I bought a 2013 Dodge Dart from Mitchell a couple of weeks ago and, for the most part, was very pleased with the whole process. The car had a couple of things that I wanted fixed as a condition of the sale and I have to say the body work is top-notch. Everyone bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule. Im super happy with the car - my only complaint is...the ad specifically mentioned it was a Rallye with Rallye badging. The car is an SXT - no Rallye badging anywhere. Still happy as can be with the car anyway.

After purchasing a new Grand Caravan there, I have been obtaining routine service at Mitchell Dodge for many years and Im generally very satisfied. Service personnel are friendly and helpful in most cases. Service is performed as scheduled and promised and questions are answered thoroughly. The waiting room is adequate but not inviting and service writers seem somewhat inflexible regarding scheduling appointments. In my case, medical issues make it difficult to meet early or mid-morning appointments but I was refused any time after 10:30 A.M. I managed to make it and everything else turned out well. I also overheard a conversation with another customer who seemed to be unable to get his most desired appointment.

I bought my second car here because the service is reliable and havent regretted my decision. Not only is the repair service excellent, and appointments easy to obtain, but the customer service staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The biggest advantage to having service done here has to be the excellent shuttle service. I cant tell you how many times theyve brought me home and picked me up outside of the normal commute time! You wont have to miss work with this great service.

the car buying process had been a hassle until i went to this dealership. having dealerships not working with me or outright disregarding my wants for a car and trying to sell me whatever was on their lot. friendly, knowledgeable, professional staff. dealing with them it felt as thought i was actually buying a car not being sold one. they were able to put me in the car i wanted, 2014 dodge dart, with no fuss or bait and switch attempt by coming back with too high a price point to put me in a used car instead. overall a joy to deal with. my wife is not a dodge fan and even she would consider one from this dealership after the dealings with the staff.

My husband and I had been looking for a new, all wheel drive vehicle for several months. Personally, it was one of the most frustrating experiences we’ve ever been through (up until we met Steve). My husband saw an ad in the paper for a brand new AWD Dodge Journey Crossroad. It appeared too good to be true. We asked a salesperson from a different company that we had been dealing with if he can match the price as we want him to have our business. After the salesperson supposedly “researched†the contents of the ad, he had come to the conclusion the ad was incorrect, that we do not qualify for all incentives and it was in fact too good to be true. Not accepting this answer, we contacted Steve Smith from Mitchell Dodge/Chrysler/RAM. After confirming the validity of said ad, we called the salesperson from the other dealership and relayed our newly learned information to him. He claimed that the ad was “fraudulent†and it was impossible to sell that particular model Journey priced so low. Fed up with the lies and manipulation, we accepted the deal with Steve. Steve helped us primarily via the phone and email – something a lot of dealerships refuse to do. Other unnamed dealerships would do nothing but lie to us, manipulate us and even beg us to purchase a vehicle through them. This is not the case with Mitchell Dodge/Chrysler/Ram. And the best part is that Steve/Mitchell actually TRUSTED us. We love the way Mitchell/Steve does business and we will be returning customers in the not-so-distant future for a replacement for my husband’s car.

Needed a factory warranty of a new gas tank. They had a loaner ready for me so I could drop off the Charger and go to work. The job was finished by mid afternoon and I was called to notify me that I could pick up the car and return the loaner. Very competent service department - they are the only ones I will let touch my mint Charger.

Being parents to 3 young ones ages 3, 4, & 5 we were looking for something that was suitable for us. Yes kids are still using boosters. We have a Denali but really kicking our butts in miles and gas with the drive around we do for kids school and work. Weve gone to 2 other dealerships. First one was very pushy! A private dealer pushing us to purchase a Honda Crosstour. Problems: that car looks like a roache, way too much miles for the price asking on a used car, and of course saying things young parents should hear. We actually put a deposit down after spending 5 hours with this guy. I guess I was MAKING myself love it for the kids. Second dealer we brought my mother along with our kids. The salesman we spoke to was very nice but he was ready to go home. After a nights rest and comparing the vehicles we have seen my husband found a Used Dodge Journey that caught our eyes. We called up the dealership letting them know we wanted to take a look. Once we arrived with all 3 kids and my mother everyone was estatic. We were all amazed by this vehicle. It was a pretty busy day for them so our salesman JP let us take it out for a test drive. WE LOVED IT! But we got back to the dealer and to kill time we looked around. Yes we even looked at a caravan (that i refuse to ever look at! not ready to be that soccer mom yet)! Then theres that one that caught our eyes. The 2013 Journey SXT Blacktop. It was beautiful! Unfortunatly, the one on the lot did not have a third row we wanted. Jp is such an amazing person dealing with my family (all 6 of us)! He did a great job getting us what we wanted! As of now we are proud owners of the new 2013 Dodge Journey SXT Blacktop! Thanks to JP and everyone helping us find the right one for the right price! I came out to Mitchell Dodge from the shoreline to look and and eventually buy a Dodge Ram truck. I was drawn to the truck, but it was the customer service that made this a great experience. When ever you buy a new vehicle there is a certain amount of being unsure, but they made it easy for me to decide right then and there without feeling pressured. The people were very knowledgeable and friendly. I dealt with J.P., Steve and Stewart. I was impressed by their easy going and friendly manner. It was a totally different experience and I think that other dealerships could learn a few things from these guys. Mitchell Auto Group, you are lucky to have them. I was also impressed with your community spirit by loaning bicycles for the day. I have never heard of such a thing, but it truly shows a commitment to your community. From the moment I decided to trade in my 2004 Durango and purchase a new one I experienced excellent customer service with the personnel in sales and service. I have been buying cars from Mitchell dealers for over twenty years and I would not consider going anywhere else. The trade in value was excellent, the help in selecting the make, model and custom features I wanted was wonderful. The sales people, after I purchased the car, have been great in helping me to understand how to use its many features, and the service people have consistently been terrific. I love the Dodge Durango Citadel 2013 model I purchased almost a year ago now. I also have had great experience with their Subaru dealership. Excellent and consistent quality and service at both places. I highly recommend them.

Service was outstanding I had bought truck elsewhere but service department where I did buy truck could not held with setting up some basic features in my truck. I brought it to Mitchells and their service department, in particular J.P. Dragon, fixed the problems in very short time with no hassles. I could not have asked for better service and knowledge of my new truck. I have also bought cars here before and were get with everything I needed. Wish I would have just bought it there!!!!! I talked to JP on the phone before arriving at the dealership and he was as friendly in person as he was on the phone. We talked about what kind of van I wanted and what we could afford. He showed us a van that had pretty much everything I wanted on it. After talking about the price and if we could swing it, JP called Steve over and Steve "crunched" the numbers for us and finally came up with a plan we could afford. Being handicapped I needed a vehicle that I could have a lift installed in it so i could haul my scooter around. Steve had mentioned that Chyrsler Corp. had a plan that would help pay for the installation of a lift. That was a big help. Having been through the car buying process several times I have become accustomed to dealing with shady, pushy, and sometimes rude sales people. That was not the case at Mitchell Dodge. JP Dragon was a true pro. He helped us to make an informed decision by listening to our needs and found us the perfect SUV for our family. I just purchased a certified Dodge Durango for my wife from Mitchell Chrysler Dodge RAM. I found the car online and inquired to the dealership and got a response right away. I spoke with JP and Stewart and both were extremely helpful over the phone. I explained I was coming from a distance away and wanted to get some more information before making the trip. They were both very helpful. My wife and I decided to take the trip to the dealership and were greeted right away. There were a couple of minor touchups that needed to be done on the vehicle, and they completed them to my satisfaction so we move forward with purchasing. I was going to use my local credit union for the financing until we met Steve. He explained he had some options for us and that he could probably beat the rate we were given. It turns out that he cut the finance percentage in half. I am extremely satisfied with the purchase and JP, Stewart, and Steve were all top notch. Thanks!

Im writing this for my 86 year old father. Another dealership (which shall remain nameless) gave him an incredible run-around AND brush off. Mitchell stepped right up when we called them and in my opinion, went above and beyond GREAT customer service and repair. As it turns out, they discovered the problem was covered under warranty by actually taking the time to look up the VIN (unlike the OTHER nameless dealership). Mitchell provided friendly and courteous service AND provided a clean and almost new loaner car so there were no inconveniences. Because of the treatment my father received from Mitchell Chrysler, I took my Subaru to Mitchell Subaru in Canton (Ill review that separately). The Michell group has our business from now on!
