I first met Gene Centauro who was clever enough to be outside pounding the pavement and was eager to find the truck I wanted. bought a certified Ford Escape( fully loaded ) at herb chambers. The day I bought the vehicle while driving back home, I could hear wind noise on speeds upwards of 55 miles. The noise bothers me all the time, its like a window is cracked. Ive been to the dealership five times. One time they looked at it. Second time their technician didnt show up. Third they resealed the wind shield. Forth they again had someone look at it. Fifth is today, they called the wind shield experts who tried to fix it but no solution. Now they are calling me again to check one more time. I live 35 miles from dealership and have finally given up. Great job! Herb chambers. Keep it up!

After reviewing Herb Chambers website for used Ford Explorers I went to the lot to see what they had. I had all of the intentions of buying a used Explorer. As soon as I arrived at the dealer I was met with salesman Paul Scannell who greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. I explained to him what I was looking for and he matched it perfectly. Instead of leaving with a used Explorer Paul sold me a 2017 Ford Explorer XLT. Paul was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and clearly knows his Ford vehicles. I came into Herb Chambers Ford of Westboro for a specific vehicle. I had shopped other dealerships leading up to this one for vehicles in the same price range. I could not get a dealership to give me a fair value for my trade, or a decent interest rate, or an affordable monthly payment. Not only did this dealership do all of that, I really felt comfortable with their no pressure atmosphere. Marie was an awesome saleswoman and the finance manager was by far the best in New England. He was very nice and was honest with me and treated me with respect. I cant wait to buy a second vehicle their. Maybe a Ford Raptor or Expedition!

Did my Internet Homework, Had been shopping used, Herb Chambers gave me an Instantaneous Internet offer that was hard to believe for a Brand New 2016 Taurus in Stock Communicated with the internet staff , when I arrived from Wilmington(45 some odd miles) at the agreed upon time , The car was outside and ready to go. Walked in and the Internal Sales Staff ( Lorenzo) greeted me Professionally , and was ready to go for the quick Test ride. I had brought my pay stub, down Payment cash, and the printed Internet offer. All discussions were above Board , and seamless. Put the paperwork in , sales staff and I were there until 10 PM and never did I feel I was being rushed, all questions were answered quickly with no hesitation. Picked up the car 2 days later. The Dealer handled Everything. Im a month into My new Taurus and enjoying every minute of the New Ride! Gas Mileage is above expectation with a Light Foot, Lorenzo has been available for all help and questions, Ive had since the purchase was complete, I would buy there again, no question. I went to Ford in Westborough to get my sticker inspection done and for them to put air on my tires. (Nightmare begin) I waited almost 2 hours, they pulled 4 cars in that came in after me. No one came to check to see if I needed any thing or what. I had to leave because I didnt have all day. After I left I called the store and the woman that sold the car told me I should have looked for her first. I said I was your client waiting for 2 hours there and it is your job to see if I was ok. Starting to think that buying a car from them was a BIG MISTAKE!!!!!

I am building a Class B RV. The starting point is the van. I needed to order a Ford Transit 350 High Roof 3.5L with optional equipment that a contractor would never order. We bought a certified pre owned car from Herb Chambers of Westborough about 2 months ago.The car had problems with starting and other issues. This dealership took car back,put us into another deal with missing a beat.Some say they had no choice,but the fact is they did with no hassles at all. Hats off to all involved at this dealership.
"Dont Waste Your Time"
I recently purchased the Focus RS off the showroom floor in June. I will start with the fact that there was a 10k mark up on the car due to ADM. I expected a markup with it being a special order. I thought 10k was a little much but after talking with the finance guy Bill he was able to make everything a little better with warantees and what not. Fast forward about a month later and I wound up hitting a pothole which I thought was no big deal seeing that I had the tire and wheel package. So i go in on August 8th to try and get my rim looked at and figure out what will be done. I speak with Lisa and they take my car in, take pictures and send me on my way. Mind you I have to drive on the damaged rim and a tire that barely hold air. I was told that she would send in the pictures to IAS to get the claim started. I call back a day or two later to find out the progress and she tells me she is still waiting for IAS to contact her. Fast forward to Monday the following week I call her at the end of the day to check progress of the claim and she is still waiting. I proceed to call IAS and they tell me that the pictures were never submitted. They tell me that if I submit them through there application that it should be approved within a couple hours. I send the pictures and sure enough the next day the rim is approved for replacement and Lisa finally calls. Now to my service appointment. It takes a week for the rim to come in. No big deal at this point. I bring the car in to have it replaced, it takes about 1.5 hours and then Im on my way. I thank Lisa and tell her she should probably use the app if she has anymore claims as it gets approved in hours. I drive my car home, park it and notice a scratch on my bumper. I call up Lisa again and she tells me to bring the car down so the service manager can look at it. I get to the dealership and the service manager walks outside and looks as if he cant be bothered. I tell him I brought it in for the rim and noticed the scratch when I got it home. He basically tells me that there is no way it was done while in his possession and that he wasnt going to fix it. Its kind of a coincidence that this is on the same side that the rim was replaced. I bring the car back home and called service again to try and find out if it was identified when the car was taken in. I was told that they would have to talk to the tech and get back to me. Its now been over a week and I havent heard anything about it. I got a call from customer service and explain how everything went and they tell me I would be contacted by the General manager. Three days later I call and finally talk to him and he says he would look into it. Three more days and I have to call again and I talk to the assistant manager and he tells me they dont document anything when it is taken in and there not going to do anything for the car. Steer clear of them as they just want your money.

"Terrible Service"
Awful customer service when dealing with the service department. Had multiple recalls that needed to be done on my car and each time they broke something. One recall they snapped my glovebox and e other they did not screw back on my door panel; not the service you would expect when getting a mandatory recall done. Asking simple questions about warranty issues gets you a sarcastic and care free answer from the service manager. When speaking with the general manager about my concerns he stated since I didnt buy the car there and he didnt make a profit he has no interest in my concerns and doesnt care how poorly treated I am by his staff. The recalls sent to me said go to the nearest authorized for dealer, but apparently Herb Chambers is exempt and will only care about you if they are taking money out of your pocket. Would never refer anyone to bring there car here for service.

Recently my search for a 2016 Ford Fusion AWD was made seamless with the efforts of Eric Rafter, David Chaplin and all others involved within Herb Chambers Ford in Westborough. My search started with all my vehicle specs put together and me sending out to approximately 8-10 dealership inquiries for best pricing. I received a majority of them back with less than attractive offers, except for one. Herb Chambers put the initial deal together that was both fair and exactly what in wanted from their stock inventory. Communication was great through the whole process even as i pulled out of the lot with the vehicle of my choice. This is the buying experience the way it should be without feeling taken advantage of. Wish I could afford to buy a second, but when it is time, i will go back expecting the same.

My wife and I owned a 2005 F150 with 175K+ miles that needed a little service done. Long story short, there were a few more issues with the truck than we had anticipated and the repairs were more than we had planned on spending for a vehicle we were planning on trading in, in February or so. We took a look around the lot to see what was available for options, and found a beautiful F150 STX that suited our needs. Paul Scannell helped us out immensely,was not pushy and didnt try to sell us something we didnt need or want. We dropped off our 2005 F150XLT for diagnostic service on Thursday and had a detailed analysis by noon on Friday 08/01 ... The needed repairs were more that twice the value of the truck and the timing of the new expense was just wrong.
