After having a bad experience at a different dealership, I was incredibly pleased with the entire car buying process at Westboro Mitsubishi. Dana OKeefe helped me with everything from securing financing, which was a really big deal since I dont have the best credit... to driving off the lot with my brand new car in the same day. I didnt think I could qualify for the car I wanted, but Dana made it happen. Do yourself a favor and check them out. By the way, nobody asked me to review them -- I just had a great experience and know other people would appreciate the tip.

Recently purchased a new mirage, thought I had my final price worked out Ive the phone. They tacked on another fee and title and registration. I understand the actual registration fees but was severely disappointed in the other fee. I will be into the purchasing process for 10 plus days due to their none use of 20 day plates. I will not be back sorry to say. Buying local may have saved several headaches. Also internet response was 5 days, I was expecting an e- price at the latest the following day.

Just want to say that I had a pleasant experience for purchasing a vehicle at Westboro Misubishi. I have purchased numerous cars over my like and I have to say that I was in and out in 3 hours. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. I did not think I would be eligible for a car loan and to my surprise they were able to assist me with payments that I could afford. I was out of work for a couple of years just like others and my credit declined. They were understanding and did not harp on me purchasing a new vehicle oppose to a used one. I contacted the dealership and talked with Brian Roberts, from the first time talking with Mr. Roberts I FELT AT EASE. When I came up to the dealership I talked with Ezra and was still made to feel like they really wanted to help me. My credit isnt the greatest ! Their special loan programs helped me to get a really nice vehicle and it had very low miles, Only 29,000 to be exact. This is the vehicle I really needed for the winter, whats better than that! I received everything as promised and they gave me a very fair trade-in value. Excellent time dealing with this dealership. It was well worth the trip from Rhode Island.

I went into the internet and requested information pertaining to a New Outlander GT, I was contacted that day by Brian, Internet sales person, Brian ask a lot of questions, found out what I was really looking for in equipment. I was offered a test drive at my convenience, Brian wasnt available but I spoke with Dan, as schedule by brian. I felt that they never missed a request.dan new everything we talked about and took over with a test drive. Ill make a long story short, we traded in a several year older vehicle, got great financing options and currently have do our second oil change. I told Brian I would give them a great review because they both did a great job and very professionally.

At first the dealer is very nice but after If you dont end up not buying the vehicle for any reason they get very aggravated and leave you nasty voice mails. Bought car from a different dealer instead.
