"Another Great Experience"

I was looking to replace my 2011 Volvo C30, a model I love but which is no longer made. I saw online that there might be a good leasing deal on a 2017 V60, in my mind a 4-door version of the C30 with more cargo space. As it turned out, the vehicle or vehicles available under that special program did not meet my needs in terms of features. However, the folks at Jaffarian were able to put together a deal on a car that had what I wanted (and more) that also fit my budget. To sum up, in my experience with two new car purchases (leases) in the last year and a half, the Jaffarian people are welcoming, honest regarding pricing and vehicles features; and will work to make the transaction including insurance, registration, etc. as easy as possible. I can also say from experience that the service department is great, with friendly folks and a very comfortable waiting room.

I had my car fixed that was in an accident. The trunk an bumper An side panel was damaged. Took my car to a dealer thinking great Job. The car had a odor An for months didnt know what was wrong. There was water in the trunk underneath. I have brought the car back in two more times an still the car has an odor. They didnt even replace the carpet in trunk. Im trying to sell the car and i cant sell it. I have to bring the car back in again. I cant tell you how disappointed An what an inconvenience this is, they dont offer you anything for your time aggravation nothing. I would never go back ever after this. Worse place ever

The price was very fair and there was good communication throughout the process from Francesca and she patiently answered all of my questions and showed me how every function worked in the car. "Not Your Average Dealer ... Its Way Better."

Many years ago I wanted to change to a prius, very soon I walked right out of a salesroom in ____, a notoriously arrogant greedy dealership confirmed. Im not looking to come out on top, just have a fair deal, thats what I got at Jaffarian. Thats also when I started to use their service dept. Friendly and polite 100% of the time. Best of all, I believe they are honest. Theyre a dealer and charge dealer service rates, but they dont do anything unnecessary in my opinion. And in fact, they try to help your cost. For example, they search for coupons and apply them. I needed new tires, and they didnt try to sell me the most expensive ones. I told them I probably needed new brakes, instead of greedily agreeing, they told me I had more mileage left on them. Good starbucks fresh coffee machine in the waiting room. Just wish there was a quiet place to sit away from the TV.

I dont usually write reviews but I wanted to let others know how courteous and professional everyone is at the service department. I recently brought my Prius in after hearing a rattling noise under the car. They were able to take me in that day and found the problem. They were able to fix it quickly and only charged me for the labor for the reattaching the pin, $30. I could have been charged $100 just to look at it. I had a great experience. "Great Experience"

I just bought the most expensive car Ive ever owned. I needed to trade in my Subaru and my wifes Subaru as we just had our second child. I tried loading the seats into the Outback and there was no room for anything else. Didnt get that "safe" feeling loading the family in there and there was no way we were gonna put our dog and stroller in the back too. So I decided to trade them both in for a larger vehicle. I expressed my interest in the vehicle and they politely called me back a few times. I told them I was busy with the new baby and they just wanted to keep me posted that the used Honda Pilot I was interested in was still available. When I finally decided to go and see about buying it, the salesperson Chris was a great guy and the money guy Gavin was equally personable. We got to a deal we could both agree with pretty quickly and then I was off to financing with Tom. Everything went well and I didnt feel pressured. I made a down payment on a late model used car at the end last year for delivery the same day or the next business day with a chance that it would be delayed longer due to paperwork problems caused by the Massachusetts RMV. The worst did happen since the MA RMV was its normal self. When I complained about the delay, everyone at the dealership bent over backwards to make things right even though the delay was out of their control. How a dealership responds when things do not go correctly is a discriminator between the good and the best. Their response was much better than I could ever hope for. I have had the pleasure of dealing with some good dealerships in the past, but I dont think any of them were as good as Jaffarian when it counted. I am amazed that such dedication to customer satisfaction still exists.
