They do not include the highway during test drives "because of insurance". Thats ridiculous. How are you supposed to properly test a car without taking it on the highway? He was sarcastic and clearly didnt care to sell a car to me. Lost my business.

After a very bad beginning at the rental desk, I met an employee who changed everything for me. I reserved a car as my Jeep was being serviced. When I got there I was told by the manager that the car was not there that they " lost the slip of paper" and he had no cars. Then he turned around and answered a text on his cell phone. I was stunned, upset, and felt so neglected. I left the desk and went back to service. They were so kind, offered to get me a ride home and straighten out the situation for me. Pat was wonderful. When I returned once again he said I could have a 7 passenger mini van! I was not taking that as I have a shared driveway in Edgewood and wouldnt have room to pull that in! I again was walking to service to get my vehicle and leave. That is when I met Chris in the hallway. Chris told me that he found me a car, wanted to know if I wanted to look at it to be sure that it was an ok size for me to drive. He was so kind, respectful, helpful, and polite. This man is what customer service should be! He should be rewarded and promoted as far as I am concerned. If he sold cars I would buy one off of him due to the way that he treated me. He changed a very bad experience here into a positive one for me. I will admit I will never deal with this rental area again, and I will state that if it wasnt for Chris I was pulling my Jeep from service and was never ever returning again due to the way I was treated at this rental counter. I have only used this facility for service, oil changes and last December had a very expensive job done and am extremely happy with the wonderful people in service, yet this rental desk almost made me leave for good. Chris changed my mind and thanks to him I will return again, yet never to rent a car. I will get a car elsewhere. Please be sure to reward this kind gentleman Chris who saved you a customer and someone who is looking soon to purchase a new car. Cudos to him! Chris is a keeper!

I highly recommend Bald Hill Dodge, and Lou Ruggieri in particular, if you are looking to purchase a commercial vehicle. Lou is friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. The entire sales staff answered all my questions without the high-pressure feel of other dealers I have visited. It was a pleasure to deal with the crew at Bald Hill. Regarding the vehicle, I couldnt be happier. The Promaster is an excellent all-around performer. I bought the diesel version, and with the front-wheel drive, I am confident that this truck will perform better than the Sprinter van I was also considering. The ride is excellent and stable, and the turning radius is extremely tight for a vehicle with a 159" wheelbase. Its very easy to drive and maneuver. The payload capacity and low loading height are also a big plus. I highly endorse this vehicle for anyone in the service industries.

I decided to go back to Bald Hill Dodge Chrysler were we bought the car we were trading in because we experienced very good service whenever we needed work done or just to have the oil changed. And, once again, he was so pleasant and showed us a car that my wife just loved and then he worked out a trade deal that was so good, that we knew we came back to the right dealer. They have a huge selection of Jeep Grand Cherokees, Liberties, and Patriots in every color. The staff is also very friendly and courteous. They make the customers feel comfortable and welcome. Mike Mardo assisted my Mom and I with purchasing a 2014 Jeep Patriot. Mike was very knowledgeable and friendly. He went beyond the usual duties or a car salesman. I can tell that Mike genuinely cares about his customers. He was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied as customers and walked out happy. We were able to get the vehicle we wanted with the help and expertise of Mike. He spent time matching us up with the right kind of financing, went over every feature of the Jeep and was very customer-friendly.
