Great facility & fine automobiles .Sales service has gone downhill.I walked in and sat in several cars and no one stopped and offer assistance.Years ago I bought a car at this facility and was a pleasure. Cars cant be sold having a group of salesmans hanging out at one desk been unproductive. I will buy a car again from Papas only if the dealer owners are on site.

After having a horrible experience at Crowley several years ago, I was hesitant to go back to another dealership. I started my search online for my next truck and was turned to Papa’s for their price and headed over to see the truck in person. I met with their sales man Garry Cwikla and within five minutes knew this was going to be a great transaction. No smoke in mirrors, straight talk and above all for me Garry showed RESPECT throughout the dealing. Unlike other Papa’s competitors Garry did not bombard me with sales figures, inventory maintenance fees and other spread sheets that were meaningless to me. The facility was clean and the product of my vehicle met my exact needs. Garry proved what Papa’s claims they offer. Will be going back again.

Visited store on 8/29 looking for a pre-owned vehicle. I usually stress every time I make this kind of purchase because you seem like you have to go back and forth over price and payment ect. Well I met with salesperson Zaneta and I explained my needs in search of car ,payment ,yrs and how much down I had. Well Zaneta went right to work and was soooo patient with me as I was deciding between 2 cars that I narrowed down to and we then met with the Sales Manager Jeromy and discussing with both about the car I wanted(which turned out to be an SUV) I received a great offer I couldnt refuse! Since it was the end of day, I had the service department go through SUV again since I was picking it up next day. One word to describe how my SUV looked next day ,,, PHENOMENAL ! Looked brand new ! The Finance Manager Jeff was able to get me a excellent loan rate and my payment was LOWER than I was asking ! It was the most relaxed car purchase I ever experienced thanks to Zaneta, Jeromy and Jeff ! They were sooo good to me! So good that I went back and bought another SUV that Friday!!

Awful service! They fixed my car and 3 weeks later the same thing is broken again! When I called they had to call me back and it took 4 hours for a call back. Its my AC and Pauline tried to first tell me that they didnt work on it when they had my car. Good thing I still had my receipt to prove to them that they did and they were like "oh,yeah". Anyway, Im without AC now and they cant take my car in for another week and a half - its August people and they broke it and supposedly cant look at the car for another week and a half. Spend your money somewhere else! Pauline was clueless and Jim was plain rude and kept interrupting. Unfortunately, I would go somewhere else but cant now because THEY BROKE IT and I asked them if they would pay for it if I brought it somewhere else and they said no.

We told him we were thinking about a Jeep but just came to look at the colors. He gave us some info, but the nice thing was he didnt push nor did he give us a sales pitch.That was a welcomed change. He realized we knew exactly what we wanted, listened and answered questions we had. He knew the product and didnt feel the need to hype it more than he should. Warning to future customers!!!!!!! Do not believe anything they say! GET IT IN WRITING !!!! I purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee which I paid almost 50 k for and received nothing but lies about free oil change and tire rotation for a year and lifetime extended warrantee, which they called me 2 weeks after purchasing telling me they don’t do lifetime warrantees for my specific vehicle. Even though I signed the contract I did the nice thing and just canceled it and resigned another one. Then I went to make an appointment for the oil change that I was told repeatedly by Jeffrey Juaire the business manager that I would get free oil change and tire rotations, I find out I do not have this, better yet Mr Juarire gets on the phone with me and says he never said this???? My husband and I were there when he repeatedly said this. I have no problem paying for my oil changes but the fact of being lied to and given false information. On the positive side It is a large dealership with a cool showroom that is filled with old cars and even has a little fried food joint inside, but I will never go back to that dealership again, I will happily pay a dealer that I can trust. I love JEEPs always have but I don’t think I will by another one after all this headache. I wish I read more reviews!

I had gone to Papas Dodge to look at a used Dodge Avenger SXT. When I got there not only was I greeted politely by the receptionist, I felt as if I walked into a classic car museum/classic dealership/car hop from the 50s. The dealership isnt just full of cars...it has a classic car area with some beautiful muscle cars from yeateryear, a barbershop, a diner and a lounge. My salesman David was awesome. He was down to Earth and just a regular guy. He had to give me the bad news that the car I had wanted to look at had been sold, but allowed me to take a look at it. After that, I knew it was something I was definitely interested in, however the only other Avengers they had were brand new and I had thought that a new car was out of my league. "Nothing is impossible" is what he told me and he got right to work to see if my situation would allow me to afford a new car. Much to my surprise he was right...it wasnt impossible. After seeing the very fair trade Papas Dodge was willing to give me for my car and what my bottom line would be we took the Avenger out for a test drive. David was very knowledgeable about the car and took the time to show me where evrrything was and what it did. He answered all of my questions, even the stupid ones. The one thing the 2013 Avenger I purchased was missing was a spoiler. David said "Ill order you one. You want one Ill get you one". He had told me he would order the spoiler on Monday (I bought the car on Saturday). Not only did he put the order in, he did it first thing and called me before 9:30am to tell me. Jeff in their financial department went to great lengths to find the right situation for me and the payments I was looking for. Papas Dodge was a great car buying experience for me and I recommend them to anyone looking for a Dodge.

I was looking for a second car for my wife,as she has a promblem with her leg from time to time and wanted something with a smoother ride then my compact. By luck I logged on to your web page and on the bottom of the first page was this beautiful Park Ave. We went to look at it that afternoon, sent an e-mail as they were not open at the time we looked at it and they responder the next day and as they say "the rest is history".
