"Service Advisors Provided Excellent Communication"

My vehicle needed a warranty repair. Cadillac has an excellent warranty pkg where you are provided a courtesy vehicle. I was provided with the same (new) vehicle as I now drive which was a nice surprise. The process with the Service Advisors...Tom, Michelle and Dave was excellent to say the least. All very professional, courteous and personal at the same time. When I made the appointment, I asked (based on the service message the car was giving me) how long it would take to repair. They were honest in that they would know better once they had it. It was important to them to communicate where the vehicle stood in terms of when it would be ready. I appreciated the communication throughout the process as opposed to waiting and wondering.

Just to follow up on my previous post. The service department has contacted me, apologized for the situation, and given me total assurance that my next trip to the dealership would be a good one. I had a good conversation with Walter, the customer service manager, and he is very honest and straight forward. He convinced me that my experience from the previous post was a one time problem, and I now have every reason to highly recommend this dealership to my associates!

Customer service set up an appointment for early morning and said the job should take an hour. I got no update and called them 5 hours later to be told they didnt start it yet and had no idea when it would be done. I called again 30 minutes before closing and Anthony said it was done "a while ago" and he left a voicemail. I show up and they said they had me confused with another customer. They finally gave me a rental which they had said earlier in the day they did not have. To sum it up, a 2 hour long job took a day and a half, and cost me a day of work without my truck. Really? No one from that dealership has reached out to me to apologize or explain what happened. If you must go to this dealership (not recommended) speak only to David Poitras.

I was very happy with the service department. I was very pleased with the fact that they came to me because they heard a noise and immediately made a appointment for me to bring my truck back. Not many dealerships would do that (from experience)
