"Beware Of The Service Dept. Get A Second Opinion"
I had a routine oil change. Service told me I had an oil leak coming from my oil pan drain plug. I was asked if I wanted them to proceed. I said no. I have no oil on my garage floor. I am not low on the oil dip stick.. Service said oops we already changed the oil you need to have your oil pan changed with a new plug.. Cost $400++ I said no.. I Just had the oil changed by another company.. No oil leak. Oil pan and drain plug both in good condition..Buyer beware of service!!!

No surprises--the price offered in national ad for leasing a 2016 Toyota Tacoma was what I was seeking, and John Finlay took care of the rest. The finance process went off without a hitch. My husband and i arrived at the showroom and we wre greeted by George Gizelis, I told him what I was looking for and he went thru his inventory and found exactly what iwanted. we looked at the car on the lot and took it for a test drive. When we returned we indicated that we were very interested and proceeded to talk terms. George was very helpful getting us a good rate for a loan and in the process stated that he had talked to his manager and they were going to install a remote starter for us at no cost. Overall we had a very good experience with Geaorge and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him and the Sullivan dealership

Just wanted to point out what a pleasure it was to have the valet service upon our arrival to the service center. Although one of our vehicles required overnight service for parts needed on the 1999 Camery.....our overall experience was professional, friendly and warm. Hats off to Bob of the service center for developing just the right way to deliver BAD news on cost of service and repairs. Outstanding to the Valet team.
