchased the truck it has the black widow upgrade and 20 inch beefy tires. After a day or so I noticed the tires looked low and checked and they were at 31 pounds each.. i noticed a day or two later that every time I turned my wheel the tires were bitting and squeaking . Called my new salesman friend who I spent all day with purchasing my truck and advised him about this... he said Ill check and called me back and said they should be 34lbs of pressure but they keep them a few pounds light for better wear. ok i said.... fast forward 1500 miles later and my two front tires are missing a quarter inch of rubber off the sides. I called and was told yea they need 65lbs of pressure.. They were the rudest people from start to finish. Had my truck for six days... really... gave me and arcadia that was filthy for a rental. I had to get a GM rep involved who finally had them fix my truck... terrible, terrible, terrible....I afraid they put sugar in my tank..... so rude

The entire staff at Rte 44 was outstanding assisting me with my recent accident. Michelle knew I was coming in and had a rental all ready for me. Carl had the estimate done within an hour and off to my insurance company. My original sales associate Brian Morrow kept me updated on the progress on my repairs. Even with the holiday I had my car back within 2 weeks and it looks awesome! I would highly recommend Cargill for car buying and repairs! Thank you!!

This car purchase was the kind of transaction one hopes for but rarely receives, I did here. I worked with Jarid over the phone who answered every question and concern I had on my mind. I am a resident of Illinois and this was a first time out of state, over the internet car purchase and it was flawless. I purchased a used 2013 Mercedes. I had to be sure of the purchase price as well as the trade in for my car as I was traveling 1000 miles to Connecticut. Anything could have happened but when I arrived everything went without a hitch. This rarely happens in todays world. Both Jarid and Cargill are top notch.

I was actually looking for a SUV, but got a Silverado instead, had a 2013 outlander and still owed about $19000. The Silverado was actually in the showroom and since trying to get the SUV turned out to be more expensive, tried for the truck instead, they paid off my outlander and they worked for a few hours to get me in the Silverado with payments I was asking for, even though I was somewhat upside down on the outlander , couldnt ask for anything better than that, all I can say is Thank u to all that worked on getting me into the truck I wanted

I live in Leicester, MA and was told by a friend to come to Cargill and check out the deals they have and the great service they have. So, I drove to Cargill and I must tell you, its the best experience Ive had by far. I dealt with Carl and John and both were curtious, kind, extremely knowledgeable and explained things fully. I drove away that night in my brand new Chevy Trax with a confidence of knowing that the right deal was made and I got best possible outcome. That was three months ago, and I feel the same way today I felt driving out of the lot the first night. Ive had my frist service check and while waiting, they washed my car. Not only gif I get the exact car I wanted for an awesome price but Cargill drove it to my office over an hour from the dealership to drop it off for me and let me keep it for a 2 day test drive before I bought it. There was a snag with my DMV paperwork at sale but the let me keep a dealer plate for an extra week and brought my new plates registration again right to my office once it was all sorted out. These guys were great!

Buying a vehilce is one of the worst things a person could experience. I have worked with the auto industry for over 25 years and do not like automotive people. Well guess what, my opinoin has changed about Cargill Chevrolet. I live an hour and fifteen minutes away from the dealership. Frank brought the vehicle to me for a test drive,I was impressed. It was clean and everything he told me it was. I called him back that night after the test drive and bought the vehicle. They then delivered the vehicle to my house. I never had to go to the dealership. This is something i never knew was available as a service. More car dealerships should learn from this incredilble service. I have been dealing with this dealership since the reorganization of GM. I have been very please with the service department and the sales persons that I have dealt with over the years. I am there frequently for service to one of the three vehicles I have purchased and have not had any issues at all. I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone who is purchasing a vehicle. My husband and I were just starting to look for a vehicle on a Saturday afternoon. Arrived at the dealership about a half hour before closing. Salesman stayed for an hour past closing to discuss and provide test drive. Narrowed down what we wanted for options, found one, and I went back 3 days later with my trade in. Done. No harassment, just straight talk and honesty. Have never had a car buying experience like that. My next purchase will be from Cargill Chevrolet as well :)

From 2012 through 2015 we have purchased 4 cars from Cargill Chevrolet. We always deal with Frank Perrin for sales. He has been in the car industry a long time and "Knows Cars", not just a salesmen. He will do what ever it takes to make sure we are satisfied with the sale. All the vehicles are serviced at Cargill and have had very good experiences with them. The Service Manager and staff have been very helpful when needed which really counts for us to see that we have great support after the sale.

Id have to say the purchase of my 2012 Jeep Wrangler was the best buying experience Ive had. Salesman Karl Trudeau was awesome and extremely helpful. I had been to a few other dealerships just testing the waters as far as trading in my car and getting a different vehicle. Putnam Cargill blew away all the others as far as very good trade in price for my car and just the whole transaction and getting me into the Jeep.

Jeff Moberg helped me out at the purchase of my used pick up , he was great & knowledged, I never asked to put the asking price down but asked to fix few of the stuff on truck before delivery , they machined front rotors for run out but didnt bother putting new brake pads which I had to replace 2 months later , they put a tail gate lock but end up putting a dent on the tail gate , I asked for a new functional (wasnt folding in ) right side rear view mirror but they didnt. Asked them to clean the stains on the seats but they didnt , they delivered the truck to my house in Milford Ma , forgetting the title & the spare keys at the dealer , which I had to go back to get it , had to register it that day , only good part is the only one owner on truck took care of it , all I got from the dealer was not an apology but, your service is due soon letter .really ? Once they got their cash see you later . Being in auto business , you get only one chance to gain a customer for life.

I walked in the Friday morning after Thanksgiving ,got hooked up with Brian, told him my truck blew a head gasket and I need a vehicle today so I could get to work Monday , I saw a Malibu on the internet that morning that would work for me . Aaron was AWESOME and made the whole process fun. I had to get back to work so the folks at Cargill went to work even going to my home to pick up my trade in. The truck was mine in less then 2 hours. Found a truck here sent email I got a call saying truck was available had a couple questions about the truck lady didnt know that the answers she transferred me to Karl who also said that the truck was still there answered my question so I gave him my card info to leave a deposit since I was going down there the next day drive an hour an half there walk the lot and dont see walk into talk to Karl no hand shake no eye contact tells me to take a seat he wont look at me and taps on the desk an says the truck sold this happens all the time...I say refund my money an I walk out as I get to the door he goes we have other trucks here I just left at that point on my hour an half ride back home I call ask to speak to Karl to see if he could work.a deal in for screwing me on the one I wanted says nope the price is nuts and bolts thats what it is...asks me what Im looking for an my price range I tell him an he says hell call me an bring it to my house when he finds something Im go youll call me but you couldnt call me to tell me you sold the truck I wanted....unprofessional dealership buy elsewhere
