We had already compared the CRV and RAV4, and wanted the CRV in Red. Herb Chambers had the car so we just needed to get the terms right. It was very easy to work with them and I was able to get the deal that we were looking to get. We received the "internet quote" so we knew what the price would be going in. That was very helpful. Also since I told them the rate I was hoping to get for financing, they did the leg work of finding a source of funding that gave me a better rate then I was looking for. I was very pleased with all of that. The sales man did a great job of showing all of the features of the vehicle and helped with the initial setup of some of the things we were wanting to solve prior undesirables... such as having the doors unlock when the car is put in park.

Overall a pretty good buying experience. Alexander Williams was the salesman and did a good job. Not a ton of wiggle room in their prices but a good value. The vehicle I purchased had a tiny hairline crack in the taillight, I realized this once I took delivery. When I returned and pointed it out they replaced it without any hassle. They did throw in so me nice rubber floor mats which was a nice thing to do.
