Now, I have had every service and repairs done only by them and not once was I ever disappointed at all. ... "Repair Satisfaction"
The work that was done for the recall isnt even noticeable! Everything works just fine. I know that I was on a tight schedule that day and one other problem that Im having was not resolved. The touch screen on my radio doesnt always display what is selected. Navigation...the letters when they are touched display a character two or three characters over than what I depressed. Tech couldnt get it to do it, told me it had the latest software. The very next morning I hit the AM button and EX light up. Tried again, same thing. I must have depressed the AM 10 or 11 times before it changed to AM. I tried Nav right after that and I couldnt get the first letter I wanted to display. I admit that it did work the day I brought it in, but right now its turned into a nightmare again. When I get a some time after Holidays I will make another appointment to have it checked again. I had made an appointment because the service parking assist message appeared on the dash. For some unknown reason the message disappeared before I arrived at Parsons. I explained all this to the service manager, Michelle Mitchell, who was very understanding, helpful, and personable. The outcome of the service parking assist was that there was no problem. If the message should appear at a later date I would once again take the vehicle to Parsons. Bob Brown

Looked on line on Tuesday for an appointment for Friday, NO PROBLEM 7:30 am. Got there at 7:20 am went to Advisor, John Vitelli. Car was brought in at 7:30, was told of the problem (Water pump) and was on my way home by 9:00am. As I was waiting for my car I ran into Mr. Parson (owner) and he is the BEST. I live 45 miles away, bought the car there and I go back there for all of my oil changes, too. Great people to work with and talk to.

A simple Oil change and tire pressure check...They forgot to re-calibrate my oil gage to 100 percent, had to have someone come out and do it for me. The gentleman who did it for me said that that should have been done automatically also after I left the dealer repair shop I noticed my tire pressure had not been checked and pressure was still low. Not grave but disappointing.

"They Are Still Very Good With There Service"
My wife took her car for an oil, filter change. At the same time the tires were rotated. The problem was when my wife left to go home (East Haven approx. 45 minute drive) see noticed when getting off the highway Exit 8 on Rt. 91 that a light in the dash, on. The light was for the tires. The mechanic did not do something after the tire rotation. She called but to go back 45 min. and then another 45 min. back was ridiculous. Everything else was OK, but she was Very upset and worried of what could have happened but the person she spoke to told her that nothing could happen. The person made her fell better. Overall everything else went good and she was very happy.

I went in to Parsons for my regularly scheduled oil change and tire rotation. The technician told me there was also a recall on the parking break and asked if it would be okay to check this out while they have the car. It would take an extra 15 minutes. I was still in and out within an hour. Car is running as good as it was on day 1.
