He pulled the car up in 2 different trim levels so that I was able to try leather and cloth with the power seat to get a better feel! After he tried to get me to drive and I passed I even had him pull up an HRV I believe it was called so I could compare the size! Once my lease is up in a few months that’s who I will be seeing for a new CR-V

"New Car Buying Experience"
I unfortunately had to get a new car prematurely. I went into the dealership at 6:30PM on a Friday night. I test drove a Honda Pilot Elite as well as a Honda Pilot EXL. I ended up going with a Honda Pilot Touring. My salesman was Anthony Scudieri. He was awesome. Polite, knowledge, really made the process a joy. I hate when I know more about the car than the salesman and that was not the case wth Anthony. By 8:30PM we had bought a car. They told me they could prepare the car and I could take it home that night. I told them the morning would be fine. Anthony spent 30 minutes with me in the morning going through all the technology of the car. Another important thing worth mentioning is Ashley Ferraro in service. She is the reason why we continue to buy our cars at Balise. She really goes the extra yard in getting my car in, diagnosed an back to me. Lasly, Kyle in Finance was great as well.

I went in there to buy a used car, the salesman didnt ask or try to show me anything else, i wanted to look at a CVR, he just picked one and went straight into a test drive, didnt even ask me if i wanted to test drive it. Such a waste of time, very poor at answering questions will give you generic salesman lines. not buying a car where im treated like this.

Perhaps Im "old school", but when I take time out of my day and budget to purchase a vehicle, I expect to meet someone in sales to meet me soon after my arrival at the dealership. 40 minutes after wandering the lot and inner sales building, I gave up. Glad I did too, after perusing negative sales and customer service experiences by other customers. I assume the lazy approach is now a profitable alternative to car dealers, as most people educate themselves online and select their vehicle site unseen.

The gentleman we got to show us the car we were interested in never even introduced himself! No idea what his name was as he apparently didnt care. When he brought up the car it was horribly dirty. When I asked him what year it was he didnt even know and guessed it was a 2011. It was not. Considering how many dealerships weve gone to today, I was extremely disappointed in this one.

"Avoid At All Cost"
I recently purchased a vehicle from Balise Honda in West Warwick . I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, but have never had such a miserable experience.The salesman knew very little about the vehicle and had to ask the manager numerous basic questions. When my wife and I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the gas tank was empty, the tire low pressure light was on because the front driver tire was almost flat, and there was only one key(not previously disclosed). The sales manager (Nick Costanza) told us that he would get a second key and owners manual for us at no charge to make up for the poor condition of the vehicle at the time of delivery. Needless to say, Ive made numerous phone calls to Mr Costanza and the General Manager because I have not received the manual or key, none of which have been returned. I would suggest avoiding this dealership at all costs- there are too many good dealership alternatives to this one.

Sales and Leasing Consultant Christine Paupst was very polite and professional and she showed us all of the vehicles we wanted to see. She was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Sales Manager Shawn Lajeunesse was also very polite and professional. He worked with us until we all could agree on a fair price of a new 2015 Honda Odyssey. I would definitely recommend this dealer to friends and family!!
"Bought A Used 2010 Honda Pilot Touring"
Ive visited Honda dealers all around SE Mass & RI. Some are great and some really suck, lol. Majestic was good. They all play the game where the car your buying is the best thing since sliced bread. And the car your trading (which the last dealer says is the most popular and will greatly hold its value) isnt worth much. Thank God buying milk and a loaf of bread isnt like buying a car. The overall buying experience took about 4 hours spent a lot of time sitting and wondering what my sales person was up to. a bit of haggling over what my trade was worth and as I was ready to walk away the sales mgr gave me an extra $1000 for it and we made the deal. I love the vehicle, but Im a little disappointed by the dealer. They only had one set of keys and a valet key. Im certain any new Honda Pilot on their lot would come with 2 key FOBs and a valet key. The CR-V I traded in had 2 key FOB and a valet key. Then top it off 2 days later the battery in the only FOB I had died and I had to rush around looking for a replacement battery. Not for the cost of the $5 battery but for the inconvenience, youd think they would replace the FOB battery on a car thats 4 years old.

James Smashe is the sales agent who helped us in our purchase of a New 2014 Honda Accord. We were made to feel very comfortable in this buying process. He was thorough in explaining the many features and we appreciated his honesty in this transaction. After the sale James contacted us to make sure that we were satisfied. We had an issue with a slight vibration on the road. James set up an appointment for us. I brought the car into the service dept. They were very thorough and replaced the faulty tires to correct this problem. I would gladly recommend Majestic Honda and James Smashe to anyone who is in the market to purchase a car.

I was involved in a rear end collision and my 2008 Honda Fit was destroyed. I had originally purchased this vehicle from Majestic Honda in West Warwick RI, so I decided to consider purchasing a new car from them. My whole experience was excellent. The salesman, Jim Smashe, was very helpful, gentlemanly, considerate and couldnt do enough to help me. I still have a fear of driving so he took me for a test drive in a 2015 Honda Fit. He brought me to my home to pick up my license plates. He sat with me and showed me every aspect of the car and sat patiently with me while I tried to figure out all of the new doodads I didnt have on my old Fit. All in all it was a very good interaction after having had such an overwhelming experience with the recent.car accident.

My time at Majestic Honda was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. From doing a ton of shopping throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island Ryan Waskewicz was the best salesmen I have encountered. He was extremely helpful during the whole process and I never once felt pressured into doing something I didnt want. It was his laid back personality and ability to make me honestly feel like a friend. The little things like texting and keeping tabs on me while not over doing it and pestering me was what made my purchase possible. This being my first actual car I was given plenty of time to think about it and not forced into the vehicle and sign the doted line after test driving. As a whole Majestic Honda was a very good experience and I would gladly go there in the future.

I went to Majestic Honda South on Quaker Ln. looking to research the 2015 Honda Fit for my mother. I had a few cars that met the criteria (has to fit in her small garage) and the Fit was one of the cars on the list. Anthony greeted me when I entered the showroom and quickly had a Honda Fit ready for me to take on an extended test drive. By far the fastest in/out test drive than any of the other dealerships on Rt. 2. We followed up later on that week when my Mom came in to drive the car for herself. Anthony had the car ready for us to take for as long as we wanted. The next day we went in to purchase the car which took approx. 2 hours from start to finish. Upon leaving I noticed that there was an added on option of wheel locks which were added to our contract. When I called Anthony he had the contract drafted up again with the correct figures, without the wheel locks. When we picked up the car, Anthony sat with my Mom and showed her how to use all the features in the Fit. He called the next day to see how she was enjoying the car and reminded her that anytime she needed help to give him a call. I feel so comfortable going back home (450 miles away) and leaving my Mom in good hands with Anthony and Majestic Honda South.

I dread going into car dealerships so I did lots of research upfront & contacted Catherine Ledgere, online Guest Relations Specialist to convey specific information about a lease. She contacted me within a reasonable amount of time and was spot on with Majestic being able to accommodate my needs. In order to completely understand & confirm her information, I contacted her a few more times. Each time she gave me the SAME consistent information. From there I went to the dealership to test drive a Honda CR-V. Eric Bruno met me & discussed my specific requests. He gave thorough details about the car & took me out for a test drive. He was friendly yet very professional. Upon our return, he conferred with his manager and came back with the same, exact financial information that Catherine had supplied me. I was extremely impressed! The payment information never changed throughout this entire process. All stages went smoothly from there. Eric was forthright, knowledgeable about every detail, and definitely took the extra steps to make me feel comfortable. Because he was starting his vacation the following day, he provided me w/ his personal cell number to call if needed. I did call him a few times and the actual process of the transaction took place throughout his vacation. I highly recommend Eric Bruno. I came to this dealership from one I had dealt with for 15+ years and I was not disappointed. Kudos to Eric and Majestic Honda! PS I now hope that Majestics Service Department is as superior as their Sales should I ever need it.
