"Always Manage To Exceed My Expectations"
The service staff at Sullivan Nissan somehow ALWAYS manage to raise the bar in customer service each time I get my car serviced. I work a 50 + hr week and the last thing I want to do is get my car serviced on a Saturday. From the time I drive up to the service valet to when I pay the bill the process is friendly, streamlined and efficient. Customer comfort and convenience while in the waiting area always is number one on their mind. The waiting area has the expected Wifi, but also a big screen tv and a snack bar, not only with coffee/pastries but a healthy fresh fruit basket. Nice touch. Today there was Halloween candy too, so I treated myself to chocolate at 8 am. Why not- I work hard all week and I deserve it. The service staff came right over to discuss the proposed service plan and they welcome my every question. When my car needed new front breaks and I didnt want to wait in the bldg the shuttle man cheerfully brought me over to the nearby mall. When I was ready to return the shuttle was in use. I fully expected to hear it would be available in 30 min or so but heres what they said: "Our service manager Joe is on his way to pick you up". WOW. that is truly going the extra mile for a customer. Their professionalism and kindness made my day.

We recently bought a new Nissan Rogue at Sullivan Brothers in Kingston. Roxann was our salesperson and a pleasure to work with. Not only was she knowledgeable about the features of the various models, she helped us to decide what we really needed and would benefit from. Roxann introduced us to the finance and service people to ensure we would be taken care of and has contacted us several times since to see if we had any further questions. Shes made it clear that she is available anytime we need her and has invited us to go back if we would like further help with any of the electronic features and instrumentation.

In 1998 I bought my 1st Maxima from Brandon Sheehan, at Sullivan Bros. Nissan. I have gone back many times since then as Brandon was the most knowledgeable, upfront salesperson I had worked with. At the beginning of last August I went to Sullivan, looking to buy my 5th car from the dealership. Brandon is no longer with Sullivan, but Roxann Diaz has taken his place. Roxann made the whole process flow seamlessly and I drove home in a new, 2016 Altima that evening. The next day I brought the car back to have it detailed and Roxann came in on her day off to ensure everything went smoothly. She has followed up several times since to make sure I was completely satisfied. Without hesitation I would recommend contacting Roxann for my friends & family for purchasing a car. She is great!

I almost gave up that is until I went to Sullivan Brothers Nissan where I met Chris Logan a very knowledgeable consultant knew his product very well features and benefits originally I wanted an S after going over it with Chris I decided to get an Sv which now I am happy I did. Thru out the entire process he walked me thru step by step never at once did I feel like he was trying to rush me ( which was a relief as stated from the other places I had been ) I would highly recommend Chris to anyone think about a Nissan or any type of car for that matter he is a consummate professional. I came in looking for a 2014 maxima as they were offering a deal on them, but after speaking with Chris Logan and Adam Hoyt they easily convinced me that I would be better off in a brand new Altima. And they were right! I left that day in my brand new car, they also helped me so that I only ended up paying only $20 more than my previous lease! My experience at Sullivan Bothers was far better than all my other car purchases. My salesman Michael Boland was so patient. I test drove both a Sentra and Altima. Mike actually even brought to Sullivan Brother Toyota where I also test drove the Camry. We drove the cars back to back to really get a good comparison. After looking and driving the cars I went with the Altima! Its a great car.

I walked into the dealership was greeted by Evan and he introduced me to Chris Logan. He made this experience very real for me! He was very patient with me, explained the difference between a rogue and the maxims and even the ultimate, which I test drove first with him and I was very hesitant in my decision, he brought up a gorgeous 2013 Nissan maxima and I fell in LOVE with it. I drove it to have my husband look at it and upon returning, he had everything ready for me with numbers and went back and forth and finally agreed. After being very nervous , he made me feel relaxed thru the rest of the process!!!! He is very knowledgeable about the product he sells and I would go back to him always!!!! I also went to look at the new 16 maximas and they just came out and you would think that they had been around for along time, the way Chris Logan explained the features in this vehicle.

This dealer is about the worst I have ever been to. They were unprofessional. They didnt deliver on their promises. And they were extremely rude to my wife. In hindsight, we both wish that we had told them to keep their car and walked away. We will never go back there and we make sure to tell people to steer clear. The head of the finance department gives new meaning to the word misogynist. With an attitude like his, Im surprised that he still has a job there. Run - dont walk - to a different dealership.

Best experience ever! I have been shopping for months and have had nothing but horrible experiences at every dealer I went to until I arrived at Sullivan Brothers Nissan. I emailed for a price quote before I arrived. DJ was the only dealer that gave me all of the pricing information I requested. I wanted to know what the total would be including tax and all fees and no other dealer would give me that. I thought that was so shady that no one would tell me. I emailed Sullivan Brothers and DJ gave me all the totals I wanted on the car I wanted, in the color I wanted! He was honest with me from the very beginning about not having the exact model I wanted on his lot. We spoke on Monday and I told him that I would come in mon Wednesday night with my trade in for him to look at. When I got to the dealership DJ was excited to tell me that he brought in the exact color and package for me from another dealer and it was cleaned up for me and parked in the Sold line. ( I never left a deposit or anything he didnt even ask) I drove the new Sentra with a gentleman named Adam who explained all of the features to me and showed me how to talk to the Bluetooth and navigation. When I got back from the drive DJ introduced me to the General Sales Manager Jason Ferreira who told me that my trade was perfect and gave me Kelly Blue Book Excellent Trade In Value for it. Then I went into DJs. office and signed the loan paperwork for the 0.9% financing. I even got to drive my new car home in less than an hour and a half of being at the dealer. I felt like I as royalty when I was there and honestly just kept thinking it was too good to be true. Best dealership ever! If you want to be treated with respect and deal with people that are up front, honest and truly care about what is best for you, call DJ Allain, Adam Hoyt, and Jason Ferreira at Sullivan Brothers Nissan. I will buy all of my cars their for the rest of my life!

Just bought my first "new" car at this dealership and I was really happy with the whole process. The salesman, Chris, was really knowledgable about Nissans and similar models, which was very helpful to me when I was deciding. He also took the time to explain things and took care of all the insurance and registration paperwork. I just had to show up and pick up the car! I dont know about the service personally but my mother has bought her cars here and had them serviced for years which is why I decided to use them. Im really glad I did and Id definitely recommend them.

I went too Sullivan brothers too look at the new Altima. I was greeted by a salesman named Adam. He narrowed the car down with me. Did a knock out presentation of the vehicle. When we got to the numbers it was easy and smooth. I have never had such a great experience at a dealer before. I would refer any friends or family too Sullivan brothers Nissan and Adam as well.

Bought a Nissan Leaf a couple of years ago from this outfit. They are extreamly nice to you and will promise you the world until you buy the car. Once they get your money if you have any issues no matter how small they will not make the time to address them.
"Whatever You Do Dont Complain About The Service Y"
Whatever you do dont complain about the service you receive or they will blacklist you. I had an appointment scheduled yesterday to drop off my new Maxima for an oil change. After driving all the way to the dealership I am then informed by the service technician that they refuse to service my vehicle under warranty anymore because of a negative review I had given them on a customer survey I had received from Nissan after my last visit. They flat out handed the keys back to me and said if your not happy here then we suggest you go elsewhere. I was completely shell shocked and totally disgusted by the service technicians uncaring and callous attitude. When I asked to speak to a manager I was conveniently told he was not there. I then proceeded to let them know that I planned to contact Nissan Consumer Affairs about their unethical and discriminatory practices… and they said go right ahead. I have never heard of a business banning a customer from their establishment because they had a complaint about the service they received. It was bad enough that Sullivan Brothers never once reached out to me to apologize for the original issue I had but somehow in their infinite wisdom the best thing to do with an unhappy customer is to show them the door.

Even though I lived 50 miles away from the dealership they made it so easy to purchase a car from them no haggling over the price once we got there and then delivered the car to me do I didnt have to take the 59 mile ride back. Definitely would recommend them to anyone purchasing a car!!!
