At the outset, Mr. Martinez was very informative about the entire process, specifically regarding Liberty Hondas "Best Price First" program. Additionally, he was very patient and answered all of our questions fully, which, in turn, gave us a lot of confidence to do business there. At no point did we feel any pressure to close a deal, which was a great change from our past experiences with dealerships. I did my homework before going to the dealership and was happily surprised when they DID give me a good price on my new car AND gave me fair value on my trade-in. No monkey-ing around with the numbers...no secret formulas...just $X for the new car and $X for trade. I went to another dealership first...and they couldnt even tell me what I was paying for the new car! I appreciate the upfront, no haggle pricing. We will definitely be back...now my husband wants a new Honda!

5.0 star rating I went there without an appointment and was able to work with Udi (the best salesman in there) who was very kind! He was very realistic and did not try to push me into something I didnt need nor want. He made sure I knew the car inside and out before I left the lot with it. Under no circumstance did I feel pressured or haggled. Please go there and ask for Udi, you wont regret it

We researched the car and the pricing that we wanted to pay and they met it – in fact their low price was on the car (below sticker and less than other dealers lowest price offered) so it made negotiations easy. No hard sell, very quick and easy. They worked with us on our trade in. Udi went over all the features of the car and answered any questions that we had. Ryan did the paperwork - no pressure to purchase add-ons. It was a great experience and we would highly recommend Liberty Honda. When it’s time to trade in we will be back.

I bought a car last week and I live in Long Island and traveled 170 miles for the "utmost best" car buying experience of my life. Starting with Caitlin who got everything in order days before we got there. She returned my calls very promptly and was as professional as can be. When I got to the dealer I was greeted by Khamid and Bill who treated me and my son like royalty and also Ryan the finance Mgr!!! I have told all my friends and family the experience we had. I lease cars often. so this is not my first time. i hate dealing with car salesman because i never know if i am being told the truth. i was upfront about my expectations with cash and also what i was looking for in a honda. he was very good, and honest in his talking to me. he got me the car i wanted, read YELLOW FIT !! Everything went very smoothly. The only thing I didnt enjoy was the sales pitch for extra protection that took place when I was signing the papers. I think that should have been part of the selling process before doing the paperwork. but i am good for 3 more years and enjoying my FIT.

I made an appointment to test drive a 2013 Honda CRV. Luis Castillo was the sale associate that I met with when I arrived. We had the usual chat about buying a car, such as financing and trade-in. We then went for a test drive. After, we discussed the price and he answered a few questions. I told him that I would need a few days to decide. The sale manager also came over for a short conversation. But there was no pressure for me to put a deposit down on the car, other than the usual that they would not be able to hold the car if someone else decides to put a deposit down. I appreciate this no-pressure sale, unlike other dealerships that I have visited, including one that kept telling me that they are a no pressure, no hassle dealership, but the sale associate and the sale manager kept saying that they are going to sell the car that Im interested in that afternoon if I dont put a deposit down.

Kudos to TJ in Service where I started my day getting my brakes replaced. I asked him to recommend someone I could talk to. I wanted Honda to take my 2011 CRV and get me into a new lease for same monthly payments.. thats it... Along came Michael Petrella who was great. He listened and delivered. In the end, Im not sure about the extra Care package or whatever it was that I bought as it did raise my month;y payment a few dollars but overall. an excellent interaction all around. And the Service department is much easier to deal with than some others in the area. Have never had an issue with them.

I worked with Luis while I was purchasing my new CR-V. He was great and listened to everything I said intently. I told him what I wanted to spend and that I didnt want to exceed that amount. He got me into a great 2016 CR-V for the exact price I told him I was comfortable with. During the leasing paperwork process - the associate could have been a bit more professional and organized. However he was very friendly and we didnt run into any problems. I also think the manager that Luis worked with was a bit stiff and wasnt the best with customer service. Yet Luis was really the shining star in this situation and it made the entire process of buying a car much less stressful. Keep him around!

"Terrible Experience W/ Salesman & Used Car Manager"
I drove from the other side of the state because Liberty Honda had a car I was interested in. As a young adult, the used car manager Brian seemed to pass me off and try to get the best deal he could for himself, not me. My salesman, John F, was not helpful either and proceeded to tell us "we were late" and that was the reason we were sitting around, even though we were only a few minutes late. He also called me the night before I was picking up my car and told me my interest rate was two percentages lower than what it actually was. I walked out on the car I really wanted due to lack of professionalism and attitude. It wasnt until I came back to work with the general manager that I eventually bought the car. The GM, Mike Plummer is the only person I would ever buy a car from again at Liberty Honda. I do not foresee myself going back again in the future.

They went above and beyond to help me with the airbag recall on my Honda. They made arrangements for a rental, and when that didnt work because of an underage driver, they gave me a loaner. The recall stinks, but the service manager went to extremes to make sure I was inconvenienced as little as possible. They have earned my loyalty.

I took my car yesterday 5:30 pm for diagnostics , and made appt for 7 am today .....they said they will call me ....1 pm i called them , the guy said they r having meeting ill tell them to call u back ....2:30 pm i called again and the lady said they will call u back and i said to her i been told the same when i called at 1 pm then she said let me transfer u to someone ....phone was ringing no one answered .... its 3 pm and im still waiting for call ....and im supposed to pick up my car today around 4 : 30 ....

Ordered a standard 2016 Pilot LX. Put a deposit down. Was told ot would take 1-2 days. 4 days later only after I called them was I told it would be 4-6 weeks. I found 3 of them at another dealership and purchased it there. Very pleasant purchasing process, but unable to get a common model in a reasonable time.

During September 2015, I needed to replace my Jeep Cherokee and a friend had just leased a 2015 Honda CR-V from Liberty Honda. I went for a short ride with my friend and loved the car. I loved the gas mileage, I loved the package options/features - I decided that this would be the first car that I would look at. I went to Liberty Honda and met with salesperson Caitlin Conley. She knows her cars and she had answers for all my questions. She showed me to Libertys lot so that I could see the CR-V in different colors. I made my selection and back at the showroom, she offered all the addition services, extended warranties and did NOT push. I had never encountered a car salesperson that wasnt pushy and I really appreciated that Caitlin covered everything in a professional manner. She is definitely an asset to the Liberty Honda team.
