Arrived 2 hours after calling Herb Connolly Chevrolet. Was greeted my salesman, Fred. Said I was there to test drive BMW750. After 15 minutes he showed me a sheet with the car I was interested. He went off and 25 minutes later said they cant find the car. No apologize for out time wasted. Roughly 90 minutes to total travel time and 45 minutes at the dealership. If your looking at there ads I wouldnt waste my time going there. If you are only browsing then they may have something for you

Solid inventory, decent people. The car I came to look into had some additional work that needed to be done and sales representative was polite and apologetic about it. Did not find what I was looking for online but was pleasantly surprised by walking the lot and seeing other options. Will return due to good customer service experience.

I called and asked again, whats your best price, I was transferred around to 4 different people.. not 1 could answer my simple question. This is a car dealership right, you do sell vehicles right? Friday, Dec 9th, 2016, upon completion of a routine lube, oil and filter service, the multi-point vehicle inspection indicated my front tires were just in the yellow at 7/32 and the rear at 6/32 upon talking to John Concetti, my long term trusted service advisor with the winter coming on without hesitation when I asked how much a new set of 4 Goodyear Eagle Tires would be John showed me two separate rebates I could qualify for and when I asked how soon I could get the tires put on John not only asked me bring our 2010 Impala in for the tires on the next Tuesday Dec 13th for service but also helped me fill out the rebate paperwork that Tuesday before I left the dealership. On both visits, as usual I was greeted Justin Brown the service manager with a warm and friendly smile. John Concetti, our service advisor is the major reason for our dealership selection and continued patronage. John has been our service contact with at this dealership and has been were very helpful over the years. I always feel when I leave the dealership that the service was performed correctly and John paid personnel attention to every service detail. John is truly a credit to the Herb Connolly dealership. After the sale service is the key!

Their estimated time is reliable, they drive me to the mall and pick me up quickly. When finished, I get my vehicle after it is washed. Costs are reasonable. All work is explained in detail. I LIKED THAT ABOUT HER RIGHT AWAY. I wanted something that would give me great gas mileage yet not be a tiny car..I bought the 2016 Malibu Hybrid ....Up to 47MPG....Which I was getting within the first 100 miles. After looking at similar vehicles at other dealerships, I decided to spend the extra dollars and called the sales manager to finalize the deal. He then denied that he had ever made such an offer, and wanted more money.

I sent in a request for information about a specific truck on a Wednesday. I also stated that I wanted to set up a test drive for the following Saturday. I was contacted very quickly by a person from the internet department whose email stated I would soon be contacted by someone from the sales staff. By late Thursday, I still had not heard from a salesperson, so I called the internet point of contact to ensure my appointment was confirmed for Saturday. She said it was and sent me another email with the names of 4 different salesmen to ask for when I arrived at the dealership. I drove 3 hours to the dealership only to arrive and be greeted by a random salesman who took me to one of the names I was given and he had no clue who I was, nor did he seem aware that I had scheduled an appointment. He told the salesman who greeted me to take care of me. To make matters worse, this man had no idea what vehicle I was there to view, nor did he know where it was. He took me outside and walked all around their lot and could not find it. It was then that he looked in his computer and determined the truck was at another of the companys lots and that lot was not open on Saturday. Needless to say, they wasted my time and didnt even seem apologetic about it.
