I just worked with Jay Enright twice in the last month! First we leased a 2018 CHR for my wife! Jay as always , Jay got us a great lease within a very short time! We drove away in with the new car in a very short time after the car was prepped! Next , a coupled of weeks later I secured a great lease from Jay on a 2018 Camry that was awesome! I made a 9AM appointment with Jay and the deal was done by 930! Jay had the car prepped by noon and I drove away in my new car! It was another awesome experience! By the way, this was my 3rd deal this year with Jay! I would not deal with anyone else but Jay! He makes you feel like family and treats you that way! He is the best!

Ive had my vehicles serviced at Rockingham since the late 80s, but never purchased there until now. Id had enough of the high-pressure, underhanded tactics of the corporate stores in my area, so when it came time for my most recent upgrade, I decided on the place I knew best. The purchasing process was smooth and trouble-free. From the parking lot to the showroom to the F&I office there wasnt a hint of pressure, and I was treated with respect and professionalism every step of the way. My new vehicle – exactly what I wanted, right down to the floor mats – was delivered, prepped and ready to go within a week of ordering, and at no point did they try pushing in-stock variants on me instead. The salespeople I dealt with were extremely knowledgeable about their product, which was most appreciated when it came time to explain the new technology my vehicle came with. Within minutes, I knew what was where, what it did and how to use it properly. I went down the road completely satisfied. There are too many stores out there whose hard-sell mentality have given auto dealers their well-deserved reputations. I can honestly say that Rockingham Toyota is NOT one of those stores. Theyre not there to sell you a vehicle; theyre there to help you buy one. Its a difference youll notice immediately and will appreciate throughout your entire experience.

"Great Buying Experience"
This was the second new car I purchased from Jennifer Lilly and Rockingham Toyota. She is an outstanding sales person at an outstanding dealership. The entire buying process exceeded my expectations. I had made an appointment with her so she knew what I was looking for and the vehicle I ended up purchasing was parked outside the showroom, with plates on it ready for a test drive when I arrived. She had even taken the time to run the air conditioning so the car was cool on a hot day. The entire process including negotiating the price of the new car and the value of my trade was hassle free and we very quickly arrived at what I thought was a fair price for the car. The sales coordinator quickly handled the paperwork and we were on our way in about an hour and a half. When I went to pick the car up it had been fully serviced, the gas tank was full and the car was perfect, at exactly time they said it would be. I did not have to wait for anything. I made the final payment, they swapped the plates from my trade and I was out of there in less than an hour. What I appreciated the most was how low pressure the process was and how respectful of my time they were.

I went to test drive a used Camry for my daughter and was met by Brian. He was very professional and kind. He had warned me about a squeak in the car before we started the drive that they were going to fix but hadnt had the chance to do so yet. As we went along on the test drive I noticed the squeak and also that the brakes were pulsating too much. He promised that they would fix the issues the next day and I could come back for another test drive. I brought my wife the next night and Brian was true to his word, they had put all new brake pads and rotors on and the squeak and pulsation were gone. We were very impressed and from that point we worked out a deal to buy the car. I appreciate anyone who promises something and follows through on that promise and Brian did just that. We will be back for our other daughters car soon.

"Amazing Deal On A 2017 Sienna Lease"
I had been trying to buy a "new" used van for my family of 6, because our old one was failing. I had traveled around to all the dealers looking at used vans, but Rockingham Toyota was the only dealer that told me there was currently a recall on pre-2017 Siennas because of a fault with the doors that Toyota didnt have a fix for yet. They refused to sell the affected used models until the doors were fixed. I later found out other dealers were pulling fuses on the doors, and having customers sign release wavers in order to sell the vans with the recall. Rockingham wasnt doing that, they were waiting until the vans were fixed before selling them. This honesty and transparency lead me to stay in contact with Glenn at Rockingham Toyota in hopes of buying a used van once Toyota had a fix for the doors. Glenn was eventually able to get me a deal on leasing a brand new 2017 Sienna, for the same monthly payment as buying a 5 year old van, negating the need to seek out a used van for my family! I and my wife were in shock, weve never had a new vehicle before! This thing is such a blessing to our family!!!! There were no surprises, the lease was exactly the price he said, and included gap insurance, interior protection plan, and 2 years of standard maintenance (which is standard for new Toyotas). The only bother was that I was purchasing on the 31st of July, and it was so incredibly busy that I didnt get out of the dealer with my new van until 9pm. Not exactly anyones fault, as the end of the month is always busy, but this was quite stressful with 4 kids. I would HIGHLY recommend Rockingham Toyota to anyone looking to buy a Toyota. Dont bother with other dealers in the area. Rockingham Toyota is privately owned, honest, and straightforward. No cliche dealer tactics, no pressure, and incredibly helpful. You wont be disappointing, and you wont be pushed or pressured.
