I contacted Wellesley Toyota through email from Cars.com ,Shawn Pierre was prompt responding with information about the car I was interested In . We were greeted at the dealer by Nathan Ingram (Salesman ) He was very professional and knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles . There was no pressure tactics and let us decide on purchasing the Car . Dave the finance person helped making the loan ,registration process seamless . I would recommend this dealer for anyone who is considering a preowned Toyota .

With the help of Wellesley Toyota for the procedural steps, I am going thru the process of buying a used car from them. There are many different people in Sales and Finance that help guide me thru the steps. I have Purchased and Paid for the car and the next step is the Shipping, which is in process this week. I have received the Title and I need to get the in state Title and License so I can drive the car when it is delivered here. The car is also Insured so it is covered if there is a problem. I am now just waiting for that delivery.
"Horrible Buying Experience"
So I bought a used 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution that I paid top dollar for (0 negotiation). Upon purchasing the vehicle I noticed the TPMS (tire pressure) light was on. I requested the issue be resolved prior to picking up the car and was told that because it has aftermarket wheels they cannot shut the light off. Im sorry but original or aftermarket you do not sell any vehicle, doesnt matter the cost with any service lights on. The whole communication process was also horrible. It took 3 weeks to get the car registered and insured. Unacceptable. About the only good thing was that it was the car I had been looking for for many years. I would never recommend this place to anyone as I feel I was treated very unfairly and I will be pursuing an investigation with the attorney general. This place is a joke.

I had a very positive experience working with sales manager Shaun Fisher and Kevin Kielty, floor sales, who sold a clean low miles used 2015 Prius to me. The car I wanted slipped away to another customer, but the offer was applied to another car, which has been totally satisfactory. Overall I had a pleasant interaction with sales and ancillary staff, all of whom were polite and helpful.

During my car search for an off-lease vehicle, I found some great choices at Wellesley Toyota. But, when searching online, I saw that their cars were consistently priced 2,000-5,000 over local competitors for identical make/model/options/mileage. When I spoke with the online sales manager, Sean, he was inflexible and not willing to come down to market value on his prices. And I mean not even $1 off the list price. He was also unwilling to give me a reasonable number/value for my trade in. So naturally, I bought from another dealer. Its a shame to let a great car just sit on a lot for 100+ days (which was verified by two sources) because its overpriced, but thats how this dealership rolls.

I DROVE 30 MINUTES TO SEE A SCION XB. I WAS TOLD THE CAR HAD A MINOR ACCIDENT AND THAT WAS BASED ON THE FACT THAT ON THE INNER SIDES OF THE FRONT ENDS I WAS TOLD HAD THE ORIGINAL VIN NUMBERS WERE. I WAS TOLD IT WAS MOST LIKELY JUST A MINOR BUMPER ACCIDENT AND REPLACEMENT . WHILE LOOKING AT THE VIN NUMBERS WE NOTICED THAT ONE HAD BEEN PEELED OFF ITS ORIGINAL PART AND GLUED TO ITS REPLACEMENT PART TO GIVE THE APPEARANCE IT HAD NEVER BEEN REPLACED. THE VIN NUMBER WAS CHIPPED ON THE CORNERS SHOWING HOW IT WAS TAKEN OFF THE PREVIOUS CAR PART AND GLUED TO THE NEW REPLACEMENT PART. I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR HERE THE PEOPLE ARE VERY DISHONEST.

I did a lot of research online before I chose to drive 30 miles from home to Toyota of Wellesley to buy my pre-owned 2010 Scion XB this past weekend. Nathan, our salesperson and Shaun the contact for internet sales were both extremely friendly and easy to work with. We were able to get what we wanted for our trade in and our monthly payment on the Scion. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used Toyota or Scion.

Was ready to purchase a used 2012 Subaru Forester Vin-JF2SHADC1CH442482 this December. Had even put down a deposit. Was told the car was a trade in from a friend of the owners (should make you feel secure). In researching the CarFax, turns out the car had known problems from being driven without oil changes. Local Subaru dealer said stay away. After presenting this info to the sales staff they admitted the car had "issues". Could they help me with another car? I think not.

We contacted them online, asked questions, received prompt and helpful advice - all of that long-distance since we are located in Western PA. If it had not been for a local dealership offering a similar model the weekend before flying out to Boston, we would have ended up buying it from Wellesley Toyota.

We bought a certified pre-owned toyota sienna here. The salesperson Alens was great. He promised us that he will order for a remote starter and we will pay $500.00. He kept telling us he is waiting for the starter until the 3 months of the warrant were over. After that we tried to call him and he would not return our calls. He did not keep his word.

My husband and I had very little time to shop for our Toyota Sienna. We have four children and so it was important for us to be able to find a car quickly, negotiate effectively, and be on our way. I think from beginning to end, including the test drive, we spent an hour at Toyota of Wellesley. Our salesman was smart, fair, and straight-forward. I would definitely shop at this dealership again.

I got a low price (under invoice) quoted online, and wasnt pressured into add-ons. I got my car within a week, and everyone was very straightforward and easy to deal with.
