My wife and I went to Kelly looking for a new vehicle. We were welcomed with open arms by Mgr. Mike OKeefe and were made comfortable right away. He directed us to salesperson Julie Febonio and the process began. We went in looking to lease a car for the first time. After spending a lot of time and answering tons of questions from us we ended up trading in our Pilot and leasing two new vehicules, a 2015 Civic and a 2015 CRV. The whole process from start to finish was very easy and rewarding. We went in looking for one and came out with 2 for a similar price. Bought the car on Saturday and drove it home on Monday. Probably would have driven it home on Saturday but needed to get insurance and registered. Enjoying the car very much. We have found an issue with Honda CR-V. We were not happy with our new Honda CR-V. They have understand our concern about new car and more than happy to swap it for 2015 Honda Odyssey after giving full trade in value for Honda CR-V even though it has couple of hundred miles on it as well as paid for Honda Odyssey very competitive price. I went to Kelly Honda on the Lynnway. This was my 1st new car, and i was nervous, but Joseph (my sales associate) and the rest of the team was very nice and made it simple and easy to understand everything. They didnt have the exact car i wanted there (2015 civic si sedan black), so they went looking for it. In just 2 days they had my car, freshly detailed and a full tank of gas. It was beautiful! Overall, my experience was stress-free and simple, glad i went to them.

I recently total my car during one of these early February snow storms and found myself in the market for a new car. I was referred to Kelly Honda from a friend, since I had decided I wanted something with AWD and Honda had a great record. Although there were other Honda Dealers closer, I chose to try Kelly Honda on the Lynnway and never looked back. I made an appointment on Presidents Day and was greeted by the General Manager Michael Okeefe who treated my daughter and I like we were family. He introduced me to Walter Sugrue the Sales person who would help me find the car I wanted and at the price I could afford. I have bought several cars over my lifetime; however this would go down in my books as the most hassle free expierence from start to finish. Walter would not let me leave the lot until explained all the features of my new Honda CRV and that I was thankful. I will proably never buy a car anywhere else. I highly reccomend shopping here first, you will have no regrets. I also visited their service department where I will get my car serviced and was very impressed.

When the lease on my 2012 Honda CR-V was over this past February, 2015, it was not difficult for me to decide on my next car. It was back to Kelly Honda in Lynn for a 2015 CR-V. The most difficult part of the purchase was dealing with the record snowfall in February! Luckily, I was able to make the purchase although my new car stayed in the garage for most of February. As of today, it has just over 300 miles. Cant wait for spring!! There were three main reasons for my decision to go back to Kelly. #1. I like the size of an SUV. It is easier for me to get in and out off. I also like the higher driving position. #2. The Lynn location is more convenient than the Route 114 dealerships. #3. The Kelly Team, Walter, Joseph, and the Service Department have been great. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with. When you buy a new car, you start to notice the same make on the road. I have seen many Honda CR-Vs with a Kelly sticker on the back. I think I know why there are so many. You will be pleased too giving Kelly of Lynn a visit.

I first walked into Kelly Honda on the Lynnway in 2011.AT the time I honestly didnt know what I was looking for in a car. I spoke with a Walter Sugrue and he explained the advantages of leasing a car. Walter is easy going for a salesman and not a pushy one. I leased a new 2011 Honda Civic for two years and bought it before the lease was up. After owning the car for a year I went back to Walter and explained that I wanted a two door coupe. Again Walter was very helpful and gave me what I asked for. I also had the 2011 serviced there and found from the cashier to everyone that worked in sales and the guys who serviced the car to be the nicest dealership of employees to deal with!!! I will continue to do business with Kelly Honda on the Lynnway.

Bought a CRV from Joseph Oise last month and so far couldnt be more pleased with the entire process. Came in knowing what I wanted in a car and having a price in mind. Joseph did not waste my time or employ any high pressure sales tactics that make buying a car a headache. I am the proud owner of a 2001 Honda Civic Sedan. I purchased my car November 2000 from Kelly Honda with 4 miles on the odometer. The majority of the services and maintenance to my car has been done by the mechanics at Kelly Honda Service Center. The quality of care I receive is the same today as it was when I took my car in for the first oil change 13 years ago. I have always been treated in a professional and courteous manner. Today, my Honda has 249k miles on the odometer and continues to operate like new, thanks in part to the excellent workmanship of the mechanics at the service center. My experience with Kelly Collision in Beverly, MA however, was just the opposite. Skip Girard is extremely rude, aggressive, and seriously lacks in customer service skills. What should have been a simple bumper cover replacement ended up being a nightmare. I finally took my car to another shop, and after they adjusted the trunk lid, the issue was resolved. I will not ever do business with Kelly Collision again and I will not ever recommend them, unless there is some serious changes in Management.

I can only say I had the best experience with Walter and the rest of the Honda employees. They helped make the transaction efficient and almost entirely effortless on my part. Their customer service and helping me right when I walked through the door was an added bonus.They knew me on a first name basis & got straight to the point of what needed to be done to get my car off the lot (for which I was very much appreciative of). The best was when I went to pick up my car. Walter had it warmed up ready to go and was excited to thoroughly show me all the setups within my car and how each feature worked. He made sure I left feeling comfortable and familiar with my new car (which I absolutely love!). The best excellent service ever!! Leased my First vehicle 1 year ago from them and they made the process so easy and smooth I did nothing but sign. The salesman Edward Mejia actually went out of his way to get my cosigners signature he actually went to their house because they were not able to make it to the dealer. To me Thats excellent service. After my first vehicle was in a car accident and was totaled I did the dumb mistake to go to another dealer because I was looking for a quick local vehicle. I had been looking for a low mileage certified used Honda Element and I saw one at Kelly Honda via cars.com. I was out of town and afraid I would lose this car, so I called them up and they put a hold on the car with a minimum fully refundable deposit. I thought that this was amazing since they didnt know how serious I was or if I would even buy the car, but still they put it aside as "sold" until I visited the dealership. The car was as great as it looked in the photos and the salesman Anthony helped me secure a very fair deal on the Element and trade in value on my vehicle. Fred in the business dept, got me LOW financing and even lower cost extended warranty. I had to pinch myself..First time I ever left a dealership feeling GREAT and not taken advantage of. I started the process of buying a 2011 Honda Civic on line for my son. I then went into the dealership and completed it within 45 minutes. It was painless which I was thrilled about. I hate shopping the lot but by proceeding how I did, it made the buying experience very simple. I would absolutely buy from Kelly Honda again without a doubt.

"Selling Non-existent Car"

Wanted to see a particular Honda Fit, low mileage still under warranty. Talked to the sales people and arranged meeting at 12pm. Showed up at their showroom at 1:05pm same day, they tell me the car has been sold and then try to get me to look at another (more expensive) year of the same model - I declined their offer and left. Went back home and went on line, and the car is still posted on sale (two days later).

"Doing Not So Good Job."

People at Honda Lynn doing not very good job. Especially with service. I concerned several times while my Honda was still certified. But every time they told everything is good with your brakes. The week after certification expired they suggested me to change my brakes completely for about thousand dollars...Also They are not very respectful with customers unless you want to buy new car with them.
