IT WAS EXCEPTIONAL AS USUAL. I CAME IN TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND SINCE I WAS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH MY BRAKES THEY TOOK MY CAR IN FOR REPAIRS. Looking for a Honda/VW with a hatchback, I casually walked into Crowleys after the movies, one night.The engine on my 06 Honda had a cracked block and the logical thing to do, was to look for a new car. There on the lot, sat MY NEW CAR, a 2012 Fit, with 28,000 miles on it . I had been lusting after the Fit since I read about it eleven years ago. They werent available at that time, and I bought a Honda 2006 instead. This was a no-brainer and I immediately put a down payment on it to secure it. Ralph was my salesman and I have nothing but the highest praise for his handling of the whole deal. The car did not have an owners manual and I bugged him to get one for me and he did! I love the Fit!!!!

We recently brought our VW Passat to Crowley VW in Plainville, CT for the 10,000 mile service which include an oil change and tire rotation. The experience could not have been better. Everyone was friendly and professional and we were pleasantly surprised by the included car wash when the service was complete. I would definitely recommend Crowley for this service.

VW service is tops! Even though we have our VWs serviced there, we also bring our other vehicles there as well. They are always willing and able to help, and their receivers in the front office, their driver, Jerry, and the cashier are so friendly and accommodating. As a matter of fact, just last Thursday I discovered a leak in my tire (non-vw car!), and called Millie at the service desk. She told me to bring the car right down. They put it up on the lift and diagnosed the problem within 40 minutes. They didnt have the tire in stock but went out to get it and had it fixed that afternoon. They arranged drivers for me to and from my home while they fixed it. This type of service is unbeatable. We bring all of our cars their for service, VWs and other makes.

First class auto dealership!! Ive been buying cars /trucks with the Crowley franchises for years. Ever since they were located on Raymond road in West Hartford. But This particular branch (volkswagen-plainville) Ive purchased my last three cars with. The team here is first class. From Dom in sales , Jon in finance, and the service team. I found the car I wanted ( Chevy Equinox- wasnt even a Volkswagen!), took a test drive and drove it home two hours later. I was given an excellent amount for my trade in, and Jon found me a great loan rate and right where I wanted to be with a loan payment. Considering I dont even have the best credit. Most importantly, The first time I purchased with this particular branch, The staff made me feel like a vip customer. My most recent two purchases, they treated me like family. I bought a used Tiquan 2 years ago and when I scheduled and arrived to replace my tires with new ones, I found I never received the wheel lock tool- it was missing. I called Crowley and they were opened late and kept a technician to help me. It turned out that my wheel locks tool was available, but at a higher cost than the one in stock @ Crowley. The tech installed the new wheel locks on the spot solving a problem and saving me time & $$. I was not charged any labor for the install which I appreciated. Autumn & Ray in customer service were excellent .

I let him know the car I wanted, and he got the keys. The next day, I was a happy Golf owner once again! I have always received good service when taking my VW to Crowley The people in the service dept have always been courteous and helpful. The service was done in the estimated amount of time. Their shuttle service is great - dropping you off and picking you up as necessary. The only down side was that they forgot to wash the car as part of the service visit.
