Leased a 2016 Fusion from York and got the service agreement. Everything was fine until the sunroof started leaking. We called and made an appointment 2.5 weeks in the future. Dropped the car off with collision center on a Monday, didnt hear anything by near closing time so called and was told they didnt have time to look at the car they were booked up with leaks. Why have appointments then? Was told tomorrow. Same story on Tuesday, no call, no return call after trying them. Guess wed be without a vehicle for 3 days. Nope. Didnt get the car back until Thursday evening, and no work had been done as they needed clearance from Ford to make the repair, on a lease. If Paul had his way we would have left the car there until he got the ok, which would have been 3-4 weeks, and without a courtesy car. Im not surprised as courtesy seems to be the least of their worries. To wrap up, we finally get the repairs scheduled, and are still waiting for Paul to return a call with the status of our car. Looks to be another 3-4 days car-less with no warning or communication. Also, we kept getting different stories from collision and service. Neither one knows what the other is doing or responsible for. Icing on the cake was he basically told my wife that I am a liar by denying a conversation I had with him.

I just purchased a Certified Ford Explorer from Jim Fauci at York Ford, and the overall experience was fantastic. Jim is very personable and very low-key, and we were able to finalize on a deal very quickly and easily. Overall it was a very stress-free car buying experience. And I found that Yorks prices on used Ford Certified vehicles was the best in the area, not to mention that their inventory has only the best used cars with the options you really need/want. I also got a very good price on my trade-in. Id definitely recommend York Ford, and specifically Jim Fauci, to anyone looking to buy a new or used Ford.

Hi! We have purchased 4 or 5 cars from York Ford. The buying process was quick and easy. The Service Department, especially Christine Morganelli, has been top notch. Christine always gets back to me when I call, calls back with an estimate and a clear, concise explanation of repairs needed. She always takes care of me and my various vehicles when repairs or routine services are needed. My Dad always took his car back to the dealer for service so naturally I did the same!! I have never been disappointed in the service, the work or the treatment I received from everyone at York. P.S. At a recent trip to York for a heater problem, Lou fixed my vehicle, did a great video so I could see what he had to replace and I met him when I picked up my car and he was terrific!

The experience with the Ford Service department was efficient and friendly. My Ford Focus got a regular service and tires got replaced. Before the service, there was a slight and occasional vibration issue from the front wheels which got worse with the new tires. At a follow-up visit to the Ford Service department, the technician determined that the right front wheel was bent on the inside, probably from a pothole. The technician balanced the wheel to compensate for the issue and so far the vibration is much less. Ford Service did not charge for the diagnosis, which is very generous. Will replace the wheels eventually. Ill gladly return for the next service. Great service from Christine and the rest of the technical team!
