Ive purchased 4 Audis over the past 5 years but my most recent sales transaction has reinforced my loyalty to this brand. I purchased my most recent Audi from Caitlin Meuse at Audi Burlington and I couldnt be more impressed with the treatment that I received. Caitlin was able to answer EVERY question that I asked without hesitation and she was incredibly patient with me (I know Im not the easiest person to work with). I was already an Audi fan but this visit to Burlington solidified my belief that Audi Burlington is one of the most progressive thinking stores around and their dealerships personnel do a far better job of creating an exceptional customer experience than any other brand. Needed to move quickly as my previous car had engine trouble and I travel 80 miles each day to/from work. Caitlin (and the rest of the Audi Burlington team) was able to help me out quickly, get me into a few cars for test drives, locate the exact car that I wanted (wanted the sport suspension package, but didnt need the Nav package) and get it shipped up from Pennsylvania all within a 1.5 week period. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and worked quickly. Will be returning for all maintenance and anticipate the high level of service will continue!

I would like to take this opportunity to leave a comment about my experience at Audi Burlington (MA) this week. My husband and I were lucky to be assisted by Ali Mohajer, one of the best dealership associates that we had the pleasure to meet. I say that because Ali was polite, professional, knowledgeable and he made us feel comfortable and at ease during our search. Thanks to Ali’s skills and willingness to help we were able to make a decision sooner than we expected. He accommodated our schedule and found the best match to suit our budget and preferences. We can’t wait to drive around in our new Audi. I felt compelled to write my feedback because I tremendously value client service. For me it is a deal breaker; the key factor which defines a good – or a bad – experience. I had been watching for used Mini Coopers at dealerships across the country, and particularly liked a 2014 with very low mileage at Audi Burlington. When the price dropped, I called immediately and said I would take it. The reason being I was 1,300 miles away in Wisconsin, just a little far for a test drive. My gut feeling had to be excellent for this risk to pay off, and it was. I got a good feeling from the photos and description, and everyone I spoke with was helpful and very friendly. I mention this because while it was a laser dart for me--traveling across the country for a specific vehicle--it was not a major transaction for the dealership, and I could have easily slipped through the cracks. I had my own financing and was bringing temp plates for the return trip, so once we confirmed some paperwork issues about taxes and titling, they marked the car SOLD for me. I showed up 24 hours later, on a very busy Sunday about two hours before quitting time, and immediately had the pleasure of meeting Lauren and Renato. I had their full attention, and promptly got a tour of my Mini, an appraisal of my trade, and preparation of all the necessary paperwork. Again, a minor transaction in the scheme of things, but I felt that they shared my excitement and that made it fun for all of us. This carried through as I met Josh, the Business Manager, and we had a very enjoyable conversation as we dealt with more documents. I keep talking about the quality of the personal interactions, because the experience could have been pretty brusque, pressurized, or impersonal--and that could have been enough for me to never make the trip in the first place. But I felt that the staff liked their work and sincerely enjoyed helping me. Even the guy at the next desk said "congratulations" when I came back the next day to get the keys. A new vehicle is a big purchase for most of us, and its nice when its not just dollars and dickering. I feel I got a great deal, I LOVE the car, and Id hoist a brat and a beer with Lauren, Renato, and Josh anytime! (Thats how we do things in Wisconsin.) Thanks to all at Audi Burlington for contributing to my little adventure. When my Mini starts getting tired, Ill check and see what youve got on the lot.

Salesman made no effort to win my business, and even turned me down when I asked for a test drive. He said they had no manual transmission Porsches on the lot, and did not offer to call me when they did have one. If I buy a Porsche, I will buy it elsewhere.

I have bought cars from three different dealers in the past and as a young (31) woman, I have been talked down to and judged before speaking to anyone. I recently brought my car in after receiving a dash warning light. I was immediately warmly greeted by Brendan and Jim, and as if we were long lost friends, we all shot the bull for a good long time. Nitra kept me informed and updated around the clock, and Jason did a bang up job on what ended up being a replacement fuel pump. And although the part was being delivered from Germany, they were able to get it in several days sooner than expected and me happily back into my car early. My wife and myself were shopping around for a certified or new Porsche. We were visiting relatives in the area. We were not from the area, but agreed we should stop in Porsche Burlington while we were in that area. We pulled in to the parking lot and started to walk over to begin looking. I dont think we were there two minutes and David Corbin walked out from the showroom and came over and nicely greeted us. This was not the usual in our travels, usually it seems as though we would be ignored at most dealerships. David was first class through and through and made the entire process a pleasurable one. David showed us several cars that would work for us, but we managed to narrow it down to one car after some discussion. David somehow took the negotiations out of the purchasing process and we ended up purchasing the vehicle within ten minutes at the price we wanted to pay. I was amazed how easy he made it for us. We came back three days later to pick up the car and he had it all ready for us and educated us on the car. There is not one negative thing we can say about David Corbin, the entire Porsche Burlington staff, and the entire purchasing process at this dealership!

After reading reviews of Audi Dealerships in the area, I settled on Audi Burlington and after my experience with Derek Brodeur I understand why people are so happy with their service. I was treated like a I had been a customer for years! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an Audi dealership to service their car.

When they dont want to make a deal, expect a very unpleasant experience. Dont try to trade a car here. Honestly felt like I was run out of the place for having the audacity to expect close to KBB trade value on a trade - evidently not something practiced at this dealership. After literally driving 2 hours, getting calls from the dealership harassing me to make sure I was coming soon, and tons of email. Youd think with all that pressure theyd be willing to negotiate? Nope. Mikhail and Juan, I hope your rudeness comes back to haunt you or at least that someone scratches your cars up nice. Dont talk down to your customers, maybe youll make a few more sales.

I had a truly exceptional car buying/leasing experience with the Sales Team made up of Ismael, Lauren, and Stephanie at Herb Chambers Audi Burlington. Stephanie and Lauren were my first point of contact via an inquiry I made on their website. Both ladies worked diligently to provide me with the pricing options I was seeking out on the A3. They answered any and all questions I had. If they didnt have the answer right away, they sought it out for me. On the day of my test drive, Ismael (my sales agent) picked me up from public transportation (I live in the city) with the car I was interested in and I started my test drive. He was polite, accommodating, kind, and extremely helpful. I didnt feel pressured or uncomfortable at any moment during the test drive or at our sit down back at the dealership. This made my decision to move forward easy. On the day I picked up my car, the weather was a bit nasty. Despite those circumstances, Ismael picked me up at the Alewife T station and drove me to the dealership as I was anxious to be in my new car. Since I drove off the lot, Lauren and Ismael have been in touch ensuring Im happy with my choice and making sure I have all questions that have come up answered. Very pleasant experience!! We were looking for a new or used late model Porsche 911. Mike W. approached after allowing just the right amount of browsing time and offered assistance. Very helpful, very knowledgeable showed us new and used 911s, none of which were exactly right, all very nice but tend to be picky about options and color. Mike took down our preferences and called back after 3 weeks with the "perfect car". We saw the car, drove the car and purchased car within an hour. Truly the perfect car! The car was delivered to my home next day on time and in perfect condition. I would strongly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a Porsche or an Audi.

This dealership was the last stop on my 6 month search for a small SUV. I was currently a Mazda owner, and had looked at a lot of different makes and models. The last to test drive was the Q5. I was debating between the sensible choice, or the slight splurge. They helped me get the best of both worlds. As a female shopper, I had often found some unfair estimates given to me. Audi of Burlington never made me feel second. I was the one purchasing the car, so I was the one they dealt with. I was also not their most high end client, but they made me feel just as important nonetheless. Ever after signing all of the papers, their customer service has continued to impress me. The salespeople are personable. They follow up and they seem to genuinely care. Their finance guy who helps close the deal seemed honest and the financing office staff was thorough and considerate. I would highly recommend shopping here at least to see if the Audi works for you.

I brought my Porsche in for annual service and was introduced to the new service manager, Marcos Almeida. It was an exceptional experience; Marcos was engaged, interested in describing what the problem might be with the tire sensors and then called to inform me about the options available to address the problem. Marcos took time to explain why they recommended what they did and I was confident that it was the smart decision. The car was ready when I drove the loaner back with the heat on and it was nice and clean. Im very pleased with the experience and hope that Marcos will stay in that role for a long time.
