I leased my Ford Edge from Marcotte Ford last year. Had the vehicle serviced by Marcotte this week. They completed an oil change, oil filter change, rotated, and balanced the tires, as well as a complete safety check. All of this was done free of charge which Mike Filomeno said is offered because it was my first service after the original lease start date. I also had a problem with the gasoline filler line, which they fixed at no charge. This dealership is great. They treated me like family!

I went to Marcotte for my inspection sticker thinking if there was anything wrong they would fix it since Im at the dealership I purchased my car. The inspector said something about the headlight not pointing in the right direction after someone changed the bulb. I asked the customer service rep if someone could take a look and turn the bulb to whatever direction it needed to be, they told me it would be over an hour until someone could look at the lightbulb. I couldnt wait another hour for someone to look at this. Ive brought it to another garage to have it looked at and no one can figure out what is wrong with a bulb that is working. So here I am stuck with a reject sticker and no information on how to fix this light bulb.

On a recent visit to the dealership I asked that a few issues be addressed, change the oil, reattach the arm that opens the rear window on the explorer, and figure out why every week I was putting air in my tire because the light kept coming on with low tire pressure, and an inspection sticker. The tire was fixed, and the vehicle was inspected. the oil change was not done and I was told that they could not repair the mechanism on the back window that the window would have to replaced at my expense of $700.00, because it was not a mechanical issue. I am not quite sure how all of a sudden this part came unglued but I was not happy to say the least. I had the extended warranty and it wasnt until I addressed the fact that I would be calling Mike Marcotte that I received a return phone call stating that the service manager was going to replace it and all I would have to pay was my deductible. This was a relief as I would have rathered left the window broken than pay that ridiculous amount of money. Yes a loaner was given to me but the fact that I now have to inconvenienced for a second time to return the truck for the oil change and whenever the window arrives. Often times I really wonder why we as consumers take the time to fill these surveys out because I feel as though nothing ever gets corrected.

After waiting an hour and a half for an inspection, I finally went up to ask what was taking so long. There was no one else in front of me for well over an hour. After fumbling around trying to figure out what was going on, the rep told me that they were going to pull my car in now. THE FORGOT TO INSPECT MY CAR!!! The icing on the cake - after 30 minutes of initially waiting a rep came in to tell me my keys had been locked in my car. Somehow they accomplished this, got my keys out, and STILL FORGOT TO DO THE INSPECTION! The guy did not seem apologetic at all, and I gladly left and will never return. I had previously had thousands of dollars of work done there. NEVER AGAIN.

I have been purchasing autos from Marcotte Ford sense 1973 and have been totally satisfied with everything they have done for me as a customer. Service has been very good and they have always taken care of the problems I have had with my vehicles, although they were few. I have owned many different vehicles over the years from Mustang,SUVS,and trucks. My current vehicle is a 2015, F150, King Ranch witch is great both around town and on long trips to Florida. The staff is always helpful when I go in for service or just stop by to look at the new vehicles. I would recommend Marcotte Ford if your looking for a good dealership that cares about their customers.

Tom from the parts department did a great job guiding me through my tire purchase and ordered the correct tires and had them delivered promptly to the dealership. I had an early appointment to bring the car in, was told it would take about 1-1/2 hours to put the new tires on. I decided to wait while the tires were being put on. About two hours into the wait, I received an email that because I missed my appointment, I would have to reschedule. I went to the service reps desk and said, Ummm, Im here and you took my keys more than 2 hours ago. It only took about another 45 minutes to complete the job, but I was a little put off that I was forgotten while I was actually there with no apology. I think something should be done to improve communication between the service reps, the technicians and the customer. Upon checkout, the woman at the desk was very helpful. She completed my tire rebate and actually pointed out to me that I had significant Ford Credit points that I used toward the purchase of my new tires saving me a considerable amount of money.
