EXCELLENT!! I recently purchased a ES here. I primarily worked with Karan Singh, HE IS YOUR GUY. Overall, a great experience from the day I came in not knowing what type of vehicle I wanted/buying new or used. Karan was very patient (we probably have gone on 6+ test drives in different vehicles over the past 2 weeks), responsive, kind, and informative. He even came off his vacation day in order to meet the work schedule of my family members. He was also straight forward and I felt no pressure throughout the process. I also worked with the finance manager Peter Q. He was very kind, informative, and most importantly for the Finance & Insurance guy was not pushy at all! I was half expecting him to start trying to sell me all these add-ons. However he explained my options, once I made a decision he moved right on. I also worked briefly with Al another finance manger (however he had to run out but immediately put me with Peter which made me feel like my time was valued). I also worked with Ethan Williamson briefly who kindly took us out on a test drive. I never met Nicole in person, the business development manager, but she was very helpful and fast at responding to my online requests. Overall the main themes from Hoffman Lexus were kind, informative, and low pressure! I would HIGHLY recommend Hoffman Lexus for your next used or new vehicle. Do your homework and come in to make a deal. They are fair and will make things right. Very happy new owner and will be doing business with them again!!

Yesterday afternoon, I picked up my brand new 2017 Lexus NX 200h F Sport, and I am in love! Not only is the car unbelievably gorgeous, I couldnt be more pleased with my whole buying experience at Hoffman Lexus. As a seasoned car buyer and lease owner, I can honestly say that my salesperson, Ethan Williamson, was a complete professional. Ethan treated me with respect, was highly responsive, and he answered any question or concern that I had promptly and with ease. I would like to personally recommend Woody Hammonds as the sales rep to see when going to Hoffman Lexus. As hard as it may be to believe he was probably the only sales rep (besides Matt) that was honest, straight forward and refrained from any gimmicks. Usually when you think of a "dealership", you automatically assume there is going to be a song and dance that comes along with the experience which in the beginning there was when I met with the initial sales rep that I spoke with over the phone. That experience honestly was very off-putting before I decided to go back but this time I opted to speak with a different person which is how I met Woody. He listened to what my expectations were, didnt push when I declined the additional options and worked his hardest to ensure I would be satisfied with whatever purchase I made. Me and my wife walked in there thinking with not so perfect credit its going to be hard to get a car in top of having a car already on payments. But not the case at all they worked hard to get us in a car and took my car on payments with no issues. We got a 2011 Honda CR-V very nice car clean great condition overall.. My husband and I walked into Hoffman Lexus undecided as to whether we wanted to proceed with the transaction. However, we were greeted by Woody, whose personality was very inviting so we felt comfortable in expressing our desire and discussing pricing. However, it took a few weeks to make the final decision and Woody made himself available to meet with us or answer our phone inquiries. Several weeks ago, we were just outside Hartford when we developed a flat tire. I called Hoffman Lexus, spoke with Caitlin Lamphier and drove to the dealership to get our tire fixed or replaced. In our interactions with her, Caitlin was superbly knowledgeable, highly professional and very courteous. Luckily, our tire was able to be repaired, and we were back on the road in no time. Tom Ryan, a salesman at Hoffman Lexus was referred to us by a friend. We have bought many cars in the last 50 years and have never had a salesman like Tom!! He is absolutely the best automobile salesman I have ever had. He is truly knowledgeable, puts his customers at ease and makes sure you understand everything he is explaining. No pressure at all!!! Looking for someone who will listen to your needs and be straight forward and honest about purchase options, deals, and options. That person who goes up and beyond in service, that person whose greeting makes you feel welcomed... There is one man I would recommend and his name is Woody Hammond. Theres something about this man that shouldnt go unnoticed. His work ethic, his tactics, his trust, hard work, and dedication has earned a loyal customer for a lifetime. Woody really takes pride in what he does. Last year I walked into this dealership with the intentions on purchasing a vehicle. Ive been turned away by a manager at this dealership who I feel didnt do much at all to help me, in which I believe any customer of any ethnicity should be helped all with fairness and equality and in the same manner and regard. With my experience with management I took my money and purchased a vehicle at another dealer. Since last year, and sometime before that even though Ive purchased a car from a different dealer, Woody always checked in on me to make sure my vehicle was safe and that everything was going good with my vehicle, even though I didnt purchase from him nor Hoffman. Although I had a experience before in which I wrote about, Woody was the ONLY one who reached out to me about my experience. Woody was the ONLY one who has worked his communication with me and gained me back as a customer. Woody, always reassured me that he would do everything in his power to get me a new car. And he did just that along side Al. Al, heard my situation not even for 15 minutes and the next day he was able to get me approved and drove a new car off the lot the same day. Al is hardworking and dedicated. He LISTENS and open to helping people of any and every background or ethnicity. As much times as Ive been into this location that has never happened. However, Al and Woody made it happen. If it wasnt for Woody, I would not have purchased from Lexus. Woody deserves to be recognized for his hard work and dedication. Bob has been my Service Coordinator for the last 12 years. He has watched over me and my 2 beautiful children always taking that extra step. Hes helped shift countless car seats, bags of groceries, and endured a lot of hugs and chatter from my little guys. Over the past 24 years, I have purchased 14 new cars as my job requires me to drive in excess of 50,000 miles annually. Last Wednesday night, as my Audi Q5 was being serviced, I visited Hoffman Lexus in East Hartford, CT. There I met Ryan Mendez, previewed a 2016 RX350 and made an appointment to drive the car the next day. Ryan knew I had limited time to spend and after a great test drive, within 5 minutes, had put together a very fair deal, taking my Audi in trade. He handled everything else: financing, insurance and registration. The delivery that Saturday was stress free and it became very clear to me that at Hoffman Lexus, Customer Service is PARAMOUNT. From Ryan, to Peter and Rebecca, each one was a real pleasure to deal with. Given my high mileage job, it is clear that I will be a frequent visitor to the Service Center as the car comes in for maintenance. I have no doubt that the Customer Service Ive already experienced will continue there. In my opinion, Hoffman Lexus stands head and shoulders above the rest.

On Nov 5, 2015 around 2pm I called Hoffman Lexus and got an appointment for 6:30pm same day to see a Certified pre-owned RX350. Provided my name & phone no on phone and when I reached the dealership around 6pm, they said the vehicle is sold. I travelled 60 miles and they did not even have the courtesy to call and notify me. Sales person said he was told about our visit just 15mins prior to our arrival and felt sorry. Not happy with how it turned out and I am not likely to go back nor recommend this dealer to any of my friends.

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Eddie Adkins (a.k.a. Bow Tie) while purchasing my Lexus RX 450h. Eddie is energetic, friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and hardworking. You cant do much better than Eddie. Now that I am an owner, he will still help me with anything I may need. Rebecca Halprin was amazing. In addition to being an outstanding teacher, Rebecca was very patient and very calm as she tutored me on the vast array of computerized electronics available in my new Lexus. Rebecca, like Eddie, let me know she would be available to answer questions and help in the future with anything I may need. Al Ramos made the financing meeting both informative and fun. His mix of warmth and humor while dealing effectively with substantive issues was both informative and friendly. In summary, all three conveyed a sense of accepting us into the family or club of owners and staff. It was quite nice.

I was a little reserved going in the dealership on 10/3 but I decided to try it because they had a vehicle that I saw online and was very interested in. I was introduced to Mark P. and new consultant who I felt at first, needed more time for training, but I said to myself let me give him a chance. Let me tell you my experience has been greater than Ive ever expected. This was my first time buying a vehicle so I was already thinking that car salesman have no heart or morals, that they are there just to seal the deal. Mark has showed me and has gone above and beyond my expectations and I did not even purchase a new car, mines was a used car. He was patient with my request, he answered all my concerns even if he was not sure and needed to get back to me, he has followed up to make sure I am totally satisfied with my deal. 5 stars to "Bow Tie" Eddie Adkins. Eddie was actively involved with us from the beginning. He clearly explained the advantages of the GS 350 compared to other cars we were considering at other dealers, which helped to close the deal. The car is a certified used car, and we were shown exactly what services that Hoffman did to get it ready for sale. We presented our own list of items we felt needed to be addressed (mostly all cosmetic) in order to buy the car. Eddie carefully followed through to be sure that each and every issue we identified was taken care of. The final cost was a joint effort with Sebastian and Eddie. The whole process was smoothly handled by the entire Hoffman team which was coordinated by Eddie.
