nice lounge but there was a block on the View show but not on sports. make sure you tell them not to do a 2 hr check on what else they can find wrong that isnt, when you go for a simple recall that should only take 3 hrs not almost 5 hrs

I was hoping to have it repaired while away, and your team worked very hard to make that would happen on short notice. Scott and Tanya from the Toyota service department assisted me. I worked with Scott for the first few days of my service. He was very helpful and had a genuine interest in answering all of my questions and helping to follow up several times with my insurance company to get answers as quick as possible. When I picked up my car, I was helped by Tanya. She went through a very detailed explanation of my repairs and how I could help prevent future issues. She even walked me through a couple of preventative measures specific to my car, while showing me. Both gave exceptional service with sincere and personable care.

Had my truck being fixed at your collision center, took 29 days but the problem was with the insurance and the alignment center being loaded with work. The truck came out beautiful all the way around, then the truck was sent to the Grappone for inspection and new tires to be put on except the message didnt get across that the new rims that were suppose to be used to put the new tires on was not done, they used the rims that were on the truck but Grappone took care of the problem and corrected it.
