"Excellent Experience"

Several years ago, I purchased a Q50 at Harte Infiniti in Hartford and dealt with Anthony Smith. The initial treatment I received from Mr. Smith and my subsequent dealings with the Harte Service Department were excellent, as was my experience with the Q50. My wife and I recently decided a mid-size SUV would better suit out needs, with the addition of large canine and my initial thoughts were to give a Mercedes a try, simply for the change. We came very close to purchasing a Mercedes, but decided to at least give Infiniti a look. We returned to Harte and specifically asked for Anthony Smith, only to find he was now the Sales Manager. That came as no surprise because he was head and shoulders above most of the people we had encountered when we shopped for our previous car and exhibited a command presence even then. Sales Manager Smith directed us to Antonio Gomez and to be candid, we were initially a little disappointed that we were not given preferential treatment being returning customers. Our concerns were quickly dismissed. Antonio proved to be an extraordinary young man who was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. You could not help but like him. We were given what I would consider a very fair price for our trade and an aggressive discount on the purchase of a QX60. Knowing that Mr. Smith had personally selected Antonio to work with us and strongly suspecting he had his fingers in putting the deal together, we could not have been more pleased. We took delivery of our new QX60 the very next day and are thrilled with it. These are quality people at an exceptional dealership.

I submitted an Email request about a Q50 on Sunday. Received an Email back on Monday saying the car was available. Made arrangments to look at the car on Tuesday. 1-1/2 hours before the appointment I was contacted and told car was on deposit, but they had another similar car they could show me. I was told "Sorry for the miscommunication"

They always have a loner ready for me whenever I drop my car off for service and their attention to detail and customer service is by far the best Ive ever experienced from any dealership Ive ever dealt with. The initial salesman was nice for the test drive but never got back to me unless the internet sales department told him to. I emailed and texted a competitors quote 3 times and was assured by 2 people I would hear back either way. Never happened. I guess Harte doesnt need to sell cars after all.

I have had the absolute pleasure, yes I said pleasure, in dealing with Harte Infiniti of Hartfords Service Department on a few occasions over the past few months. From the moment you drive into the service bay you are greeted with kindness and professionalism. Mark, the service manager has a very well rounded team of service advisors, service technicians, and additional associates. In speaking with Maya (service advisor) this morning it is apparent that she not only is she very kind, but also very courteous, caring, and patient. Maya took the time to ensure that all of my questions were answered and she had me physically show her my areas of concerns on my vehicle. Maya really cared about my concerns and took notes during our conversation to ensure that all items would be addessed. She then set me up with a loaner vehicle and I was on my way. Maya opened and closed the car door for me which instantly brought me back to the Ritz Carlton where Im greeted with happiness, a sense of comfort, which ultimately leads to complete customer satisfaction. I have had the pleasure of also getting to know Mark the service manager. I met Mark a few months back on the evening when I purchased my vehicle. Mark and I were in the same area and he instantly came over shook my hand and introduced himself. Now I really believe Mark goes above and beyond what is expected of him as each and every time I pull into the service bay at Harte Mark personally gets up out of his chair in his office (unless hes in a meeting) and walks over to me and greets me. this morning after greeting me Mark got his hands dirty and slapped on the wheel alignment tools on my car with a suit on. Now that right there is class. I can honestly say that Mark treats all of his customers like the Ritz Carlton treats theirs. Mark also treats his team members as valued partners and its very apparent that the communication lines are open between the front of the house and the back of the office. I believe that Mark has done a tremendous job in building a very effective team which once again leads to customer satisfaction. I can honestly say that I am one happy customer and I highly recommend Harte Infiniti of Hartford.

I have been taking my M35X there for service since new. Im always treated with respect unlike some of the other marques. They truly appreciate my business, but best of all I can trust them when they make a maintenance or repair suggestion. they dont oversell unnecessary work. My car has had all maintenance done to the letter as I always get at least 200k from a car and believe esp fluid maintenance ensures that. I find that the service reps (esp. Phil) are knowledgeable technically as well as he wrenches his own cars. Due to my experience with Harte, my daughter bought a Q50 there last year. The convenience with loaner cars, bring the car in that day if you have an issue, and trust make this a strong recommendation for me. This is an honest review and no I dont work there.

Harte Infiniti was incredible to work with. Myrian from Internet Sales contacted me within minutes of my inquiry. She was very helpful in answering my initial questions and called me back with a few answers she couldnt initially answer. Talking to Myrian, I put down a deposit on a Monday and scheduled a test drive for Wednesday, 2 days later. Lavon, my Sales Associate, called on Tuesday to confirm Wednesdays appointment. We arrived on Wednesday, took the test drive, which was perfect and bought the car. Levon was great to work with, very knowledgeable in the cars history and made sure delivery went smoothly. From the time I put down my deposit to the time of my appointment, Harte Infiniti received at least 2 other requests to purchase the car. Lavon was upfront and told me they scheduled appointments after my appointment in case I didnt buy the car. Because I put down the deposit, they honored my right for 1st refusal and honored our original purchase agreement. I live over 2 hours away but will buy from Harte Infiniti again if the opportunity presents itself.

I have called 5 times and left 4 messages and no one has called me back! Scheduling an oil change shouldnt be this difficult!

I unfortunately totaled my 2015 Infiniti Q50x sport in the beginning of the month, (I loved that car) so the next day after my accident I contacted Daniel Asare at Harte Infiniti in Hartford to get a head start on a new car (at the time I didnt know yet if my baby was totaled). I had bought my last 2 cars from Daniel and knew I could trust him to put me in a new car. I debated between a Wrangler...total opposite end of the spectrum but i sell cars too for Executive Jeep/Nissan so that vehicle has always been of interest to me. I wasnt ready to give up the luxury features that my Q50 provided me with though so I ended up back here again. Daniel and Nate gave me the deal of a lifetime and I am very happy and excited again to be driving my new car. Dealers response oh well sorry. If you dont know whether you have a car on the lot and allow a customer to drive to dealership seems pretty poor business practice.

Buying this car (Infiniti G37x) was a huge step for me. Ive wanted an Infiniti for years, but always thought it was out of reach. Im single, in my 40s and I had a nice car, but it didnt make me feel "special" it didnt give the "look at me feel". I work hard and all I do is save and dream. I never step out of the box & do something for me, until on Sat. I was feeling good and after spending months looking for the car I wanted, I found it so off I went, but just to look I told myself. As I pulled in to Harte Infiniti I saw my car, the one Ive always dreamed of having. James came out and asked me if I wanted to take a ride, I was so nervous. It was amazing. I couldnt believe I was driving my dream car. After the ride I was ready to walk away because I was nervous. Purchasing a car like that was a huge deal to me. James was so easy to talk to. Just bought our 2nd car from Anower Hossain. It was one of the most pleasurable buying experiences we have ever had. Anower is the consummate professional salesperson. He was extremely attentive to our wants and needs. He listened to us very attentatively. He made us feel like we were the most special of clients. Before we came to look at Harte, we looked at many other luxury suvs. The other salespeople did not even compare to him. They were too casually dressed and not very attentive. Where as Anower really paid attention to us. It was very impressive to see him in a suit,something you do not see at other luxury car dealers. He did not try to push us into anything we did not want. When we picked up the car a QX60, he spent as much time as we needed explaining everything in how to use all the technological parts of the car. He had even offered to drive to our house and do the explaining, but we chose to do it at the dealership. We also had a very quick and enjoyable paperwork experience with Roger Dusi the business sales manager. No high pressure to buy extras we did not want or need. All in all. A 5 star experience. If I were to say that Harte Infiniti were a great dealership I would be not telling the truth. I bought my car in August 2014 and on Saturday, November 15, 2104 I was in a car accident and called the dealership at 5:45 PM frantic because I didn’t know what to do. Nate, the manager calmed me down and told me he would call me right back, when he returned my call he not only reassured me that things would be fine BUT that he was sending one of his Sales Associates to my house that night with a set of keys so that I could go on Sunday and pick up a loaner car so that my life wouldn’t be interrupted anymore that it had already had. This shows that this dealership is not only one that goes above, beyond, but also cares and that they would remember me from August and take care of me in the way that they did shows that the quality and customer service that Nate managed and directed for Chris and Anwar was remarkable. I am a Harte Infiniti Customer for life because of this and because of this level of care and quality service I recommend that others should be as well.
