My Chevy 4500 failed to start. Was towed there twice. They kept it for four days the first time and two the second. Naturally they did not find the cause. The vehicle is 7 months on the road with 10k miles. They are the dealership I purchased it from, and the only response I got when I had to call about the vehicle was " you are in the que". No timeframe of how long the que was, no concern for how I was to operate without my vehicle, no embarrassment/humility/apologies that the vehicle failed me TWICE and they could not resolved it TWICE..... I could go on......the contempt and indifference I was treated with will not be forgotten. Until I am convinced that I have dissuaded at least one owner/operater from purchasing a vehicle at Mirak, I will not relentless.

I was not happy with the service. I didnt feel as if I was anything but a commission buy. I came to your dealership because people I know said you were different. Salesperson caller was very convincing. And the salesman seemed really nice at first, but got confrontational over things he said to me. He had my trade in truck moved. Even when I gave him the keys I asked him if they need move it he said no. He said "They just need to start it." He never looked at my online quotes. He change the trade in amount he quoted me. Without my knowledge after I told him about the transmission issue. He gave the wrong price for roof rack and I almost had it add on. It just was not a pleasant car buying experience. Yes its my fault for not being more forceful, but as a business man and a leader myself I can always financially manage my way out of something into something better. As a union leader, customer service employee, Youth leader and a business owner. I make deals and lead by handshakes and trust word of mouth deals. I have always lived by The Motto that the customers right even when theyre dead wrong. I brought from your dealership anyway because I spent the whole day there and I had other business to finish. I took your logo off the SUV. Im not coming back and will never send you business. Im sure you will get a different story from salesperson, but read between the lines. Salesperson Michael Howard, sales manager Jonathan Buck, and finance manager James Hahn spent about four hours helping us with a complex deal: Turning in two cars--a leased Elantra of an elderly parent who could no longer drive and my beloved (and owned) Sonata--and moving the negative equity from the lease into a new car for me. All three were very helpful, and I came out with a beautiful new Sonata. And theres lots of great new features about the new Sonata--better dash layout, better sound system, better gas mileage; and some small details: a turn signal that tick-tocks like a clock so that it doesnt get lost in music you are listening to, and the sound system keeps playing after you stop the car, until you open the door. Nice idea! I cant say enough about Mirak Hyundai, who I and my family have used for 12 years.

I purchased a certified 2015 Hyundai Sonata Limited on Saturday May 30th with the help of Bobby Grimshaw. I came in, originally just looking and wanting to check out the 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport. However, after having Bobby show us the Limited model with only 9000 miles on it that was the one that I wanted to purchase. Bobby was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. I feel without having Bobby there it wouldve made the process very difficult. It was a no pressure type of sale either. It was more of Bobby was there to explain the important details and help provide feedback where necessary. You really need more people like him on the sales force and just in general in sales as hes a great asset to have. After some minor negotiations on my trade and the purchase price of the 2015 Sonata we were pretty much all set and overall it was a pretty short and painless process. I picked up the car yesterday (Monday, June 1st) and again Bobby helped with everything and got me all setup, went over the whole car with me, and made sure that if I had any questions to call him whenever and I am sure I will at some point. I am now a loyal Mirak customer and plan to let others know about the amazing service that you guys provide over there. Thank you again for all your help! Nick

Took my corvette to this place. Couldnt get the problem fixed and charged me $105 diagnose fee. After he Asked for more money to find the problem, I refused. He even suggested that it would be easier to have another 05 corvette to compare and contrast with mine to make it easier. I know. It is ridiculous. Anyways, Service manager David lemme come and pick it up last night. I went there and paid the ridiculous money for nothing. You wont believe what happened next. He checked and told me my car was not even ready for pick up. So I wasted my time and energy for nothing. "Sorry about that" was all he said. This is not the way you treat your customer. I had to go come and get my car this morning. Avoid this service center at all cost! 100% authentic.

They were telling me that i do not qualify for all the rebates explaining to me the fine print... Then they tried to tuck it to me with a destination fee that is already on the window sticker... I left after being made a fool of. I went to Mirak Hyundai and David took good care of me. He wasnt phony or condescending. Told him what I wanted, and he explained the price and payments,.. done easy.. The Managers were helpful too. Everyone was friendly and they gave me a discount card for service. Wish I cam to Mirak Hyundai first.

After the disillusion and annoyance I felt on the automile, I ended up at an old dealership on Mass Ave in Arlington. However, anything archaic about Mirak ended there. A modern and comfortable facility with a lot of vehicles and without the stereotypical, “Used Car Salesman.†Michael P. Howard took me on a remarkably thorough test drive over hills, city-style stop and go, winding roads and highway. He even passed off some local knowledge and showed me the most amazing view of Boston Arlington has to offer. I never felt pressured to buy and the staff was readily available and helpful. Now I am living my mpg dreams and riding in style. I highly recommend Mirak Automotive group.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Mirak Chevrolet. My buying experience both times was outstanding. Mark, Stephen, and David are true professionals. Their product knowledge is amazing. There was no running back and forth during negotiations. They gave me a great price upfront with no run- around. David was so pleasant and helpful and got the car we wanted even though he didnt have the color on hand, he found the car with wanted with all the features we had in mind before we got there. Return calls were made promptly as promisd Stephen in financing was so professional and didn/t push us to take features we didnt want. David spent a lot of time orienting us to our new vehicle. He was sooooo patient and we really appreciated that because our new car has a lot of features that really needed explaining. Everything was really wonderful because of the attitudes of the people we dealt with

I just went in for an oil change and noticed my low tire light was on.I asked the gentleman in Service Frank if he could rotate my tires and check the air as the light is on. Frank called me shortly after and let me know there was a screw in myside wall of the low tire. :( it could not be plugged.They didnt havr onr instock....Frank calmed me down and let me know he would work on getting me one that day..He called me back with two tire options and got it done.Good people are Mirak I will get my next car their and will continue to go business there.

The staff a mirak hyundai dealership was really helpful and nice. the building was very clean. As soon as we pulled up we were greeted by a friendly, nicely dressed staf member that invited us inside. we asked for a test drive and he brought the car around and let us go off on our own.it was great!
