Julius recently came to my home to do the Encore service for the car I leased in August. When we spoke on the phone to schedule the appointment, he made note of the questions I had. So yesterday i went in for my regular servicing and let me tell you Jevaughn has the best customer services skills and patience Ive seen in a long while. The service I received from the Sales Executive, Stephen, was exceptional. He was thorough, patient and ensured that I got a good deal on my car. Additionally, the service I received from Kevaughn was outstanding. On the day I purchased the car, Stephen provided me with a tutorial on my new car features. Kevaughn, one of BMWs Product Geniuses, then provided additional assistance with the car functionality and helped me load the BMW ap onto my phone. First time working with New Country BMW and the experience was overall OK. Initial visit to put a deposit down went smoothly but then I wasnt getting any updates on the wait for a production slot. Finally inquired with the sales guy and he had moved to a new dealership in another state without anyone telling me and proceeded to try and sell me a different car! Finally was bounced to a new sales guy who kept me updated promptly along the way. About two weeks or so after getting a production slot I got an email saying he didnt work there anymore and then was bounced to a new sales guy. Ended up with Seth Falco who has been there for quite some time. I liked working with him and when I went to pick the car up he was great at making me feel accommodated. Easy guy to talk with and relatable. I also had Garey Allen as my Product Genius who showed me all the features of my car. He was awesome - very knowledgeable and patient going through all the bells and whistles. Great sense of humor too. My major complaints would be the lack of communication during the buying process. Getting bounced around with sales people was a pain, especially when they were trying to sell you stuff from their new jobs. Also, no one told me about the MyBMW website where you can track the car. I found that out via google and web forums. In fact, once the car was ordered I didnt hear much about where it was in the production/delivery process. I figured Id get a more personal experience from the dealer just for the fact I was buying an M car but that was not the case (but not a big deal). They also had me drive the car with one of the guys to get gas. I found that a bit weird. I cant rate the facilities much as it was under construction and I didnt visit most of it. The internet was down that day because of construction so my paperwork had to be done across the street. A small nuisance but they were quick about it.
