I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have a potential "Keeper" for me. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live about 45 minutes away. I am so upset with this dealership My family has purchased vehicles from them in the past my parents were interested in a new car so we took a look. In the midst of driving around the lot our brand new trucks tire got deflated by a giant car bolt . And when we approached the sales manager to ask for help he denied us any at all trying to basically say we were lying then to only say they arent responsible for a bolt thats in their parking lot. He wouldnt plug it or anything! I cannot believe that sales manager treated us the way he did . Now I was stuck driving on this giant bolt in the tire to go pay someone else to fix it all because we were giving them business .needless to say we didnt purchase anything from them ..... But on a good note ray seraphin ford fixed it for us in no time. No questions asked :-).

Bought an older Escalade at Scranton Motors Inc. I had already left two other dealerships and their offers behind because of annoying/pushy salesman. To be honest I almost didnt show up at Scranton because of the pushy email forwards I was getting from their online personnel. However my concerns were put aside after meeting my salesman, Jim Sydoriak. Jim was not a fit to the car salesman stigma and was not pushy, annoying, or instrusive. Nothing fake about Jim. He answered my questions, took me for a test drive, and made sure he got me in my vehicle of choice in a quick manner. He even set up the on-star apps on my iphone. Jim is the man! The finance guy was very thorough, just needs to cool it on the pitches... Im already buying a Cadillac!

Searching the internet I came across a Cadilac DTS, which I had been in the market to buy. I was not dissapointed when I was contacted by the internet specialist in assisting me in researching the car. Upon my arrival, David B our sales person,. was there to assist and present the car, which was all that it was advertized to be. I did purschase the car and the process was handled smoothly even with John L., the finance person. who was very through and explained all the forms that we had to sign, Not like the "Old days".
