PLATINUM EXPERIENCE!!! Im so glad I found Toyota of Braintree, and I am even more ecstatic that I found my car dealer, Shane Paiva!!! This is my 6th Toyota so Ive dealt with A LOT of dealerships and dealers, but this was my first time buying BRAND NEW, and Shane made the process so smooth, easy, and really a pleasurable experience; not that scummy, am I getting ripped off feeling most dealers give you. He was so honest, kind, low key, and he went out of his way to do everything he could to get me the BEST deal possible...and he did just that!! Even to say he went ABOVE AND BEYOND I feel would still be an understatement!! Just when I thought he couldnt do anymore to try to make my car buying experience any better, he would pull out another stop and blow my mind with his dedication to customer service and satisfaction. Toyota of Braintree is very lucky to have a man like that on their team. Speaking of their team, Ian Merril was awesome in the fiance department; he really did all he could to educate me on coverage and get me where I needed to be! Kenny T is the best thing since sliced bread...just sayin! He was great-- making sure my Brand New Rav4 was in Tip-Top Shape before I left, that I knew how to use all its features, that I was introduced to the Service dept, that I knew what to do when it was time for service, and overall making sure I was totally happy with my experience at Toyota of Braintree, (which of course, Shane took care of ALL these things to a T!!). Well let me just say, I could not be happier with my recent experience..... I will NEVER go to another dealership, and I will recommend everyone to Shane Paiva at Toyota of Braintree because he is the BEST!!

Just bought my new 2017 Corolla from these guys and I had a wonderful experience. I still have my first car, a 1998 Corolla that still runs fairly well so I knew I wanted another Toyota. Everyone was incredibly easy to work with and very friendly and knowledgable. All the employees I encountered were courteous, kind, funny, and dependable. I worked with a great sales associate, who was awesome and helped me every step of the way in choosing and eventually purchasing my car. The manager on duty was also very helpful in making the process of buying a new car easy. "Bad Experience And Bad Process"
I recently shopped for a Tacoma at Braintree Toyota. I had a very poor experience there. Upon arriving at the dealership, the salesperson wouldnt even review price (my primary concern) until going through a 10-15 minute question and answer process that was only designed to get me into their computer database and provide info to them - it had nothing to do with providing value to the customer. After leaving the dealership due to not agreeing to the price they offered, I followed up via email after a few weeks to see if they would lower their price. The salesperson ignored my questions and concerns and would only ask me to come in to talk about it and would not tell me if they were willing to bargain any further. During the whole process of interacting with this dealership I felt like they looked at me for what I could do for them and how I could do things their way. They seemed to never consider trying to provide value in the buying process or even listening to my concerns. I dont really care that they werent willing to bargain further or lower their price - they just werent listening to me at all or trying to find a way to make the process useful for the buyer. I would NOT recommend this dealership. I wish there was a zero star option, because thats how I feel about this dealership.

"Customer Service!"
This is my 4th time trying to write a Review but for some reason it gets deleted. I have been a customer for almost 3 years with this Toyota dealer. I bought my car 3 years ago and my lease is ending soon. I called to find out my options. The guy on the Phone Bob (Customer loyalty) was super rude on the phone and would not let me finish every time I wanted to say something. Long story short I found out that if I wanted to return my car at the end of my lease and not purchase a new one that I would have to pay $400 disposition fee. When I leased my car I asked if I have to pay anything extra at the end of my lease if the car is in great condition and below my mileage limit and I was told no but ofcourse it was added to my contract which I did not see. I was not even upset when I found out because I was trying to buy a new car anyways I just simply told the guy that I was not aware of it and he started talking to me like I was 5 years old saying " well you should not have signed the contract if you didnt understand your lease contract". He kept talking to me rudely and kept cutting me off so I asked to speak to a manager. I was transferred to a manager. Well lets just say the manager was not any better. He kept talking to his employees while I was talking to him and kept saying "what is it that you want from me" I said I just want to be treated properly and not spoken to like I am a child. He went into " I was told that you didnt understand your lease agreement and that 3 years later you have issues with your lease agreement, you shouldnt have signed the contract if you did not understand it". When asked to speak with a different manager he said " no you cant talk to another manager" Pretty much in tears because I was getting yelled at by 2 people I decided to call the corporate office and file a complaint. I got a call 2 days later from the dealers costumer relations manager and it was so pointless. He kept saying " I am sorry that you felt disrespected and mistreated" I said I did not feel like I was disrespected but that I was disrespected. And he kept saying "what can I do for you" I said nothing. I just wanted to be treated like a human being and an adult and I wanted to buy a new car but I no longer want to buy any cars or ever return to the dealer. Over all I will not think about walking into a Toyota Store.

Erwin Amboy is my favorite sales dealer. He recommended me a brand new car and I am so happy with it. I have Toyota Corolla 2011 before which is not bad,I like it but just wanted to upgrade newer like Toyota Camry 2016, good in gas. With everything I want such as, Bluetooth, back-up camera, safe drive talk, voice message command, etc. Worth to wait for the process (due to registry technical problem) but you dont need to come back at any day you get the car right away at the same day. I love this company they never regret us. They help you out specially with low budget of downpayment as long as they make you happy with your new vehicle. Great company! Great deal!

This is my second time buy a new car here. We came here in 2013 and bought a new Toyota R4 and come back 2 years later for another one still Toyota R4. Erwin, my salesman was down to earth and easy to talk to the whole time. Ewrin extremely helpful during the process and made the whole process easy. Don was very thorough during the paperwork aspect of the deal and covered everything I would need to know as well. Overall a great experience and will definitely recommend to others as well as come back in the future.

My recent experience at Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree was excellent. I was searching for a 2016 model with a set of rare options. Although the dealership did not have the specific vehicle onsite, they searched and found one within couple days that was still being shipped to the U.S. I called other Toyota dealerships in the area, but they were not nearly as attentive and customer service oriented as the folks at this dealership. Tony Depina and Jason Gordon had great follow through and answered all my questions and fulfilled my requests. This dealership is serious about the customer experience and it shows.

I tried buying a vehicle my credit is not great Wallace n my salesman Erwin were GREAT. I decided not to buy the vehicle i wanted due to high rates. I gave a 500. Deposit went in last night signed off canceled deal n was told i could pick up check this am. Went there today afta noon time to be told i could not get check for another 10days. Then i recieved a call from a man who tried to tell me it was policy for 10 day hold n that i signed off on it. Ya NO nothing on paperwork states that. NOW another call telling me it was mailed out yesterday. DOES ANYONE in there communicate with one another? Ive been in the business for 16yrs .. u did NOT handle this issue correctly. U have lost me n anyone i know!

The last car I purchased was a 2004 Toyota Highlander in 2005 as certified used. This vehicle lasted me over ten years. When it came time for a new vehicle, I searched around New England online for the best fit both financially and for my family. I came to this dealership from North of the city because of an online special for a certified used 2013 Highlander limited. I called before and verified the car was still present. They gave me an appointment at 7pm that day and we proceeded to look at two vehicles of my interest, first a special edition and second a limited. Sunny was great at explaining the differences between the two vehicles both in specs and also on road testing. It made the decision easy. The team was helpful in getting an appropriate finance package as well. In summary, this price-point was the best in a search of all New England cars for the mileage and the customer service was excellent as well.

When we got here to Fufankjian the salesman (Socrates) was very friendly and told us everything we wanted to know about the car. We were able to ask several questions and we deff. did ask SEVERAL. He got the price to something we were comfortable with and by the time we left we had a fantastic new 2015 Toyota Corolla.
