Laura Greenwood is by far the most outstanding sales rep I have ever dealt with while purchasing a new vehicle. She is very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. What I didnt want was a sales rep who was going to pressure me. I was only in Lundgren to look at a Pilot. I told Laura that I was just interested in looking at a Pilot and that I was also going to look at a Toyota Sienna Minivan. She asked me what I was looking for in a new vehicle and I told her I have 4 little grandsons that I drive around and I needed more space. They were starting to get big and they needed more leg room in the 3rd row. She took time listening, showed me the Pilot. Gave me all the info about the Pilot inside and out. I felt she was listening to me not just trying to make a sale. I didnt feel she was trying to force me to buy something. She really listened to what I wanted. No pressure ever. If that car was not what she thought I wanted than I am sure she would have listened closer to what I wanted. I sat in the Pilot while she explained everything inside and also had me get in so I could see the extra room in the 3rd row. She took time. I never felt rushed and she knew I was just looking. Then she got a Pilot for me to test drive and we went for a ride. Even while test driving, I felt comfortable with her in the back seat. If I had questions she would answer them. No question was not important to her. She took time to listen. I went into the dealership to just look, but I believe because of Laura Greenwood I was sold. Another special thing about Laura is I didnt feel like it was just a car deal to her. I felt she was truly interested in getting me the vehicle that was right for me. Not just trying to sell a vehicle. She was like a friend talking to me. I felt I could call her anytime and ask questions and not feel like I was bothering someone. I think that Lauras biggest asset is that she listens to a customer and makes you feel like she cares what you want.... and what you need in a car.... I am not finished with the whole process yet, I have a new 2017 Pilot on its way. Laura keeps in touch with me, letting me know what is going on. She doesnt forget me because she thinks I am buying a new car..... she knows I am waiting and keeps me informed...... The whole car experience at Lundgren Honda so far has been fabulous .... because of LAURA GREENWOOD. ..... LAURA GREENWOOD is a real asset to LUNDGREN HONDA...... This is my second review here; the first was for the service center, this one is for the sales department, and still five stars! I bought a 2017 Honda Pilot this week and dont have anything but great things to say about the Sales Team. Mike Briere was responsive, knowledgeable, and straightforward while is always appreciated. I would definitely recommend working with him for your next purchase. Also have to say that the Finance Manager Ryan Campbell and the GM Chuck Shearns were extremely helpful, great to work with, and treated me like family. Go here for your next car. My family has been purchasing cars from Lundgren Honda for DECADES. I was thrilled to be buying a brand new CRV from them. We paid for the car in full, cash up front, on Wednesday, and were promised delivery on Thursday or Friday. Friday, we got a voice mail in the afternoon stating there was a problem with registering it (there is no way there could have been any problem!) and they could not register our car until TUESDAY! We have already paid for this car! That means we are paying insurance on a new car for an entire week for nothing; while still having to pay for insurance for our old car! We were LIVID when we got the message. My husband called our sales guy, Riley, who was pretty clueless. We asked them to deliver the car with dealer plates until they could figure this out. We offered to come to the dealership and pick up the paperwork and go register the car ourselves. We pointed out that the registry, only 25 minutes from them, is open tomorrow; Saturday; so why in the world would we have to wait until Tuesday to get our car which we have fully paid for and insured? To make it worse, Riley promised to see what he could do....then NEVER CALLED US BACK! I called and left a voice mail for the General Manager and guess what....no call back. This is outrageous, unacceptable, and unconscionable. So here it is early Saturday morning and we have no idea what is going on with our car. Thats right, OUR CAR because we paid cash for it 3 days ago, yet Lundgren Honda is basically holding it hostage. Apparently once Lundgren Honda gets your money, you go to the bottom of their priority list. This is NOT okay with us on any level. We are now out the insurance money we have had to pay for a week when we did not even have our car! There is no excuse for them not delivering our car as PROMISED on Thursday on Friday. NEVER AGAIN. It pains me to say this after having bought several cars from Lundgren; but NEVER AGAIN. They need to do something pretty significant to make up for the money we have lost, the frustration, the disappointment, unreturned phone calls, lack of communication, and the broken promises. Our son came home today after being away with the Army. We were so excited to surprise him with our new family car as we celebrated the birthday he missed while he was away for weeks doing grueling training in the summer heat to protect our country. THANKS LUNDGREN HONDA FOR RUINING THAT TOO.

I was searching for an SUV that can fit my style. I hike, bike, and kayak. I loved my previous SUV, but I brought it from Florida and it was only a front wheel drive. Lundgren Honda has been the only place I have either bought cars or had them serviced in the past 15 years and this last time is a prime example of why. I set up an appointment for service with a requested loaner car and was greated by longtime employee Gail Fitzpatrick; she has been there a long time and very knowledgable and friendly. As promised, she called back a few hours later to let me know the recommended service and arrangements were made to take care of that. The loaner car came fully tanked with gas which is nice as I work about 50 miles from the dealership. Upon picking up the car, all the repairs were explained in detail. My last car (CRV) was bought from Lundgren and for 10 years it was only serviced there and when I finally gave it away at 350,000 miles it still had the original engine in it. This car is about 5 years old (Civic) and is close to 170,000 miles and with Gail and her teams attention to detail it too should last to 350,000 miles.

Went into Lundgren on a whim, just to see what the new Accords looked like. Was greeted promptly in the showroom by Mike Gallagher. I had little intention of buying a new vehicle that day..was just curious to see what a new Honda would cost me. Mike was the most professional and courteous guy you could ask for at a car dealership. He wasted no time in asking me what I was interested in. He had a new 2015 Accord pulled to the front of the dealership to test drive in less than 10 minutes of meeting him. Took the car out for a drive and fell in love with it. At one point during the test drive, I think I forgot I was here to buy a car..we ended up chatting it up about the Patriots big wins the last couple weeks. The fact that we carried on a convo about normal things made me much more comfortable, far different than the usual stress inducing process of selecting a car. There was ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE from Mike, or from any of the sales managers. Mike asked me what I wanted to pay per month, and he came back within 10 minutes with the EXACT number that I told him I wanted. I spent 1 hour (yes..only 1 hour!) in the dealership and I had a deposit and credit approval on a new 2015 Accord! Came in the next day to finalize all of the financing paperwork with Ryan Campbell. Again, another professional and courteous guy. Answered all my questions promptly and had me out the door with my keys within an hour. Now if you can do simple math, between 2 days I spent a total of 2 hours (maybe less) and I was out the door driving away my new Accord. It was the absolute BEST car buying experience Ive ever had. Stress and pain free. If your in the market to buy a new car, GO TO LUNDGREN. Ask for Mike Gallagher and Im positive he will take care of you! I have purchased from or visited many dealers over the years - Lundrgren is without a doubt the very best. Customer service is obviously very important - they will go out of their way to make you happy. Prices are very fair - no haggle needed. Service dept is excellent. For example, the are the only place in central Mass who will store snow tires for you, and they do it FREE! The new facility is beautiful, with free food, internet, TVs, kids play area. Free loaners or will pick you up/drop off. I have been a loyal satisfied customer for 13 years ( 2 Odysseys and about to purchase 2nd Pilot) - i dont even bother to check out other Honda dealers

My wife and I drove for almost 100 miles to purchase a 2006 Honda odyssey which we saw online. We called the dealership prior our departure, and the lady by the name "Lydia" after checking told us the vehicle was still available and we can drive to Auburn. Upon our arrival, the sales lady (another person) came to us and we submitted to her our pre-printed papers of the vehicle we liked. She told us to follow her in the lot and after fifteen minutes or so of looking, and asking others she came and told us that she was sorry but the vehicle was sold the day before, but we can look for "other odysseys" in the lot.We could not believe the level of low quality professionalism to this dealership. We called the CEO of the company to complain, but until today we never heard from him and the ironic thing is, the vehicle is still listed as available on cars.com as of today! What a dealership...

Great experience getting a new car, especially since I was armed in advance with a Consumer Reports Dealer Agreement to purchase a Honda Pilot. There was NO price haggling as a result, and we got a 2012 Pilot for less $ than we paid at the same dealership in 2005 (for a new Pilot that had the same trim level!) This is the third vehicle weve gotten from Lundgren, and Ive been happy with this dealership. Good service, and they dont talk down to women.
