I walked in knowing what i was looking for. The sales staff was very helpful and responsive. They had me behind the wheel test driving the car i was interestedin within minutes. Matt made the whole process of buying the car quick and painless, not at all what i was expecting. I did end up buying the car. The paperwork took less than 20 minutes and from walking in the door to owning a sweet camaro was under an hour. Was able to pick up my registered car early the next day. I walked into AutoMax Framingham after finding out my old vehicle had bit the dust. I was not looking forward to this because I’m not a fan of car dealerships and overbearing car salesmen. I was instantly greeted by John and he quickly went to work trying to figure out how to make the car buying process work in my favor. John made the process simple beyond belief and had taken me from greeting to test drive to payment within an hour. Saw a Mercedes SUV online and called the dealership. the secretary seemed friendly enough and told me the truck was still available and ready for me to come down and look at. Halfway through my 40 minute drive to the dealership I got a call from a Salesman named Jensen the salesman tells me the truck is in service on a lift and cannot be driven. Since Im already halfway there I decided to go in and take a look. he also let me know upon arriving to the dealership after looking at the truck, that he had a customer on the truck that he was trying to get approved. as if thats not bad enough he tells me he would call me back the next morning to let me know if the truck sold or not. I figured thats the least he could do after me driving 40 minutes and not even getting to drive the truck let alone it being held for another customer here it is 4 or 5 days later I called Jensen two or three times no reply nothing ..customer service sucks. Jensen, thanks for wasting my time.

I had been searching around to potentially purchase a pre-owned vehicle at a reasonable price. Fortunately I had seen an online advertisement for Automax Pre-Owned. I reviewed their online inventory the car that I was interested in was at Automax Pre-Owned in Marlborough. I called over and spoke with one of their sales associates Chris Trombley. The following day I went in and I test drove the vehicle I have been interested in ,needless to say Chris was fantastic, my work requires me to be on the road constantly thanks to Chris i ended up purchasing a different vehicle, due to better quality of gass mileage. We sealed the deal that day I am more than satisfied with the sedan I bought, my step-daughters vehicle is on its last leg , Chris expect to hear from us in the upcoming weeks

Great selection, and good price as well. Jenson was my sales rep., and Im fairly happy although not perfect. Looking at the others feedbacks, some may not be happy but you gotta understand that they have tons of inventories and may be hard to keep track of them all right off the head. But Jenson figured things out only after small wait including the test drive. All dealers have limits on the keys that sales rep can take out and has to keep their cars locked and safe, so Id recommend to do a little bit of search before walk in. I knew exactly which cars I wanted to try and this made things go smoothly. They also offered me to have a vehicle delivered from Marlborough location just for a test drive. (And no, I did not buy an exotic, just a mini) Since I knew what I wanted, there wasnt much of work for my sales rep., negotiation was average, its never fun but it wasnt unpleasant. F&I person was up front and clear, there just was long wait so I had to leave and come back the next day due to my schedule. So...I tried to leave the dealership to come back the next day only because I had to go...I notified the sales manager or whoever was sitting behind the desk in his blue suit almost threaten me saying that if I leave right now they cant promise the deal or no deal. I did not like his facial expresssion and his tone. I am the buyer and If I dont buy, there is no deal. His attitude was just wrong. Deals could change but my schedule is important and there are more important things than buying a car, you could kindly informed me rather than talking mad. There are plenty of dealers and cars, its only matter of time for me to spend to find a right one. He may feel like he has power over customers because he sets the price but this is only because he is at the right place with good selection of vehicles and good price. Good luck along the way in your life with that kind of attitude...he got on my nerves, but I just walked out... Anyway, I went in next day, didnt have to face that rude guy in his blue suit, signed on the paper with Vinny, the F&I guy was great, then picked up the vehicle a few days later after insurance, registration, and detailing all done as promised. Automax has great selection and price, so just do a little bit of home work before go in, all the inventories are on their website. Every single car they have are different, they are not like new car dealership with tens and hundreds of same cars in the lot.

This week, I found myself unexpectedly without a car. I drive a lot, and needed a replacement quickly. I went to Automax and was quickly set up with a very nice salesman named Matt. I told him how nervous I was, as this was the first time I had bought a car with a dealership. Matt was really reassuring, but realistic with me at the same time in terms of what to expect. Matt helped me find the perfect car for me, and worked with me on what I could afford to pay monthly. Vinny explained all of the numbers and paperwork, and he was very nice as well. Automax took care of setting up my insurance and registering the car, which was also great. It was truly a pleasure to work with Automax, and I highly recommend their service.
