We are so glad we went the extra distance from Berlin Honda, our nearest service/dealer, for the marked difference in quality of service at Dover Honda. Right from our first phone call to the reception, treatment and service, the quality of the experience was far above our last 3, very poor experiences with Berlin Honda. People, if you have a choice, bypass Berlin Honda and choose Dover Honda. What a difference!

Ad in paper was for 2017 Chevy Silverado LT ON Star trucks for $34,780, 0% financing. There was about 4 or 5 of these trucks. We picked out a truck, drove it and when we got back to talk about purchase and trade in they said only one was available at this price and the 0%, other wise it was 3.19%. Their ad read one thing, Dover Auto World came out with something different.

When shopping for a new car, I have been treated just barely politely by sales personnel at other dealerships, nearly always. You would think by their attitude that they could care less if I bought a car from them. But at Dover Honda the experience is the other extreme; my Dover Honda shopping / buying experience was very open and welcoming, and the sales person with whom I dealt was very, very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was offered the option of taking the vehicle home to see if it would fit in the garage and to let my wife drive it, as she was busy at home. ALL questions about the vehicles features were answered thoroughly and in a manner and with language I could completely understand. My shopping / buying experience at Dover Honda could not have been better.

I had purchased a 2007 Honda CR-V 10 years ago, kept it serviced and maintained at Dover Honda, and since I was always happy with the staff and service, I returned recently and bought a 2017 Honda CR-V! I love all the improvements and technologies that have come about in the last 10 years, and am thoroughly enjoying my new car! My sales person was Christopher Carey, and he was very pleasant and professional to deal with. He explained everything clearly and took a lot of time to not only let me test drive the car, but also to show me all the features it had. He was knowledgeable and thorough. He was not overly aggressive, which I would not have liked, but was encouraging in his help to pair me up with the right car and color. I will be back again when I need to new car! Thank you!
