My navigation software card is missing in my car. At first they said they have it, but later they say they dont. its been over a month and no solution. The sales rep isnt even updating me or taking any responsibility. Ive contacted them multiple times and its the same answer. Really disappointed.

My overall experience was great minus the car I was sitting with the seller doing paperwork got bought right from underneath me. I had to select a different car and wait for them to put a sunroof in. The dealership was very appologetic,however I was really disappointed. Besides that everyone was very helpful and knowledgable. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

I have been purchasing from Bristol Toyota since 1987. I have sent many family members and friends to them. I just purchased two more vehicles recently; a Corolla XLE fully loaded and a Rave4 SUV Limited addition. I want to tell you the story about this latest purchase of the SUV. My daughter just got married on Friday night and my son-in-law wanted to purchase a SUV as a wedding present for my daughter. I went in and explained to the management there that my son-in-law lives in New York and that we had three days to make this deal work to my expectations; not only did they deliver on price, the SUV, with throwing everything in, they also had it delivered to me on time so that my husband could drive the SUV to New York with the red big bow so that my son-in-law could present the SUV at the rehearsal dinner. That is what I call phenomenal Customer Service . Not only is Bristol Toyota known for the excellent service but the service department is the best in the state. I highly recommend this dealership. I would never purchase a Toyota from any other dealership around.

I have an allergy to car salesmen in general . I would rather visit my dentist than a dealership! Most car dealer salespersons techniques backfire on me. I have trained salespeople, I know what you are up to! My story - we have three Toyota dealers in my area but I drove a long distance to Bristol Toyota to look at a used car I saw on Car Guru. The cars proved disappointing so I inquired about the lease deals. Beware: the advertised price is always much lower than the car you want! I ended up making a hasty decision through no ones pressure but my own, and woke up the next morning with a serious case of buyers remorse. I wasnt sure if I could get out of the lease since the Massachusetts law it is binding or could have a penalty unlike most other types of agreements that give you 72 hours to cancel. Fortunately they were very nice and graciously offered to cancel my lease and refund my deposit. I decided I needed to talk to a manager in more depth. Paul Little met with me and did a top notch job of explaining the lease vs buy choices and made me a slightly more enticing deal which I took. The pressure is on at end of month for them to finish the paperwork so when I had a scheduling conflict the salesman Bob offered to deliver the new car to my door. That was a nice touch of service. I didnt need him to do that after all but it was good that he offered. Im not sure if I would have gotten the same deal at my local dealer but I am happy my service can be done close to home. I just hope the local guys are as nice as Bristol Toyota and have the same fabulous espresso machine!

Everyone was friendly and there was no unnecessary run arounds and no other nonsense Im used to encountering when purchasing a vehicle. On top of it all I got a great truck at a great price. Looked at a truck that was in decent shape. I was told if it passed inspection it was fine. Tires should have been replaced and they could have touched up some of the body work. Priced right in line if that stuff was done. I was told they were sticking right to the price though.

I spent the next 3 hours looking around and ended up coming back to Bristol Toyota because no other dealership could match the price. The salesman JR and sales manager Paul went above and beyond to make thing work for me and I could not get that at any of the other dealerships. After the paperwork was complete I talked with Paula in finance to get the finishing touches done on the deal. Paula was not only very paitent but also very easy going and knowledgable of the Toyota products available. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
