"Unsatisfactory"
The service advisors should know how to treat a customer when coming in. If they check their computer notes and know their customer they should know what the customer expectations are and there wouldnt be any lines of miscommunication and things being said unprofessionally. The service is POOR!!!!! Went in for a routine oil change and ended up being there all morning without any explanation.

Im on my 2nd vehicle from Decormier Nissan in Manchester. Dave Chittick was my salesman both times. He went above and beyond both times. This last time, I showed up in a rental and I wanted to leave with a car. He went with me to drop off the rental as I did not have anyone else to drop it off. I got a 2014 Sentra and its exactly what I wanted. Annie the finance manager knew I was in a rush to work, so she got me approved and through the paperwork fast. I used their service department for warranty work on my 09 Frontier and they got it done fast and did great work. I recommend them as a dealer.

My wife and I stopped into this dealer one day on the spur of the moment to look at cars while I was out running an errand to the hardware store. I had been working in the yard was wearing shorts and a sleeveless tee shirt with saw dust in my hair. I joked to my wife that I bet a salesman would not even come out to talk to us. Not only did a salesman come out but Joe treated us like royalty. He was patient, not pushy and let us test drive a number of cars. When the day was done we left with a new Nissan Rouge. From our salesman to the finance department everything was top notch. From now on this is where we will shop for and buy our cars.

I know how much reviews mean to people, so I wanted to take a few minutes to write about my amazing experience tonight. I had been looking for the perfect Nissan Rogue, with all the options I wanted and within my budget. I finally found it at De Cormier. I called them that day and test drove it that night. I worked with Jean-Eddy who went back and forth between his manager, figuring out how to get the monthly payments at what I was willing to pay. Also, when I realized the car didnt have a sunroof, like I wanted, he broke down the price of adding one and showed me what my monthly payments would be. THEN, the day I was supposed to pick up the car, on a Friday, at 5:30, when they close at 6pm, I got stuck in traffic on the way there. I didnt get there until 6pm, when theyre supposed to already have closed, and Jean-Eddy was there waiting for me. Already had my new Rogue placed in the garage so I could switch over my things without getting wet in the rain. He stayed 45 minutes past the time he was supposed to leave, along with his Finance Manager, (I didnt grab her name!) and showed me how everything worked in the car so that I felt comfortable driving it home. Not only does De Cormier have great pricing, but they have a wonderful staff who are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I really appreciated that! Thank you so much Jean-Eddy! You were a joy to work with!!
