If you go to BMW Peabody, ask for Frank, he is the best. He will make you feel right at home, answer any question, show you what your looking to purchase. Frank wont try and sell you something else, or up sell something else you really dont want. MANY sales people dont really care what you want, its what they think they can, sell you. My next car will be purchased from Frank and I will send any of my friends to see Frank. I hope he is still at BMW of Peabody.

My service for my car was done and my car was back in my hands when said it would be. Suppose to have a car wash with the service. My windshield was not cleaned as there were bug marks on it, but guess that is minor.

After visiting multiple dealerships, I decided on BMW and this dealership in particular because this place made the hectic car buying process EASY. Mohamad spent the necessary time with me going over the vehicle even after the dealership closed. Once I decided on the car, there was never a drawn out negotiating process. The sales manager Bruce was personable and genuinely seemed like he CARED about my business. I moved right along to the finance department where Dan explained everything in detail. I couldnt have asked for an easier car buying process. It was just FUN working with them. I would absolutely recommend BMW of Peabody to anyone considering a BMW. Although Ive only owned my car for two weeks, I have a feeling I might become a long term BMW driver...a big part of that is because of this dealership and the team that helped me with my purchase.
