This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Commonwealth and this time is by far the best experience Ive had. My salesman was attentive, listened to what I wanted and liked. He was able to direct me to the vehicle that had my name all over it. My first experience was a poor one however I choose to try again and Im very glad that I did. Thank you again.

Went for oil change and thought I would have to make an appt for airbag recall. Nope! Youre here now, lets do it if you have 2 hours. Sure! 1 and a half hours I was out with my oil changed and airbags replaced. Fantastic!

Hans, our sales rep, was extremely helpful and relaxed with us. Benny, the financing rep was also able to get us a better interest rate than we even thought possible, which thrilled us. This was the best experience we have had at Commonwealth thus far in the past 7 years that we have been doing business with them.

I arrived early to my appointment just because I was already in the area. (And I was fully expecting for my car to still take just as long as if I had arrived at my scheduled time). The service tech checked me in and informed me that my wait would still most likely be 1.5 hours, which I assured him I was expecting and willing to wait patiently. To my surprise after about 45 minutes he found me in the waiting area and let me know my car service was complete. I was very happy with the service on my car and happy that they were able to complete it quicker than their quote time.
