I wanted to buy an American car and I had a price in mind. Framingham Ford was my first dealer stop. I worked with Gerry Feehily, he was able to find several vehicles on the lot that would accomodate my budget. He sold me on the Ford Escape. Gerry was able to find one on the lot that offered the Ford Pass (auto start and many other features) through Fords App. This is a super included add on . I was sold and out of there in just a few hours. Ill definitely go back to Framingham Ford and ask for Gerry.

It was a wonderful and quick two visits. I had some regular maintenance done first day and Dave had to order a part. I came back in two days and new part was installed quickly and I was out of there. Dave was pleasant, knowledgeable and nice to work with.

I had another wonderful experience bringing my car in for service. I booked a 7:00 am appointment, knowing I wouldnt have a ride, and needed to wait, AND try to get to work on time. It was the night after a few inches of snow fell. The lot was already plowed! The staff was friendly, and the service was done efficiently and quickly. Thank you!

This was my first time at Framingham Ford. I called over the phone and made the appointment. I scheduled my appointment for first thing in the morning. When I arrived I was greeted by the service manager and my car was taken in right away. I was getting warranty repair done on my Ford Fusion. The work was done quickly and to my surprise when I got into my car after the work was done I noticed they washed my car and a cloth bag with a water was in my front seat.

The service was excellent, although they did not check my account to see if I had any special offers. I did have a free oil change, it was not offered and $10 off service that was not offered. Do they not have the Rewards system on their computers? Shouldnt that be linked somehow? I also asked that they would check the door electric lock as it intermittently does not unlock when you put your hand there to open the door. They didnt note that when I called to schedule the appointment even though I told them and made no note of it when closing out or on the paperwork noting service performed. I think they are very pleasant to work with, but not a through as I would expect.
