Ive had my new Jeep Renegade for a whole month and I love it! Ive never had a new car, and had the same used car since I started to drive--for 13 years! Id heard lots of horror stories about being pushed to buy things you dont really need. Or being quoted a price that quickly goes up and up to get what you want. None of that was the case with my experience. I did lots of research online and found the make, color, and best price was with Brigham-Gill. I was very worried that the price would be different once Id fallen in love with the car. They had an appointment available for the time that worked best for me. They had the car all ready to go ahead of time. I met Stewart and he was great. He has a quiet, non-pushy manner. He told us about the car as he guided us on the test drive. Going over the numbers, everything was exactly as it had been laid out online. NO SURPRISES! I was so relieved. There was a modest dealer fee, as to be expected. There was no pressure to buy the car, but I had already made my decision. After signing lots of papers, the man in charge of financing went over two extra options--which I politely declined. He didnt push any further. The only tough part was that I was from NH, so I had to go drive back to my house (1.5hrs) then to the town office, who sent me to the DMV (40mins away), then back home, and back to the dealer. But that same day, after writing my check, I had my car! They even took my old car on trade-in. Overall it was a straightforward, painless experience. And I love my car! Its awesome. It makes me look forward to the winter and not getting stuck again! Highly recommend this dealer and especially Stewart! and the Jeep Renegade, too!

Ive been to many, many dealerships and this was by far the easiest process Ive ever had! Normally, dealers just want to get you to come in so they can keep you for hours and buy something just to get out of there. This was the exact opposite! Michael responded to my email inquiry with a better offer than any others were willing to even come close to, which said a lot. I could have easily taken his quote and gone to another place closer and have them try to match it, but how could I do that with his best offer up front?? Ive never had an easier process and it was worth the hour drive to get there, Ill definitely be going back again!

Overall, quick and easy buying experience at Brigham Gill. We had done our research and test drives at other dealerships. Got a lease quote for the car we decided to purchase for our children at another dealership which was more than what we thought was fair. We drove to Brigham and met Nick Pesiridis who worked with us. He was down to earth, friendly, quick and efficient. His quote for the same vehicle was lower than what the other dealership was offering. I got the sense that this dealership, in general, offers the best pricing and therefore there is very little wiggle room or need to negotiate. They seem very transparent on pricing.
