My personal experience at Kelly Nissan Beverly was wonderful I recently leased a 2014 Moonlight white Nissan Rogue SV, which btw I am absolutely in love with. The staff is very attentive and the customer service is great. I really like how the staff is willing to go the extra mile to try and help you drive off the lot with exactly what you want. Even after I leased my vehicle My salesman Luis emailed and called me to see how things were going with my new baby!. I would definitely do business with Kelly Nissan Beverly again in the future. I was able to get a great deal on a lease with a reasonable down payment and monthly payment amount. P.S. The managers Dave and Frank are also very nice and extremely helpful.

As previously mentioned in some of the reviews, buying a new or used car is very stressful, not so if you go to Kelly Nissan. I found the Sales Manager, Frank and my Sales Person, Eric Gallant, AD in Finance, went beyond the call of duty to make sure I got the car I wanted, which I feel was a challenge, as I wanted a specific color and model. They found the car quickly, had it brought to MA and had it ready when they said they would.Erics knowledge of the car, an Atlima 3.5 SL, both during the test drive and upon delivery to me, I felt was excellant. There was not a question he could not answer. I also have to give Kelly Nissans service department a Thank you as well, as they have taken great care of us over the many years we have had all our cars serviced there.

I went in to have the oil changed on my Rogue which is leased and I drove home 3 hours later with a new leased Nissan Sentra SV. Ha! My family was very surprised when I came home with a new car. I still had a few months left on my leased Rogue. While waiting in the showroom during the oil change, Juan Martinez approached me with a possible new deal and it turned out to be a great deal. Nissan bought my Rogue and ended the lease early with no penalties and put me into a new leased Nissan Sentra SV while the Rogue was getting an oil change. Juan made it a stress free easy experience. I would highly recommend Juan Martinez because he is a down to earth salesperson. No pressure at all. I would highly recommend Kelly Nissan of Beverly to anyone looking for a new Nissan or used vehicle. Also their Service department is top notch!

Purchasing a new car can be so confusing and overwhelming!!! I had been looking for a crossover, and had test drove many cars, after planning on buying the honda CRV, my husband suggested going to Nissan to look at the new Rogue!!! Kelly Nissan was right down the street, and convenient. After stopping in, we looked at the 2014 Rogue in the showroom, and realized this car deserves a test drive! I loved the new sporty look of the Rogue, as well as the size and the driveability. Our representative Mounir Bezzari, was very informative, patient and not at all pushy. He allowed us to ask many questions, returned all phone calls, and took the time to explain everything to us in a very professional manner. Mounir has many exceptional qualities, immediately you feel comfortable with him, hes personable and has a great knowledge base. We felt secure in our decision to buy this vehicle, especially after spending time discussing all the details with Mounir. My recent lease agreement of a 2014 nissan versa note was excellent. The sales staff and finance staff at Nissan of Beverly was very courteous and professional. The whole process was handled timely and efficently. I was in a situation where i totalled my current vehicle in a collison. The staff was understanding of my dilemma and patient with us in making the sale as we were in a situation being held up awaiting a check from our insurance proir to being able to make the sale. My sales person i dealt with was very honest and upfront with us. He handled our sale in the upmost professional manner. We were impressed with him on our initial visit that we felt we wanted to continue to work with him when we returned at a later date to finalize the deal.

Everyone at Kelly Nissan will know who I am just by the title of this review. They honestly made the sale of the beautiful 2013 Cadillac ATS I purchased so easy. I came in prepared, educated, knowing what I was willing to pay and what I wanted. I didnt need smoke and mirrors and for the first time ever, I found a dealership that just let me have what I wanted. There were no tactics, no silly games...just nice people, great cars and honest talk. Refreshing. I inked the entire deal in a thank you email to the sales manager in five minutes - it gets no better than that, folks. If you are looking for your next car, buy it here. Period.

Two words: IM THRILLED!!! This is my first Nissan and I absolutely love my new Rogue!! Shes a beauty!! It is everything I wanted and more! I went to Beverly Nissan on a very snowy day with a good idea of the vehicle I wanted and the price range I wanted to stay in. I met with one of the salesman, Mr. Mounir Bezzari, and he was a pleasure to do business with. Usually buying a car is such a hassle and can be so daunting. But there was no hassle at all. Mr. Bezzari was terrific. We discussed figures and trade-ins, we went back and forth a bit, and before I knew it, I was signing papers to my beautiful new Rogue!! A few days later, on another snowy day, I went in to pick up the car. It was so nice to be greeted by so many with smiles and firm handshakes. They all just wanted to make sure that I was pleased with my purchase. They all knew by my big smile that I was very pleased and very excited. Before I knew it, I was sitting in my beautiful sparkling new Rogue!!! On this snowy day, Mr. Bezzari went the extra mile, took his time and showed me how everything worked and answered my many questions. Again, i couldnt be happier. As I have said to everyone, this was my first visit and purchase at Beverly Nissan and I know it wont be my last. :)

Juan was easy to deal with. He has an understanding of people working hard to make it and based on experience, his treatment is not of the expected "sales person" is personal for him. He knows how to help you. I dont recommend people often, but I will Juan.

This dealership went out of their way to try to find the vehicle I was looking for. But due to end of year clearence and limited cars, we couldnt make a deal happen. But they were wonderful to work with.
