Bought a used Ram 1500 initially the process went well. Paid close to asking price for the vehicle. There was a small paint problem on the drivers door which the dealership made an effort to repair. Noticed that two of the tires were worn and wanted them replaced. Tried to speak with manager, but conversations were always through sales staff and not service manager. Tires were not replaced.

The entire experience of buying my new Jeep at Planet was outstanding. Ingrid Spillane, my "purchase partner" walked me through the entire process, explaining the different features within the vehicle I wanted, introducing me to the service personnel and making sure the car was ready for delivery. Since I had selected a car from their large inventory, I was able to take ownership in less than one day.

I am very satisfied with my experience in this dealership. Their sales rep know the cars, I felt comfortable asking questions and finding the right vehicle for me ( I am very picky) They have a wide variety and they look also for a transfer from another facility, if necessary. They gave me several options to get closer what I was looking for in terms of cars vs payments. The personal is very attentive and friendly.

My Wife and I were shopping around for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and we loved how Planets website looked with their online stock options so we decided to take a trip to Franklin. From the minute we walked in and spoke with Jonathan the service was exceptional. He sat us down and listened to exactly what our needs were, took the time to answer all our questions and go over all the available options before he handpicked the very car we ended up going with. He even helped set up our phones to the Uconnect system in the car and go over in detail all of the fun features on the new Grand Cherokee Limited. He also did everything he could to work with us getting the best price for our trade in. Planet were so upfront with their pricing and they searched for the best interest rates for us for financing options which was huge help for us in making our decision. We LOVE our new wheels and cant thank Jonathan and Planet enough for making this such an easy, comfortable and stress free purchase. I highly recommend Planet and will be the first place we go if and when we need another new or used car. Try them out before you go anywhere else!

Yes, I would like to commend strongly Ingrid Spillanes work, honesty, and flexibility for the 2017 Grand Cherokee Overland we just purchased today. She more than went out of her way coming in before her shift by two hours to expedite our pick up of the new car. We are leaving on a trip tonight and she volunteered to come in early so we could have it for that trip. Fantastic! She is one reason why we hear good things about Planet Jeep. My daughter needed a 4WD used SUV for winter and I was lucky enough to find Planet Jeep in Franklin. I found many choices on their easy to navigate website. I emailed and was in contact with Harvey who told me about features and options that were important to me and my daughter. He was easy to talk to and did not pressure me to come in. He emailed me back specs and pricing so I could review that night. The next day I was at Planet Jeep and working with Tiffany who was nice and friendly and went out of her way to make my daughter and I feel important . We drove 3 different models and decided on a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited. It was so nice I wanted it! Thanks to Harvey, Tiffany and everyone at Planet. We are both happy and she feels safe in the snow!

I have dealt with Jeep a couple times over the years and was going to lease my second car with them; needless to say that did not happen due to the arrogant, rude, condescending and unprofessional behavior of the of Joe in the finance department. I am appalled at his demeanor and lack of customer service and down right nasty attitude. Please do not deal with this person.

Be Worked with Jon on a purchase of a 2017 Scat Pack. Great dealership, no nonsense, and got me an amazing price. Will contact them again for my next purchase/trade. If youre tired of dealing with car salespersons that will do anything for a buck, call these guys- never tried to tack on an upsell, and found me additional rebates. Found me a way to get into a dream car and make it something I could actually afford. A month later, and still the best price Ive found in the country on the same year/model. Jon was absolutely straight with me on everything, and worked to make it happen. Another example of why this dealership shines- they hire people that havent been working for years in sales or car sales. Imagine if you could walk into a dealership and talk with a competent professional that knew how to get you what you were looking for, but also has some actual character instead of the need to feel like they "beat" you on a deal? Instead of trying to figure out how to get every last possible dollar out of your pocket, and into his/her own? Look, everybody that works in car sales is working a job- theyre trying to make a living, too. But, when you get tired of people trying to scam their livings off of you while youre out buying your next car, come talk to these guys. Great smaller dealership that will actually sell you a car instead of trying to take the maximum amount of your money and waste your time. NH residents- much worth the trip, and no, you dont pay MA sales tax if you register it at home! Go down there, find the car, and work the delivery! Thanks to Jon and the rest of the guys! I just purchased a Jeep for my son and worked with Rob Dirks. As it was my first time in this dealership, I was completely surprised that the entire purchase of the vehicle from test drive to paperwork was only 1.5 hours. Rob was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He was very patient with our questions on all three vehicles we test drove and his advice helped us make the best purchase for our son. He also stepped away many times to give our family time to discuss our options in private. There was absolutely no pressure to buy at any time. When my son and I arrived to pick up the vehicle, Rob sat with my son in the vehicle and explained all the gears, radio, and operating systems. My son felt very comfortable with the car as he drove away. The Finance Manager was also a pleasure to deal with....no pressure to buy extra warranties, tire protection, etc. I would highly recommend this dealership to all who want a pleasant car buying experience!

I bought a new 2016 Jeep Compass from Planet Jeep and I am very satisfied. My mom and I worked with Cory and he was literally the nicest salesman I have ever met, he was very laid back and helpful. I did not feel any pressure from him at all which is very rare when buying a car. I was in a rush and had to leave as soon as I signed the paperwork so Cory had me come back the next day and set up my phone for me, which most people would have made me figure it out on my own. The whole process was very simple and I had my car in just a few days. This dealership is local which is perfect for me since I will be going there for service. None of the "well, other people are looking at it so we need to know" or "It might not be here tomorrow" lines. He truly let me decide, but after I test drove it I knew that was my car 100%! When it comes time for us to get another car, we wont even think about going anywhere else. We leased a Jeep Liberty (what a great car!) from planet and were sorry that theyre being discontinued, but well defintely return to Planet for whatever car we decide to get next.
