Saw the truck online and had no clue of its durability or reliability took our sales man CJ at his word and his word was on point. Drove from Long Island Ny was met by very nice sales men and a sales manager had us in and out in an hour. Even pointed us in the direction of good food before we left to head home. Truck is great and easily made the trip from the dealer 286 miles back to Long Island without a worry.

I went to the Durand "just to look". I thought I knew what I wanted from another dealer but I had concerns so I wanted to see what else was out there. A friend, Dana, is a salesman at Durand, so I e-mailed him, told him what I was looking for along with options and price. We set up a test drive with a Rav4 and I was in love, I just didnt like what the monthly payments came out to even with 0% financing. Dana came up with an alternative monthly payment if I were to lease, which was very appealing. With the September Toyota deals and a little down payment to reduce my monthly payments, I now have a new vehicle with reasonable monthly payments, along with 2 years no cost maintenance! There was no pressure at all from Dana or the Sales Manager. They gave me options, but no pressure to buy. I purchased a 2017 Rav4 Hybrid and am very pleased. Payments are more than reasonable, the Hybrid will use less gas, saving me money. The rated mpg is more than what I was getting with my Honda Accord, which wasnt bad. Dana took the time to introduce me to the Sales Manger and the men in the Service Department, and of course the Finance Manager. Being female, I didnt feel like I was being talked down to and I didnt feel uncomfortable at all. Another general fear when looking for a vehicle. I recommend Durand to anyone "looking" for a new vehicle. I think youll be happy.
