I LOVE the marketing strategy that pays salespeople a salary and provides non-negotiable, realistic prices to the consumer!! I was NEVER good at playing the "negotiations game"-I just want the dealership to offer me the best deal possible and help me to find an automobile that fits my needs. Another HUGE factor in our decision to go with Grappone was Kevin Chagnon. He was up front and very clear about the pricing policy, made sure that we could experience various types of driving (highway, back roads) during our test drives, took us to Grappone Toyota so that we could test drive a RAV-4 and then, most importantly, gave us the time and space we needed to make the best decision for us. We almost didnt stop at Grappone, because, years ago, the salesperson we were working with chased us into the parking lot trying to get us to make a decision then, and there. Needless to say, we didnt buy a car from Grappone that year. From start to finish, this was the most enjoyable car buying experience of my life! Thank you, Kevin Chagnon and Grappone Honda!!

I was held up in traffic and late for the appointment but they accommodated me. After a thorough inspection they invited me in to the garage to explain their recommendations. I have been bringing my vehicle here for almost 8 years for routine service and yesterday needed my first real repair. What was a big deal for me with my brakes making a spine tingling noise was repaired in no time at a reasonable price. I have brought my wifes cars to half a dozen other dealers over the years and nothing comes close to the service at Grappone Honda. It is a nice, casual, easy going atmosphere and I never see them push services or repairs on someone that they do not need. The same individuals have worked there the whole time and know you by name. Probably the most trust worthy repair shop I have ever dealt with in over 40 years of car ownership!

I spent a long looking for a newer used Honda car and frequenting Grappones inventory. In January, I found it. I was very fortunate to have Kevin Chagnon as my salesperson. He along with the entire team at Grappone Honda were professional in every way. This is excellent customer service; plainly outside the norm. I discovered over the past this same attitude prevails throughout the dealership including the service department; a critical component after the sale. I have taken my Pilot to be serviced over the last three years and found them to be excellent. In all my nearly 60 years of driving & owning numerous cars, I have never found such a remarkable car dealer until now. You will be positively impressed by their genuine spirit of friendship and honest nature. I hope to trade my Pilot in a couple of years and I will return once again to Grappone Honda for my next SUV. "Repaired, But Took Longer Than They Told Me."
2013 Toyota Tundra, in for new real Quarter panel, bumper and tailgate. Took over 10 longer than what I was told. I was told it would take a week, it actually took 17 days. I was paying for a rental vehicle the entire time my truck was in for repairs. When I drove it away I did not realize the rear back up camera was not working and both turn signals were on rapid fire. I had to drive another 90 minutes for them to fix this problem that should have been noted before it was taken out of the facility. Poor attention to detail. Asked for my yearly inspection to be done as well and that was not accomplished. I am not happy with the overall service or their attention to detail. They should have kept me informed as to the time it was going to take. If I had known it was going to be over twice as long as they told me I would have made different arrangements for a car. This cost me double what I had budgeted for a rental vehicle.

Buying a recent-model car in excellent condition was an unexpectedly positive experience at Grappones. Scott Kanash was a very well-informed, articulate, enthusiastic car guru. His enthusiasm was contagious & well-justified. He helped me decide between 2 nearly-identical models cogently. This car, a "loaner", has new battery & 4 new tires. Im very happy with the car & feel safe & confident driving it. Thank you, Scott! My only criticism is that I still havent received the missing users manual, after over 6 weeks.

The buying experience was fine, nothing special. The service afterward has been really underwhelming. My wife volunteered that she would not be interested in buying a car from them again.
