I called the dealership to say I was running late, and the receptionist said she would relay the message to the service desk. I was met at the entry bay by a very nice man (John?) who put me at ease, checked me in and escorted me to the service desk. I believe the young man who checked me in was named William, and he was excellent taking down the information and answering my questions. He called me twice -- the first time to alert me that I would need rear differential fluid (I will have it done on my next service) and when my vehicle was ready. At all times he was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with his pleasant manner and personality.

I brought my car in for routine service, an oil change and power steering fluid change. Acura honored the price quoted several months ago for the power steering change, as well as a coupon for a discount off services over $100. The work was completed earlier than expected and included washing the car. Thank you!
