My experience at Imperial Chevrolet was far better than I expected. Most dealerships have sales people that are at your car door before you even park your car and get out. this was not the case here at Imperial. I had the opportunity to freely browse the lot before I was approached and even at that point I did not feel pressured. Luis Allendale was my sales contact and he was very tentative to my space , as well as my needs. He simply asked what I was looking for and price range. He took the time to do the research and show me to several different options in my price range. I did not feel pressured and would recommend him to family and friends. He took the time to talk and show interest when talking about life in general and when time was passing he offered me and my wife vouchers to the Imperial Dinner to get a bite to eat while we waited for finance. This was a nice surprise and definitely appreciated. The food was great and so were the staff. I want to note that on the way back from the dinner i saw another car I liked My next experience was with the finance manager Omar Ihjul. OMar was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He understood where I wanted to be and did his best to get me close to the payment I wanted in two different scenarios. He stayed after hours to assure the paperwork was complete . He answered my questions with no hassle and I appreciate that. He has a great personality which made him easy to work with and I did not feel pressured to makke a decision I would regret. So my overall experience at Imperial was great.

The salesman, Jean Dalomba, was very helpful and knowledgable about the vehicle I was looking for and Omar Ihjul in financing jumped through hoops to find me the lowest APR. Only go to other dealers before Imperial Chevrolet if you want to know what a great deal and buying process you get at Imperial. We have been looking to trade in our 2013 Chevy Traverse for the all new 2018 Traverse. I emailed Harry Johnson, the Internet Manager who promised to keep us informed when they started to arrive. He called and said they had started to arrive but the trim level and color we wanted would be a few days later. This saved us time. Two days ago they called and said two came in - both the color, and trim levels we wanted to look at. Off to the dealership we went to meet Jarred Morin and Mike Ghalbouni. They had parked the two Traverses next to each other so we could see the differences between the two trim lines. Talk about making that easy. While we were checking them out they appraised our 2013 and gave us a great price. Then we sat down and the gave us a great price on the 2018 (other dealers said - no deals because it is "NEW"). We felt great about the lack of nickle and diming you typically get. Price in hand - quick close. Entire process - 18 hours. We picked up the new Traverse today! Awesome vehicle. They walked us through all the new features and capabilities. Imperials team approach really sets them apart. Their pricing cant be beat. If you are looking for a Chevy - see the guys mentioned at Imperial - you wont be disappointed. By the way - the also gave us a gift card to the Diner located on the property. Very nice and fun dinner to celebrate!

Since Imperial is close to us and had a good reputation, we decided to shop here first for a new 2017 Santa Fe. It was a pleasure dealing with Salesman Luis Allende and Manager Jason Meehan. Since we were making a large purchase, we decided to check out a few other dealerships in the area. It was a complete waste of time and returned to Imperial to purchase the vehicle. It was comical dealing with other dealerships in the area in regards to sales gimmicks and none of them had a price even close to Imperial.

Recommended by a friend who worked with Dave. Dave was a little busy when I got there but, still made sure that I was properly taken care of. Dave set me up with Jarred who was super understanding that I did not NEED a vehicle. At no point did I feel pressured in any way. Jarred listened to what I needed and simply helped me understand what was available to me, didnt hesitate to check the lot and was very patient with me as I looked for a car I would be happy with. Omar in the finance office was a great help also, very friendly and made that process quick and painless as well. I had worked with Josh briefly too, who was also great. Helped pass the time if/when there was any sort of a wait. Overall..... very impressed. Ive purchased over 15 vehicles all from different dealers. "2013 Red Camaro Convertible - Extremely Satisfied"
First of all, we heard about a fantastic deal on a 2013 Camaro Convertible at the Imperial Chevrolet dealership through CarGurus. Dave called the contact phone number and spoke with Chris, the internet contact person from Imperial Chevrolet. We scheduled an appointment for Friday June 16th with Dave, but by the time we got to the dealership at 6:30pm on Friday, Bruce was there to assist us. Josh was the first to greet us at the dealership. After test driving, talking, laughing and making a great deal, we met with Omar. On Monday we got the check from our bank and met with Josh again. Josh really was wonderful and worked really hard for us. All the back and forth phone calls and paperwork. He was always available, answered his phone every time. Josh, Bruce and Omar are a real awesome team. They made buying a car a real pleasant experience. Josh went out of the way to make sure the windshield was replaced, the wires in the trunk were fixed. We showed up about 30 minutes before closing. Our salesperson was Firas Ektilah. We let him know that we were basically looking for the least expensive Chevy Spark they had in stock. The purchase process was very straight forward, no one tried to steer us to a car that we weren’t interested in or sell us services we didn’t want. The deal was reasonable. Several staff members stayed late to complete the paperwork. When we picked up the car, Firas again stayed late to accommodate our schedule. He and the dealership manager both checked in to make sure that we were happy with the car and the purchase process.

After seeing Imperial Cars continuously popping up in my alerts, I visited their incredible facility (especially the Diner) and bought a super clean 09 vehicle with only 43,000 miles. Issues developed with the car and I was allowed to go to the manufactures dealer to see if they could fix it. Although the service required was not covered by the warranty, Imperial stepped up and gave me an incredible trade towards a 2013 vehicle. The net difference in dollars still resulted in the new car being very competitively priced! Other dealers had similar vehicles listed for thousands more than I ended up paying. My husband and I purchased a vehicle and leased another from Imperial Chevrolet. I couldnt have asked for better service. Santos Cruzado the Internet Sales Manager helped us make our way into the dealership and made us feel right at home where we met with Firas Etkilah the sales consultant. Firas took his time and really took an interest in what we were looking for in a car. He let us test drive and look at the cars we were interested in. If we didnt like a particular car he showed us different options. He really went above and beyond to make sure we found a car we loved. We then came in contact with the David Boratyn the sales manager. He helped come up with quotes that fit our budget and explained the different options we had. We then met with Mike Docuoto the finance manager and although it was getting late he stopped at nothing to make sure we got everything we needed to finalize the car buying process. He willingly stayed late with no complaints and answered any questions we had. Needless to say we had a great and smooth car buying experience. Everyone we came in contact was friendly and willing to help. I would recommend Imperial Cars to anyone looking for a new or used car.

I cant say enough about how wonderful I was treated at Imperial Chevrolet. My old car finally died and John Earl listened to my needs and what I wanted to spend and found several cars that fit the bill. I just had to pick out the one I liked the best. The negotiation was painless. They came with their best offer which was wonderful. Ahmad got us me in and out of the finance office in no time and explained everything in great detail. We went to the Miss Mendon Diner and went to Imperial just to check out the cars. After 20 minutes Travis Hayward came out to ask if he could assist. Travis was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He worked with us most of the day. We took a few cars for a test drive and he worked with his Manager, Bruce DAmbra to get us the best deal. We were there all day and eventually purchased a used 2015 Chevy Impala LTZ. The dealership closed at 6 pm but the Business Manager, Omar Ihjul, stayed passed the time to complete our paperwork. Travis also was there to be sure we didnt have any issues. Best car buying experience we have had in a long time!!

"Wait Time And Work A Joke"
This is the 2nd time Ive brought my truck in for service for oil change, tire rotation, top off fluids. I work construction and the truck always has dirt on it. There projected waits times are a disgrace, whatever they tell you easily double that time. Also, this is the 2nd time they didnt rotate the tires (dirt still on lug nuts and cap), and they also never topped of the Diesel Exhaust Fluid or Washer Fluid. Dont waste your time or money with this place. Go elsewhere!!!
