I was in Bolles Motors for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised to see that there was a female behind the counter because I have never seen one work in a service department. She was kind and knowledgeable on what would be done to my car and took the time to explain what the mechanics found while working on my car as well. I heard mixed reviews about Bolles but after my experience with this young lady I will be back! Nicely done Bolles!

"Decent Experience"

I had my Dodge Durango in for a quick lube service. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful but the last three visits I have noticed that Bolles Dealer always smells strong of cigarettes. I bring my children with me and would prefer to not have them breathe in cigarette smoke the entire visit. Please do something to fix this and it will make the experience perfect!

Worst dealership and especially worst service department Ive ever been to. The service advisor saw me walk up to him and said hello to me and then the phone rang and he answered the phone before helping me as I stood there! Completely unprofessional!! This dealer has a number of cranky old man who are so rude and horrible to work with in service. Will NOT BE BACK!

I will not be returning here after the experience I had with lucky through the service department at Bolles. He made my issues seem less than important, was sarcastic and was extremely stand off by answering the phone as I stood in front of him and waited to be helped. This was my first time at bolles motors and I will not be returning. Completely unprofessional and not customer oriented. If I drive an hour to come there I would expect to be helped before someone on the phone.

At 11AM on 9/5 my sons car failed to start. He was returning to NH where he lives. After arranging for a tow to Bolles Motors, I contacted Ron Mitteford. Ron advised that they were quite busy but would do the best he could. Less than an hour after getting to the garage Dean was advised of the problem and the cost to repair. Approximately 3 hours after arriving at the garage, Dean was able to get the car and be on his way back to NH. A great "Thank You" to Ron and to all at Bolles Motors.

I have been to Bolles Motors twice now for repairs on my Jeep that was bought from papas dodge. I have always preferred the service at bolles more. This last time I brought my jeep in for a service I left it for the night and needed a rental van. Karen from the rental service was the most rude and unprofessional employee I have ever encountered. She was insulting other people she worked with before my very eyes and was overall so unprofessional. My image of Bolles after this encounter has become less then desirable. I will continue coming to Bolles for their excellent service department and quality of repairs but will avoid getting a rental.

I just purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Bolles. While most people look forward to buying a new car I HAD to buy a vehicle on a deadline due to the motor in my existing vehicle failing. We traveled one hour, from MA to Ellington CT, to go to this dealership again. We just purchased a 2016 Jeep Unlimited this week and LOVE it. We bought a 2014 Jeep 2 dr. 2 1/2 years ago, but even though we loved that car too, we needed 4 doors for our family. We went back there, even if it was a great distance, because of selection, and the team in Ellington is terrific. We experienced wonderful service both times, from selecting a car, until it was delivered. Best dealship Ive found in 48 years of car ownership. My experience with them has only been 9 months but we are sold. Honest, professional curteous, accommodating, friendly, the list goes on. Great hours. I had good repair shops over the years, many so-so ones and of course, rip offs. I completely trust these guys. Ive heard about their good service over the years, but have finally experienced it. We bought a preowned, certified 2013 Jeep Wrangler from them 9 months ago. Very pleasant experience. Had an issue with the jeep which was a transmission control module. They were fantastic with the repairs which did not cost us a dime. Provided a great, new jeep Cherokee while the repair was being done. We are now bringing our Chevy and Ford truck in for oil changes and general services. They let us know if it is out of their scope and should go to a Chevy or Ford dealer. Prices are competitive withe the quick change oil places and they give you one free with five. Even give you a ticket each time for a cloth car wash. By the way, no appointment necessary and service while you wait. Love the place so much I needed to remove their sticker and asked them for another so I could have it on the Jeep. In all my 46 years of car ownership I always took the dealership info off the cars. Not only will I continue to service our vehicles here, but when we look to buy another, their service will give an edge to the Jeep/Dodge products a leg up and Im a Ford guy. The wifes a Chevy gal.

"Actually Made Car Buying Enjoyable"

We were very picky people looking for a specific Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. We had been to several other dealerships and they were all the same - a lot of aggravation and wasted time - asking all sorts of information so they could sell a car - but nothing to actually help us to find what we wanted. Bolles was the exact opposite - very helpful and very accommodating. Our salerep(Bob) didnt waste our time trying to sell what he wanted to sell - once I took five minutes to explain what we wanted - he took me into his buyer to look on his computer for the exact one. We really wanted a freedom edition - and we were only open to a few colors. There were no freedom editions within hundreds of miles. Bolles took the time to try to find out if we would be able to wait and order a 2017 in the exact model we wanted. I was so impressed by how helpful they were we ended up just buying one they had in stock(not even a Freedom Edition OR on our color list - LOL). They gave us a very fair deal and even worked with us to turn in our lease - VERY early. They didnt try to rip us off or try and sales gimmicks (I already knew the exact dealer buyout price was 1000.00 less than our direct buy out and they quoted me the exact dealer buy out number and didnt try to pocket the extra 1000.00). We had them add a factory lift kit at the dealership - and the service department did a great job - I crawled under the Jeep to check for any little issue and could not find so much as a scratch on a bold head - they really took their time and took pride in the work. We could not be happier. We were actually burnt out from other dealers and were on the verge of just forgetting about buying one. I can honestly say it was the only time I remember actually enjoying buying a car from start to finish(well after we found Bolles that is). By the way - Bolles is almost an hour from our home and we passed up on four dealerships that were all much closer. They were that helpful and easy to buy from. I cannot recommend them enough.

Brought my Charger in for 2 recall notices and had them check on a air re-circulation issue and perform an oil change as well. They had given me a time estimate to perform the work and it was completed ahead of schedule. They found a sensor that needed to be replaced and when the part came in the parts department contacted me and set an appointment to get it replaced. Arrived early and the part was replaced correcting the issue. Great customer service and always very friendly and courteous.
